I had broken down a couple blocks from this place, and was recommended to get towed to Auto Empire by some fellow Corvette owners. Pulling up and seeing a couple ZR1's, C6 Z06's, and C7's kept me at ease that they know what they're doing. Sadly, I barely got in before they closed on Saturday, so I had to wait until Monday to get my car fixed. It was a simple master cylinder that went out, which is supposed to be a common issue with the vettes. The owners were super friendly, and kept in constant communication with me throughout. I was able to pick up my car on Tuesday with my vette driving perfectly again. They really know their stuff here, and I will probably bring my car back for some exhaust upgrades later. A lot of the other vettes were getting high performance mods here, so I trust that they'll be great with a simple exhaust mod for me later in the future.

I'll get straight to the point, they are pricey but man the value and quality is on point. Legit, if you are a car guy/girl we are very insecure about other ppl handling our cars. I don't feel one oz of that when I come here. I believe I've been here twice already for pretty much the important fluid change, gear/transmission, etc done. Reason is they have a combo of fluid to get rid of the crappy harsh grinding when I shift from 2nd-3rd gear. I also had my cmc replaced here. I believe I got the maperformance one, and they replaced it like in 4-5hrs I think. No more brake fluid leak... one thing I wish they would have done was grease the clutch pedal.... It took me a while to figure why it squeal so much. If you have an Evo they are like experts for this platform. I highly recommend them for your peace of mind if you don't know what you're doing.

I have been coming to Duggy's since 2018 and have done a lot of work with them since. Their level…read moreof service and dedication has continued to improved throughout the years. Last year, I had an issue with my Toytec front coil over due to bad bushing. Unfortunately the shocks were already out of warranty. However due to the close relationship that Duggy's had with Toytec, they were able to get the shocks replaced for free, and reinstalled them again (for free also!) as they mentioned that they stand by their earlier work, and also provide a loaner in the meantime. Michael, one of the sales rep, also previously suggested taking my car home for the weekend after installing bigger tires and seeing if there is any rubbing issues due to my regular daily driving vs having to do additional lift/alignment which may cost more money. I really appreciate how they put the customer first, provide excellent service and daily updates of your vehicles, and are the best at what they do for Toyota/Lexus Offroad vehicles in Houston. Ouch, but they are regarded as the best in the area, so I went with them. 1st issue - The truck was rubbing badly on the pinch weld in forward and reverse and one of the leaf springs was installed incorrectly (found by my mechanic changing my brakes). They said the truck must have settled. On the incorrectly installed leaf spring they asked us to take it in and they would fix. No problem, mistakes happen. 2nd issue - took in for them to fix the rubbing and incorrectly installed leaf spring. Got it back and still rubbed bad in reverse. Not worth taking in again, so I beat back the pinch weld myself.
