I've been to various Jiffy Lube locations in the past 10+ years. This has got to be the WORST one…read more I moved to the area 2 years ago and this was the closest location. I tried to be understanding and thought the first time was just a fluke with customer service. Then I went a second time with my partner and they were not ready for service at open time. My partner decided not to get her car serviced. The following time after that she took my car to Valvoline (terrible). Today, I decided to give them another chance. Third times a charm right? WRONG. I pulled up about 8:15am. An employee comes over and asked what I needed and I said oil change. He asked me to pull up behind a truck and then walked away. So I'm just sitting in the car waiting...... he didn't say to wait or he'll be right back. Then I see another employee pulling up and heading in. Walked right past me and then he walked out to their service area. Mind you, I'm still sitting in the car. This is definitely not the Jiffy Lube service I'm accustomed to. I'll never go back here again. I rather drive the extra mileage to another Jiffy with better customer service!

I had brake pads and rotors replaced.Everything was very transparent -- Chris took me back in the shop and showed me the pads and drums during the inspection and he gave me a detailed written report. The pricing was totally reasonable and everything was documented with photos through the whole process. The place is clean and waiting area cozy, but Chris got me an uber home and Mike the shuttle driver (super nice man) picked me up when the car was ready....and they washed my car and even shined up my wheels and tires (and it was really dirty). The best part is that they delivered all this great service and value without telling me every 10 minutes how honest they were and what a great deal they were giving me, and without brow beating me for a review on my way out the door! It's nice to write a review because I am genuinely impressed rather than because I was asked. And it was equally nice to have good, old school service and value from respectful, friendly people - I will definitely return.

Jeremy was great and provided excellent service. It was a nice day so I walked home. They are professional and have great hours! They have a patio and coffee bar area if you need a snack. Having said that, they do charge a lot, and Firestone itself is one of the most expensive places you can come to. I immediately drove to Firestone on Katy freeway and spoke with Rodrick at the front told him my car died and I need to get it looked at. Upon their diagnostic test results they determined my cars battery needed a replacement. I had it replaced with them, upon picking up and starting my car, the radio screen was not working, I immediately walked back in side and talked with Rodrick letting him know the screen did not come back on with the car. He took the keys and took the car back in to look at it. He said they would need more time as they did not know why the screen didn't come on. I took the car back due to prior obligations and told them I would drop it off on Saturday the 1st of August. Roderick wasn't there at the moment, instead I was met with the Manager Francisco, where I had to explain the situation, I handed him the keys at 730 in the morning and didn't receive a call from him, I called the shop at 11:30am to see what the progress was on my vehicle, there he got on the phone and stated that there was no way his guys could have done anything to damage the vehicle. I got into my car to drive away and had many safety notifications going off on the dashboard, I once again walked back into the facility because it was not how I dropped off the vehicle. I asked to speak with someone above him, he stated he gave my number to the GM and that I would receive a call. I was called by a Miguel, who was argumentative and blatantly rude, he did not let me speak, he would talk over me, he stated that I was being dishonest and there was nothing his guys could have done that would have messed up the screen of my vehicle, now I have a car that's functions can only be used with the radio screen sitting due to the them leaving the vehicle in an unsafe state to drive. I asked for to speak to someone above Miguel and he stated the only person I would be talking to was him and that there was nothing he could do or was willing to do in regards to my vehicle. If I could give negative stars I would, every single man I spoke to decided mansplaining was the way to go instead listening to the issue at hand. WHEN I ORIGINALLY DROPPED OFF THE VEHICLE THE RADIO SCREEN WAS WORKING, when I received my car back from them it was not.

When we reach the shop, they said the price was closer to $105, after a $25 coupon. This was a $25 gap. The mismatch between what the call center says and what the shop says feels like intentional miscommunication in the style of bait and switch. The call center says one price. The shop says another price. Given that the miscommunication is a reflection of intentional company policies it seems intentional rather than accidental. Would not recommend based on deceptive pricing practices

I stop at this gas station to fill up often since it is so close to my house. It is very convenient…read moreand the attendants are always so helpful. This morning I had a tire issue, so I decided to try them for more than gasoline. They have a full-service car repair space located directly onsite, so I figured they could help with my tire. Sure enough, I had a roofing nail lodged in my front left tire. The attendant was wonderful and fast. He patched my tire for $20 and I was on my way. I appreciate the location of this service/gas station especially this morning when I was heading to work. If I had to go anywhere else, I would have been late. It's not a huge issue if I am late, but I really hate being late... it's just a thing with me. This is where my 5 stars really ring out. Because I was able to get in and out fast, because the attendant was so nice and because I feel it was a very fair price, I rate this service station 5 stars. I don't know how to do these things myself, so I panic a little when my tire light comes on in my car. Peace of mind is huge. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name this morning. If he reads this review, thank you! Don't forget to tip your service people for doing things you can't do or don't want to do. I have a maintenance package on my vehicle right now through my dealership, but after that expires, this place will have my business. I really love their almost old fashion standard of business. I feel like I can trust this place.
