Within 6 months every time I can not see out of my glasses . Whatever coating is on the glasses starts to come off in spots to the point everything is cloudy and you just can't see out of the glasses . They Jack the prices of the glasses so far up even with my insurance I paid 100's of dollars . Unfortunately with the insurance I had this was pretty mush the business in my location that was listed under the insurance . I've tried everything to clean the lenses so I can see out of them . Between the cloudy spots and thus dull film over the lens I just can't anymore. Staff has always been pleasant but the quality of their glasses is a negative. I recommend finding another place to get your glasses

When you do go to him do not expect him to answer much of any question you might ask ? He just doesn't ? He is an [ eye machine doctor ] In other words he is a robotic Machine that does exactly what he Terms best for medicare ? He does not care about what you think nor about questions you nay ask ? He doesnt have time for that ? " getum in getum out dr. " Fast as possible ? But then this us our medicare system that tells doctors what they may do or may not do ? And what they may not do is anything above standard in an out that might cist them a dollar ? If doctors do not do as medicare tells them then they are dropped from the list of preferred doctors and even more are blacklisted among the medicare companies ? However that still does not explain his behavior pattern ? He simply does what he does and if you try and ask anything it just goes ignored ? His one main nurse there, will jump in and take the load off the old doc very quickly and when you go to deal with her : " she is a trained assualt tiger" Yes, youll loose every time and go away with howsoever this clinic wants you to go away ? And they do want you to go away ? But not before they do just enough to get what money they can from your medicare ? So, go there sit in the lobby like a disorientated " wino " and keep your mouth shut ! Get what you get and be thankful you got anything ! Good luck # your gonna need it

I called on Friday hoping to get an appointment on Mon. He is actually open on Sat. and though receptionist first said they had no openings, got me in since it was an eye problem. I was in and out quick and easy. The staff and Dr. were very friendly and I was relieved to find that I did not have something in my eye, but a slight eye infection for which he prescribed drops.
