Steve answered the phone, was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel rushed even though it was the end of the day. What impressed me most was that my regular eye doctor actually referred me here because they didn't have what I needed in stock. From the moment I called, everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I haven't seen the optometrist yet, but based on the customer service alone, I plan to make them my eye doctor going forward. If you're looking for an eye doctor in the Walden/Montgomery area, I'd highly recommend giving them a call.

The phone staff is awesome, especially Addison. Thank god there is no automated system...this is where Urban Optics goes above and beyond. The contact fitting went super well (once again thanks to Hunter) and I'm loving the dailies Dr. McClain picked out. There are no hidden costs here -- everything is upfront and clear. My best experience so far. Dr. Stewart performed my eye exam and he was excellent! I was not rushed during the exam! I was able to clearly and confidently tell when the letters/images where clear to me during the exam. Dr. Stewart took the time to explain everything about the condition of my eyes as well as recommendations for the types of glasses I should consider based on my occupation and needs. He was very knowledgeable, calm and pleasant to interact with. I left feeling great and I will be returning for my yearly eye exams. The exam was completed and every question I had was answered with patience and understanding.
