Tom and crew poured a new slab next to an existing slab, stained and textured, and ended up coming out about 6 different times, each time making it worse. The crew stained my patio the wrong color, and after about 2-3 weeks the color would fade to almost white. Tom assured me it was UV protected, but this small patio gets 3-4 hours of morning sunlight. The patio surface is now coming apart in chunks. The sealer they put on bubbled up and removed the color all together. read more

Tom...This horrible and unacceptable work was done for parents, Mike & Ann Sims in the Sunset Ridge subdivision in Conroe. The paint was not wet either and had cured well over 2 weeks when the pictures were taken. My mother contacted you on numerous occasions regarding the poor workmanship you and your crew did but you did not respond to her phone calls or text messages. You took advantage of a couple of senior citizens living on a fixed income. I guess you conveniently forgot about the certified mail letter you received and signed for from the attorney they retained trying to get you to just come back and fix the unacceptable work performed. I will be happy to show anyone interested in hiring you more pictures of the crappy work you did and then ignored their requests to correct it. read more

Being a Professional Real Estate Inspector, investor and self proclaimed jack of all trades, I felt capable of assessing if Tom was legit. Tom met with me and offered pricing that was acceptable for the job. He's a likable fellow who lives up to his promises. Tom supervised and worked on my project from start to finish and the results lived up to my expectations. He recolored about 1400 SF of stamped concrete pool deck. I am a satisfied client. Not as advertised. Found him through a neighbor on NextDoor. He took my $5,120.00 and delivered nothing but bad results. In spite of promises to prep the slab, filling the cracks and pits from the carpet tacks, he didn't even sweep. I got epoxy filled with construction debris, BUGS, leaves, mulch and more BUGS. A shiny floor loaded with lumpy stuff. The fourth try was Tuesday. I walked him through, pointing to areas that were just plain bad, even added sticky note reminders... what he delivered this time amounted to VANDALISM. This is theft, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices. There is no excuse for this. He was on site all the time each time. This was intentional. I believe he is mentally ill. read more

CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay FAR away from these guys!! I hired Tom and his crew to do an epoxy floor after my home and business got flooded. He seems like a nice enough guy - at first - when he is bidding for the job. He told me it would take TWO days. TWO WEEKS LATER, the epoxy still was not dry. I paid him after the second day, thinking it was finished except for the wax coating he was to put on top. After not drying for so long, I told him I wanted the floor removed. He just kept saying - let's just wait. My contractors could not get into that room to do the needed flood repairs. He refused to take the half-wet floor off and I ended up having to pay another (reputable) company to undo his mess. Not only did his floor not dry, there were bugs and debris in it that he and his workers tracked in and into the epoxy. He knew people would be walking barefoot on this floor and the debris that was tracked in left sharp objects sticking up all throughout the room as well. Either way, the floor NEVER dried. read more

Tom came by to do the epoxy on the garage floors on my new home. He knocked it outta the park! He came the first day and put the epoxy down and the next day came and did the sealer. He used the whole box of flakes, where I've seen other companies use them as needed to conserve the flakes for another job. His crew and himself were very polite and even cleaned out the rest of my garage as there were some pallets of bricks and hurricane shutters that were too heavy for me to carry alone. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for concrete work. read more

I had Houston Concrete do my project and they did and awesome job it turned out better then I thought it would and am just amazed and so happy I got these guys to do it. When my home flooded in April and my beautiful Cherry wood floors were ruined I knew the wall repair and furniture replacement would be pretty routine....the flooring was another story. Should have listen to the reviews. Nice guy but I don't believe he knows anything about the products he uses. I hired him to restain and seal some stamped concrete that makes up part of my driveway and walkway. While doing that he said he could seal the entire walkway. Biggest mistake I ever made. The seal turned the white concrete gray. It now always looks damp. Why didn't he tell me it would do that? On top of that his brushing of the sealer was so poor so you can see the roller marks in many areas. I contacted him twice about my displeasure and he responded but with in my opinion lousy options. One was to grind (the entire walkway?), the other to try a stained sealer in antique white. How well would that stick with sealer already down and does he really think I want him adding sealer to anything else? The damage is done and there is nothing I can do. I was ripped off. Tom, your a nice guy but you need to learn what your products do and tell the customer what to expect. read more
