If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would. I recently moved to Manhattan from Brooklyn and am no longer using the service, however, I cannot recommend them enough. The whole team goes above and beyond. I moved to Prospect Heights in 2013 and began the search for a dog walker as soon as I found a job in the city. I called and set up a "meet and greet" with my dog, a 9yr. old male Pomeranian named Leo. Erica, who ended up being Leo's main walker, came to my apartment to meet the little guy and later that week, their walks started. I cannot express how happy I was with their service. Erica and Brooke (among others on staff) made my first experience with a dog walking service absolutely fantastic. Their at home pet sitting (where the pet stays with a walker in their home while you're out of town) service made me feel comfortable leaving town because I knew Leo would be safe and treated like a member of the family. It's SO much better than leaving your loved one at a boarding facility. I also enjoyed reading the handwritten notes that Erica would leave after her walks with Leo. I had been using Housebroken for the past few months and it was going great. Kathyrn was a wonderful and dependable walker for my dog. Unfortunately, she recently left and it has gone downhill from there. The new walker that was assigned unfortunately was neither. The first walk he performed I noticed from both my in-home camera as well as my dog's tracker that he barely took him on a 15 min walk when they are scheduled 30 min slots. Also, upon arriving home he had left my front door unlocked. I reported this back to Vivian and her team and was assured there would be no further issues. Fast forward a few weeks, I had to leave a few days for a work trip to Europe. I had specifically scheduled a few slots at times my partner could not be available due to his work schedule. 12 hours before my scheduled walks I get an email from Vivian telling me that they cannot accommodate the time slots I had scheduled because a walker had called out sick. I told her that unfortunately the time slots really needed to happen as my partner would not be able to be back from work in time to take my dog out to relieve himself and I was in Europe and didn't have a way of getting someone keys last min. Vivian replied back saying that there was NOTHING she could do other than have him walked longer earlier, to which I replied that he really needed a later walk AS I HAD SCHEDULED A MONTH PRIOR because he'd be having to wait until much later until he'd go out again. Vivian went back and forth with me even though I kept mentioning that I was in Europe and 6 hours ahead. My partner ended up having to figure something out last minute getting a friend to take our dog out. I found Vivian's response to the issue to be completely unprofessional and clearly they DO NOT have the customers/pets best interest in mind. If a customer schedules over a month in advance you should be able to stick to that. I understand people call out sick, but when the client informs you they are out of the country (and that's why the scheduled this a specific way in advance) and you continue to go back and forth over email with them is ridiculous. VIVIAN AND HOUSEBROKEN ONLY HAVE THEIR BEST INTEREST IN MIND AND THAT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER OR THE WELL BEING OF THE PETS. Working with the was beyond frustrating and stressful. The point of having a service as such is to alleviate stress and provide a service. I can tell you that Vivian provided neither and quite frankly made my life 10x harder for days while I was traveling and in and out of meetings. Find any other walker in the neighborhood before putting yourself through Vivian's nonsense. UPDATE TO VIVIAN'S RESPONSE: It is very clear that Vivian is skirting around the issue completely of how she last minute changed a schedule and when I responded back that I was in Europe on business and it really needed to be closer to what I scheduled that she had no regard for me or Bowie's well being. It was specifically scheduled so that he would get a walk from 12-2 pm and then at 6:00 pm would get a walk and be fed. She contacted me the day before saying we don't typically take walks that late. So my biggest issue is if you didn't take walks that late, why did your scheduling program allow me to book that and why did you not say something when I scheduled it A MONTH PRIOR! I carefully scheduled the day so that Bowie would get relief options and specifically asked for 6 pm since he wouldn't be getting another chance until about 11:30/11:45 pm when my partner was home from work. So for her to email me the night before saying they couldn't accommodate those times when I it had been in the schedule for a month is ridiculous. She had plenty of time to let me know that they don't typically do walks that late and I would have been able to set something up in advance to make sure he was getting walks at the proper times. But the fact was I was traveling and then last minute worried about the well being of my dog when I was half way across the world. I'm sure any pet owner would understand how frustrating and stressful this is. I encourage Vivian to think about the animal's well being. What if he had a bladder control issue, what if he was to be administered medication at this time and that's why it was scheduled a certain way? Well from the sounds of it she wouldn't care if it didn't accommodate her schedule. Being a small business owner I'd think she'd take greater care in actually running the business to her customers needs. Again, when looking for a dog walker or pet care provider the number one thing is dependability which clearly Vivian lacks. read more

HouseBroken has been taking care of my dog Penny since she was a little puppy. They helped leash train her and socialized her with other dogs when she was just learning the ropes. Since day 1 I've felt comforted knowing the HouseBroken team is looking after her and I cannot recommend the team enough. Heard good things about HouseBroken but was disappointed with how they treat new customers. On the day of the meet and greet I was informed that I would be meeting the person who would be watching my cat while I was gone but that this person doesn't work weekends and therefore a second person would be coming to watch my cat on the weekend rather than the first person I was to meet. I asked if it would be possible to meet the second person as well (A reasonable request and was even willing to pay for the services of that person just to come to my house for meet and greet) I was then informed because it was going to be around the time of New Year's and that they get busy during that season and that even though the second person who might come to watch my cat on the weekend may not even be the person I think would do it because they have to switch everyones schedules around. I was trying to be very understanding because of course the holidays everyone is going to be all over the place and a little hectic. However I made it known that I was a little uneasy that I would be meeting a person today, giving them two sets of keys and then knowing that the person coming to watch my cat for a week probably wouldn't be the person I had talk to on two separate occasions. I'm sure this company does a good job vetting the people who work for them but at the end of the day however I just wasn't comfortable letting a complete stranger that I had never spoken to in to my apartment or to watch my pet. If I had already been using their services for a couple of years or even just a few months I'm sure this wouldn't have been a problem however I'm a first time customer and this wasn't sitting well with me. They called me back later in the afternoon and canceled my meet and greet. They made it sound like I was being unreasonable not wanting to handover My two sets of keys to a person who wouldn't even be the person coming into my apartment to do the job. My neighbor uses their services and I'm the walkers seem nice so I won't give them zero stars. However they might want to rethink how they treat some of their newer customers trying to come on board. read more

I've worked with Housebroken NY for years. They are reliable and professional and like family. On one of many many occasions they had my dog, the sitter recognized symptoms of an acute fatal condition in my dog (stomach bloat) and called the vet st the emergency hospital to have the operating table set up upon their arrival. We have been using HouseBroken for many years for dog walking (and cat sitting before he passed away). They are a wonderful business with warm, caring, animal-loving walkers and pet sitters. At times, I could be called into work with less than 24 hours notice on a weekend, and HouseBroken was always accommodating and responsive about Saturday walks. We recently used HouseBroken for pet sitting for the first time, and were so happy with the pictures and text updates we received from Jenna. She also picked up and dropped off our dog, who was clearly very loved and cared for during her stay at "camp" (that's where we told her she was going :) ). I have met many wonderful HouseBroken walkers over the years, and we will continue to use them. I highly recommend them to any of my pet-abundant friends. This is super long, sorry. It has now been several weeks and I finally feel composed enough to write about our experience with Housebroken. I thought hard about whether to write this review or not, and decided that I needed to. I know that if I were looking for a dog walking company and found out that this had happened even once, it would impact my decision and I want any potential customers of theirs to have that information. Several Housebroken walkers had walked our rescue Patrick here and there over about a yearlong period (when I traveled for work, 3-5 times a year for 1-2 weeks at a time) and we never had any serious issues beyond the front door being left unlocked once (which we talked to our regular walker about and wasn't an issue again). Our regular walker, James, always left nice notes and Patrick seemed to like him just fine. When we got our foster dog Baby, we still needed occasional walks when I was traveling for work. We left very specific instructions and emailed the company's manager to make sure it was clear that Baby scared very easily, was afraid of new people and loud noises on the street, and could be walked alone or just let into the yard to go to the bathroom if a walker did not feel comfortable walking her. We were fostering her because she was doing very badly in the shelter and needed a lot of help getting used to people-- not at all aggressive, but very fearful of people and sounds (and anything with wheels, ha) and probably a little "special needs" mentally. Baby was fine and a totally normal dog with us, but took time to trust new people and got scared of noises on the street easily (and would pull to get away from whatever scared her). A, who had been to our house 2-3 times before and had previously let Baby in the yard because she'd seemed too scared to be leashed, decided to try walking both Patrick and Baby on this visit-- and apparently put Baby's prong collar on incorrectly (this is based on a note she left). From the story I put together from a phone call from the manager Brooke and what the vet told me (I was out of the country at the time but when my partner told me what had happened I called immediately), this is what happened: because Baby's collar had been put on incorrectly, when she inevitably had a scare on the street, she got off her leash and ran away (no back up collar or leash was used). She ran for about an hour, at times running all the way to the nearby dog park and back, seeming confused and exhausting herself. The dog walker was not able to catch her. It was 75 degrees on this day, and Baby continued running terrified until she was physically exhausted and could not stand. Her paws and tongue were bleeding, her eyes were bugging out, and she was having trouble breathing. By this time the manager had arrived to take her to the emergency vet and I assume the walker went home. When Baby arrived at the vet, she was in shock, her blood pressure was skyrocketing, she was hardly responsive, and her organs were shutting down. After blood pressure medication, fluids, and a blood transfusion, Baby still did not improve after 6-7 hours and the difficult decision to humanely euthanize her was made. She was in pain and I believe this was the right decision. I know that the dog walker must feel terrible about this (although she has not contacted us to apologize). I know the owner of Housebroken does too, and she emailed me saying she was sorry for our loss. I know mistakes can be made and accidents happen. However, these are the kinds of mistakes you don't expect someone who has presumably been trained and vetted by a reputable dog walking company to make. I later found that A had worked for the company less than a month. She should not have been walking a high-maintenance dog like Baby. She should have known how to fasten a prong collar properly. She should have been using a back-up leash and collar. She should never have turned her back on a dog who had gotten away. Honestly, I don't harbor hard feelings towards the company (although I no longer feel comfortable using their services), but the fact remains that these mistakes lead to the death of our dog-- and future potential customers should know about it. read more

After paying almost $500 to a HUGE FRAUD of a locksmith last month, my regular HouseBroken dogwalker got locked out of my apt. today (with my dog, Ivy, mind you) due to a faulty replacement lock. Brooke, the General Manager, took over when my walker had to leave, and from 4:30 - 6:30pm, she waited outside with Ivy, under the assumption that the locksmith would come fix their shit. Multiple calls later, they're a no-show and I had to leave work to come deal. Long-story-short, I recruited some muscle from a neighbor, called the cops, and Brooke stayed with me and Ivy the entire time. They never fixed my lock. Around 7:00pm, Brooke referred me to a reputable locksmith. She stayed with me until he arrived. The locksmith that arrived was almost instantly able to get me inside, and from 7:30 - 9:30pm, he diligently worked to replace the faulty lock. Total cost: $140. He was SO nice, funny, and extremely patient -- and I never would have found him without Brooke. Bottom line: Brooke + House Broken are THE BEST. Never in my life have I experienced such kindness from essential strangers. They went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful for my lovely neighborhood businesses. read more

We've used Housebroken for almost a year for our (large, somewhat rambunctious) dog - walking a few times a week and, occasionally, pet sitting. Housebroken is great! A few highlights: online booking and cancellations make managing the schedule really easy, and they have pretty flexible cancellation policies so if one of us stays home sick or works from home and we don't need a walker it's no problem. Variety of services includes everything from walking to in-home pet sitting. Walkers leave adorable notes and we've had no issues with people coming in and out of the apartment - I know that some people get anxious about the idea of strangers coming in and out of their home, but we've had no reason to worry at all. read more

I attempted to use this company because their reviews were glowing, and prices were great. However, I found communication very difficult. It took 5 days to receive follow up emails, and I was asked the same questions multiple times. When a walker finally came out to do the first meet up (2 weeks after I initially emailed), a woman came (she was honestly great!) and talked about our dogs for an hour, getting details about their personalities, quirks, and stranger anxieties, as well as getting acquainted with them. After all of that, she wasn't even available to walk in the first place on the one day that we needed a walker! Even she was confused as to why the boss sent her out. I mentioned that I would still like to meet the person who was going to walk my dogs (and you know, enter my house when I'm not home). I also explained that the handful of times my dog has had strangers come in when we weren't home to calm her, she has had diarrhea. The nice dog walker told her boss all of my information, but then I got a call from the boss asking all of the questions that I had just spent one hour answering. I started to really get frustrated at this point... Like, really frustrated. Then the boss asked me about my dog's anxiety and said, "Well, I really think she'd (the dog) be okay. We have to do this all the time." Interesting, coming from someone who has never even met my dog. For some reason, she was just extremely hesitant to send out another dog walker, HOWEVER if she had just paid attention the first two times that I wrote (yes, this is all in writing, so it's hard to mishear something) maybe she wouldn't have to waste another dog walker's time. Communication was not their strong point, with days and days between emails, not reading details in emails, not to mention that my time was wasted by sending me a walker that I couldn't even use, and then not even applying what was stated in the initial meeting. I have taken my business elsewhere because I just don't have the patience to restate 50 million details. When I walk my dogs in the neighborhood and people ask if we have a dog walker, I just can't refer them to this company because of how frustrating it was. From what I could tell, the dog walker who came over was so kind, the dogs warmed up to her immediately, and I could tell she was professional. I would have hired her if she were running the business. If you have loads of time to spare, dogs who don't rely on an afternoon pee, and an abundance of patience, I'm sure anyone would be happy with the walkers. I don't doubt this. But, I give them 2 stars because as the rating goes "Eh, I've had better." Much better. read more

Housebroken has been taking care of our two dogs for 3 years, and they are absolutely wonderful! They are responsive, flexible with our last minute schedule changes, and truly care about our dogs. One of our dogs is a rescue and has separation anxiety, and they've been extremely understanding and patient in helping her cope with her anxiety. Vivian, Brooke, Kim and the other staff are amazing. All their walkers are fantastic and super conscientious. They even wipe off their paws after each walk so the furniture stays clean. Through Housebroken, our dogs have made friends in the neighborhood and look forward to seeing their buddies every day. It gives us peace of mind to know our dogs are in such good hands, and we love reading the updates when we come home. read more

I really could not have asked for more from HouseBroken. I've been trying to juggle what to do with my cat when I go away almost since the day I got her. Usually I either take her along or get friends to visit. But where I live now makes it hard for friends to take that much time to see her, so I researched and HouseBroken not only had great reviews, but a good price as well. At the same time, my cat is, uh . . . not friendly, except to me (most of the time). I was nervous that she'd be so anxious she'd do something crazy; my friends "know" her, but would a stranger be cool with it? I appreciated that they do a "meet and greet" before you actually go away, as well as have a thorough-but-not-ridiculous form on hand for you to fill out. My sitter was Larissa, and she's incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; being that my cat is insane, knowing that the person watching her knew all there is to know about animals is pretty reassuring. She was extremely receptive and understanding to everything I had to say about my cat. I felt as though perhaps, this time, my cat had met her match. ;-) HouseBroken uses BettaWalka, a login system where you can add appointments, see if visits were "fulfilled" and when, and look over billing. I am obsessed with it, and loved that I could log in and see, "Yep, she got checked in on today" whenever I'd go a couple of days in vacation bliss, forgetting about the little ball o'crazy I'd left behind. When I came home, Larissa had left a lovely note with a total play-by-play of what my cat was up to all week. The answer: Not much. (Wouldn't leave from under the bed.) But she noted how she made sure that the cat was there and okay, even if she didn't want to come out to play, and that's totally awesome. I'm sure it'd be easier to just fill up the water/food and leave, but she really went the extra mile. Not only that, she noted that the food bag had gotten wet, so she took the time to put all of it in a Ziplock so it wouldn't get moldy. It was just great to know that this isn't a service that does a quick run-in, run-out. While all that matters to me is that my cat is alive and healthy when I get back from a trip, what will keep me using this service is all the little details and extra attention that was given to my crazy kitten. I will be recommending them to anyone I know with pets. read more

We started using HouseBroken for afternoon walks of our dog Yuni in 2011 shortly after we adopted him. In those early days, he was still a little shell shocked from his prior life. His walker was really good with him and helped him come out of his shell and settle into his new life. Now, as Yuni gets older and slower, his walkers are super patient and caring. HouseBrokenNY has been nothing short of a miracle for myself and my Boston Terrier, Mimi. There were a couple of 'hiccups' in the beginning in terms of setting up repeat service, canceling when away on vacation, etc., but they always responded quickly and compassionately. On more than one occasion they've added a late evening walk for Mimi on very short notice. In fact, they've never said 'no' to any request and the little messages they leave after each walk are reassuring that someone did in fact show up for my little Meemster. The notes often reflect my 'personality write up' of Mimi that they have on file for the walkers, So, not only are they showing up, but they actually care about the dog they're visiting and read the notes. They even have a type of 'concierge' service where they charge by-the-hour if you need them to stay at your apartment (ie: waiting for your super who's supposedly fixing something, waiting for a delivery, etc). It is nearly impossible for me to get time off work for these sorts of things, so to know I can have someone there, for a reasonable fee, that LOVES dogs - well, enough said. I feel lucky to have found them! Always accommodating to last minute requests for cat sitting, which can be so stressful, especially around the holidays. My cat was very well taken care of and when I came back there were signs of extra caring gestures (I forgot to leave a light on for the duration of my absence and a lamp had been turned on, everything was very clean and not the usual mess a lonely pet can make if left alone). Housebroken is a professional, dependable and trustworthy organization that I would highly recommend to anyone who has need of their services. I used Housebroken for 3 years between two moves in Brooklyn and only stopped using them because I relocated to Massachusetts. Vivian and her entire team of walkers were very accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. They have an easy to used online portal where your schedule can be viewed and edited as needed. They were also fantastic about being flexible with working professionals' hours - ie: last minute meeting or business dinner they would schedule a walker to come to my apartment, feed my dog dinner and take her for her PM walk. I also travel 4 times per year for two weeks at a time for work and they would coordinate with a staff member to stay with my dog at my apartment. That way, my dog was always in her comfort zone and I had peace of mind that she was being looked after by someone from the Housebroken team. Housebroken is a community organization and I would regularly run into staff members in the neighborhood who would recognize my dog and stop for a chat. When dealing with your fur-babies and allowing access on a regular basis to your home trust and reliability is paramount and Housebroken has this in spades. Although it took awhile to get everything settled, I probably should have just called instead of emailing. They are the best! Brooke, whom I communicated with, was an absolute life-saving-angel when an emergency family matter came up during the holidays last year. Yeah. I know. But she still fit my cat into her team's schedule and I am eternally grateful for it. They took pretty good care of my cat, the notes from each sitter were really sweet and a nice catalog of their visits with him. This company is sloppy. I dealt with Brooke who insisted that a walker come to meet me and my dog before we begin regular walks. Makes sense. The walker I met, however, was not the one who would be walking my dog. So I have no idea why we needed to meet. I used their services for a few months. Generally I would need a walk one a week, twice at most, sometimes not at all. My needs were simple: a half hour walk in the evening (you have to choose a 2-hour block - a big window in my opinion. If you're working late, the difference between the walk being at 4pm or 6pm is huge.) and a bowl of food after the walk. Even though I scheduled probably fewer than 20 walks total, my dog want fed on 3 different occasions. Usually some failure to communicate to the walker that I needed that. Once the walker left a note claiming he was fed, but there was a brand new bag of food that was still unopened when I got home. I was still charged for these walks. The reviews are good so maybe I was just unlucky. But I operate a dog walking business myself and I know for a fact that these are pretty easy things to not mess up. read more

I've had the best experience working with Brooke and HouseBroken. Finding a dog-walking service is stressful under the best of circumstances. Finding a dog-walking service for my sweet, blind, elderly Italian Greyhound seemed an insurmountable challenge. A friend recommended HouseBroken, having had used their services in the past. From the moment that I reached out to them they have been incredibly attentive, kind, responsible and stable. My dog, Louis, is mainly walked by one person --Joe. Although I've only met Joe in the initial interview, we've communicated often and I could honestly not have wished for a better person to take care of my dog. He leaves daily notes updating me on Lou and his walk, with added pleasantries and greetings --much appreciated! Also, I travel a lot for work and HouseBroken has provided many overnight stays with my dog --sending me with comforting texts and pictures of Lou while I'm away. I very much recommend HouseBroken to anyone in Brooklyn looking for care giving services for their pets. read more

I'm a first time dog owner and Vivian and her team have been so very wonderful. When I adopted my dog, I was incredibly nervous and distraught at the thought of leaving him alone for the whole day on Monday while I went to work because he would whine and cry if I left him for just 5 minutes to go downstairs to get my mail.... Vivian was basically my therapist that first weekend (who am I kidding? first few weeks!), answering a million questions, offering advice, suggesting an additional walk for the first few days to set my mind at ease and generally just dealing with my freakouts. I am so very appreciative. And her team has been absolutely fantastic. Two women alternate walking my dog, and they both leave really sweet notes telling me how he did on the walk, whether he peed/ate/was interested in treats, etc. They've been great about my requests to give him a bit of extra food, and they even helped get the dog started on a new training collar that I couldn't get him to take to! It really feels as though they are all on my side and that my dog is being very well cared for while I'm at work. read more

I would recommend NOT using this service. One of the catsitters stole my laptop computer, albeit temporarily. We returned early and noticed it was missing - the catsitter, whom I had never met before, arrived soon after we did, pulled my computer out of his bag and explained that he had "borrowed" it (obviously without permission) and was trying to return it before we got back. He acted like we were crazy for being upset and that this was a perfectly normal thing to do, like he does this sort of thing all the time. The owner explained that this catsitter was trustworthy and did not seem to think that unauthorized "borrowing" was a disqualification for a catsitting position - I think he still works for this service. If you do use this service, I recommend that you lock up all of your personal belongings that you don't want "borrowed"! read more

If the dog sitting is anything like the cat sitting, I highly recommend HouseBroken. I was impressed by the interview process. The questionnaire is three pages long so they are very thorough and try to cover all bases. My face-to-face interview was just as thorough and I appreciated that they made every effort to ask about even the little things, like where my cats might hide so they can ensure they see both when they come for a visit. Just got back from my first trip and am thoroughly pleased. Devin left notes for each visit (I had scheduled twice a day for three days) and a sweet drawing welcoming me home. We go out of town fairly frequently and finally found a pet sitter that works for us! i booked extremely last minute for going out of town for a week, including the passover and easter holidays, and HouseBroken was able to take us on. They came every day we were gone (5 days) and we came home to a happy kitty. They did the basics like cleaning litter, refilling food and water, playing/cuddling, etc. but the best part was the notes they left me! I learned what food they gave her when and when the cat had knocked over the garbage can, what games they played together, etc. The website with appointment set ups and personal profile is also really awesome! Housebroken were amazing dog walkers for the 3.5 years we used their service (we moved otherwise we would still be using them). Sasha was a rescue (woop Sean Casey in sunset Park) and came with some food issues. Regardless, housebroken put us at ease from the first meet and greet. Every walker we had the pleasure to work with (Joe and David esp) were lovely people and took excellent care of Sasha. They also pet sat for us and took care of our cats when we were out of town. They were responsive and clearly communicative of schedule changes and any other issues. In addition their online booking system is great and they were super understanding of our last minute schedule changes. In 3.5 years they did not miss a scheduled walk. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We and Sasha miss them. read more

At some point our dog was let out of our house by contractors and went missing. Vivian and her crew have been amazing to us and our little guy Charley. The walkers (shout out to Ana, Jen, Lisa, Lauren, Jeronimo) always leave funny, sweet, thoughtful, detailed notes- something a guilty/anxious dog-ma appreciates reading after being gone for 10 hours a day- and it is clear they honestly care for and appreciate my dog and his personality. This group is extremely trustworthy, reliable, and what I found most helpful was their flexibility with scheduling. We sometimes had last minute changes, and Vivian was always super easy/cool about that. Also, Charley had two overnights (one in our apt and one in Lisa's) and it went beautifully. He couldn't stop talking about how much fun he had. I can tell he loves his walkers- whenever any of them came while I was home, he would go crazy, wagging his tail and butt. Not an easy feat with a finicky little dog. Lastly, I felt completely comfortable having them in my home while I was not there. I hired two different walkers prior to Housebroken and these guys are truly the best. And very affordable too! Relieved to see all these other reviews from anxious dog parents, and parents of anxious dogs! I can't say enough good things about Vivian, Devin, Brooke and the whole crew at Housebroken. There has been major construction going on next door during the day which has been making my pup, Maui, crazy! They have been so wonderful keeping both me and Maui calm and thinking of solutions for her anxiety! It's clear they care about what they do and are great at it. They are so flexible with scheduling and I love getting daily notes about Maui's walks. Plus, their prices are totally reasonable! I have used HouseBroken for over a year now and have been consistently impressed with their customer service and dependability. The walkers are great and leave a note about the walk every day. Vivian, the owner is thoughtful and considerate, and offers a reasonably priced service. They are often able to accommodate last minute changes and requests. There was one scheduling snafu where my dog wasn't walked during the day. The owner noticed it before I came home from work, left me a phone message, and personally took my dog to the park to make up for it.
