We started using their services in July when we both had to return to the office for our jobs and needed our dog, our anxious Jindo, to be walked during the afternoon. They have been so attentive and patient with our anxious pup and have done an amazing job with walking him. They send plenty of photos of the walk with an update and go the extra mile to refill his bowl with fresh water for him and give him plenty of snacks. The short version: Mike is the best. Ever. We can't imagine having anyone else walk Groot. The longer version: Mike has been a complete superhero when it comes to our terrier mix, Groot. He's reliable, extremely communicative, and has a wonderful relaxed demeanor while also maintaining a watchful eye on our pup. He is truly gifted with dogs, and we are SO grateful to have him as part of our dog-family. Receiving his daily text updates and pictures are the absolute highlight of my day. (Also, he seems to ALWAYS take amazing pictures of Groot!) Groot is a sweet dog but was sometimes having strange, sudden aggression in various situations. We think this aggression had been aggregated by a previous walker, so we were anxious to find someone who could get along with Groot. Mike worked with us, taking extra time to make sure Groot was comfortable with him and keeping us updated every step of the way. Mike even made great, personalized suggestions for my boyfriend and I to make Groot even more awesome and also was open to input from a trainer/behaviorist we had worked with as well. Other then the actual walking time, Mike always freshens Groot's water, gives him treats, and if the weather is wet at all, gives him a quick dry (which is good since he's so low to the ground!). I'm a pretty anxious dog parent, and I am always confident Groot is in the best of hands when Mike comes over. I can't think of enough great things to say about Woofle. Worth EVERY PENNY. read more

Mike is great. He is a true animal lover and animals love him! We never had to worry about our pets (dog & cat) or for our apartment if Mike were taking care of them. After each walk she gets her paws wiped and a treat. On top of that, we receive a timely update on her walk (including behavior and tips) and several photos. I don't even know how to convey just how incredible Mike and Kaleigh are! They started walking our English bulldog puppy when he was only five months old. If we forget to schedule walks for the week, they always check in. Mike and Woofle are the absolute best! I moved to Brooklyn about 2 years ago but never needed a dog walker as I work from home. However, my fiance and I both had conferences for work scheduled out of town the same week last month. We called Mike just a few days before we were scheduled to leave and he got back to us immediately. Since our dog is 14 years old and had never had a dog walker before, we really wanted her to have a chance to meet Mike before we left. He was very accommodating and made the trip to meet our dog the next morning. She absolutely loved him and even came out of her favorite sleeping spot in the living room to visit with him and get belly rubs. I knew my dog, Maddie, was going to be in great hands while I was gone! Unfortunately, the stress of both my fiance and I being out of town caused Maddie to get stressed and she had a few accidents in the house while we were out of town. Mike was not Bane's main walker (a different walker had been assigned to us), but Mike accompanied his walks until Bane was comfortable with his permanent walker. I've been avoiding writing this review mainly because I don't want Woofle to get so busy that they can't walk Kinsey and Bee anymore--they have seriously changed my (and my dogs') life for the better! I have a very anxious meat market rescue who was extremely apprehensive of Mike and Kaleigh at first but warmed right up almost immediately. They're so, so great with my dogs and they're extremely communicative with me. I get many pictures after every walk, complete with a review of their time spent. Woofle is also the reason why I recently turned down a very inexpensive apartment in BK Heights with outdoor space...I was worried I'd be too far away and my pups wouldn't get to spend time with Mike and Kaleigh anymore! Mike and Kaleigh are amazing! Our rescue dog, Brooklyn, developed fear aggression recently toward his old walker and we were no longer able to use them to walk our dog. I had met Mike previously at our building's dog park and I immediately knew he would be a terrific fit for Brooklyn as he approached Brooklyn with warmth and calmness. I reached out to Mike as soon as our old walkers informed us that Brooklyn was too difficult to walk and he came that same evening for a meet and greet. Mike has done an unbelievable job! Brooklyn is very anxious and has been struggling with fear aggression and anxiety around loud noises. Mike has spent extra time getting to know him, dealing with his aggression, and giving Brooklyn tons of love and treats. I honestly couldn't recommend anyone better.
