My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our experience with Flossy Pet Pawlor. We were looking for an experienced groomer salon not too far from us because our dog is pretty anxious when it comes to trimming or grinding nails. The owner, Vee (unsure if I'm spelling this right/wrong) made us feel so welcome and assured us our dog was in great hands. In the grooming room, he explained each step he was taking to ensure the process went safely and smoothly. He emphasized that he wanted to make sure our dog was comfortable but secure. He had a second groomer who was helping out when needed and learning at the same time. He also let us know that instead of clipping, they do doing nail grinding and as a plus, it's better when dogs have dark nails. We appreciated being able to view the experience and also get this insight. The process was indeed smooth and quick and our pup left happily. Just moved to the area and found Flossy Pet Pawlor on Google and decided to get a full grooming for our 35lb labradoodle, Charlie. Upon arriving, the owner took us to the back to ensure he understood what we'd want for our dogs haircut. He showed us what a long summer cut looked like and was extremely attentive, polite, and welcoming. Our dog has anxiety when my wife and I leave but I know he handled Charlie with extreme care. You guys... it's a husband and wife team who know their stuff! We were welcomed with a smile and excellent energy , they loved up on our girl and made her feel comfortable. We were even taken back to where they would be doing the grooming for a consultation and they made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure they could care for our girl- allergies, preferences etc. We literally didn't recognize her when we picked her up! After trying to find a professional groomer for some time for my dogs first grooming I came across Flossy Pet Pawlor online. After reading all the great reviews I said I had to see for myself, so with high hopes on November 15, 2024 I visited with my Frenchie puppy Thor and can I just say those reviews didn't lie not one bit (sometimes you never know (lol) Anyway, came in for the French Bull Dog Full Groom and before I could even mention his shedding they already knew he would probably need a de-shedding shampoo, of course I agreed and I also mentioned I wanted him to have a medicated bath something for his itchy coat which they had as well. As I was standing there talking they had already started clipping his nails and I was concerned about the blow dryer but surprisingly Thor seemed to love it, go figure. I'm VERY pleased with the customer service from this husband & wife duo, quick responses through email and their time and attention to Thor making him feel comfortable, he's never been this soft and fluffy. I'm so glad I came across Flossy Pet Pawlor and we will be back. Added bonus he slept all the way home. If you're thinking about booking just do it, you wont be disappointed. So happy we brought our cat here! We have a one year old long hair who was much overdue for a sanitary coat trim - he has never been to a groomers before and taking on this type of groom at home was out of the question. When Flossy opened down the street, I was pleased to see they offered cat grooming as a service! The team was very welcoming and started to make our cat feel at ease as soon as we arrived. The appointment lasted just over an hour and when we picked him up, he was like a brand new cat! His coat was silky and smooth, and his sanitary shave was just what he needed to clean up under his tail and back legs. The best part of all was the amazing scent of the products they used. Second time getting a groom from them. I realllly love this place. They are so kind and so good with her. My dog has never been calmer near people (she's not a people kinda dog) and she seems to love them. She always looks sooo cute after too. They are so attentive and kind and really want you to have a great experience. They even picked her up and dropped her off.
