Most of all they are the single best duo of housecleaners we have ever had (we have had several long term house cleaners for years at a time). Their attention to detail and ability to make the home feel both clean and well organized was always a welcome relief for my wife and I as busy professionals. We trusted them with keys and access during vacations and never had an issue. The only reason we did not continue is we had to move out of state. They also wore shoes in the house the whole time. I don't even wear shoes in my house it's filthy! I remopped my downstairs alone and this was the color of the bucket when I was done - BLACK. Easy to say I will not be using them again. So disappointing Responding to the owners response - the team did NOT clean it three times that you claim. They wiped over it once if that with a 4x4 rag. This review is for carpet cleaning only…read more I got several quotes for carpet cleaning and decided to go with ALF because they were more affordable and had good reviews. Unfortunately I do regret this decision. There were several large spot stains left by former roommates that ALF was unable to get out of my carpet, which is unfortunate but understandable as those stains were quite old. What is not fine is that they ended up leaving many brownish splotchy stains on my upstairs carpet that were not there before! My upstairs carpet looks so much worse than before the cleaning. The upstairs carpet texture also felt "crunchy" after the cleaning, like there was chemical residue left in it. The cleaning also somehow surfaced a brown stain in the master bedroom carpet that was not there before. The service was also very meh. They missed their first appointment and did not even notify me until I asked about it and rescheduled to a different day. It ended up working out in my case, but might be inconvenient if you're taking off work or if you moved all the furniture already in anticipation of them coming. When finished, the techs told me the carpet would take 7-10 hours to dry when they left, but it actually took 24-48 hours. The techs also dumped DIRTY CARPET WATER ON MY LAWN?? Leaving large hunks of carpet fibers on the grass?? Excuse me. You could dump it somewhere where it might not kill a lawn. When contacted about the stains they left behind, the lady scheduled a free follow up (which again had to be rescheduled) and assured me that these were shampoo residue stains that could be removed. The techs came out again and spent 2 more hours working on the stains. I do appreciate the service, and feel bad for how much time and effort the techs spent but... it did absolutely nothing! The ugly stains are still there. They told me to pull the curtains and not to let the sun shine on it while drying, which I did, and also blew giant fans at the carpet to help it dry faster... nope, still splotchy and crunchy all over. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the downstairs carpets do seem mostly OK (except the new stain in master bedroom) and feel cleaner than before, and because they did schedule a follow up very quickly. But personally, I would never use this company again. Here's to hoping their other cleaning services are better than their carpet services. Take heed.

She came by and was able to asses my home and give me an exact quote for the deep clean I requested for specific rooms. She was super friendly and accommodating. We booked my cleaning later that day. Well todays the day! And let me tell you....... AMAZING. I was really hesitant to hire people to come clean my home.... I felt like "why couldn't I do it?"
