I got bids from several cleaning companies on Yelp to do my carpets for a move out. Fast cleaning offered to give me a discount on a move out cleaning if I booked with the carpets, and another discount if the apartment was going to be empty--they specifically said "no furniture inside". I said my apartment would be completely empty with no belongings inside and we settled on the discounted price. They arrived a bit later than the promised time (9am) by about 45-50 minutes. The owner had told me they would be arriving 30 mins late due to a personal issue, which I said ok that's fine I'll meet you at 9:30, so I went there expecting to meet them at 9:30 instead of 9, and they were not there. The owner did not communicate with me at all regarding the further lateness or when they would be there. They showed up just before 10. The cleaners were very friendly and professional. Halfway through the clean I received two pictures from the owner of the inside of my fridge and the stovetop. I will attach those to this review. He told me how dirty they were and said I should have mentioned how filthy my apartment was before I let him give me a discount. So he was telling me that he was surprised by how dirty it was and then suggested that I should not get the discount we agreed upon. I brought up to him that he offered me a discount because I had bundled carpet+move out cleaning and because there was no furniture in the apartment. He hadn't asked me for any pictures to gauge the level of cleanliness in the apartment. He hadn't asked me any specifics about the state of the place. I didn't even know that this was a factor that was important to a cleaner, unless there was something like blood, puke, or a huge carpet stain. I basically told him I hired you guys to clean and now you're mad that the apartment wasn't pristine upon arrival? So it wasn't Spic and span but why would I hire somebody to clean my apartment if it was already clean? If I hire somebody to clean for several hundred dollars, I'm sorry, but I was surprised by his reaction to two things in my home being dirty. He was sort of implying that they would want to charge me more for the extra time spent and I was like I don't really think that's fair considering that was not part of the deal and the rest of the apartment had already been pre cleaned (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning) When they were done everything looked pretty good except that they had not cleaned under the removable element of the stovetop. I had also let the owner know before booking that I would need an official invoice to prove to my landlord that I had gotten a cleaning done. He promised he would send one but did not for several days. I kept asking him to and he kept saying "I'll send it right now" and then did not send it. He did finally send it after several days of asking. I really waffled between 3 and 4 stars because the cleaning was perfectly adequate.

The management kept me apprised at all times regarding their arrival time and what the cleaning team were doing to tackle a particular cleaning process. The 2 cleaners that came were very thorough and professional I ended asking about a regular cleaning service. They've been cleaning my house ever since! I love coming home to my fresh, clean house! They are detailed on the stove, vacuuming, mopping and dusting. Bathrooms always look nice and clean even down to the fancy towel folding and Kleenex. Windows are extra but they will do touch ups along with other things if you ask (like refrigerator or sheets... might change the price). All in all I've been very happy with their services!
