I went to redeem a free work out as a plus one with my step mom, she had been raving about this place for a while so it was nice to be able to to join finally! Sometimes t can be a bit overwhelming when it comes to trying a new gym or workout place, but as soon as we walked in the front desk personnel greeted me, assured that the class would be free, and then gave a in depth tour of the facility! I'm not sure if that's required, but it was so nice! She then set me up with all the proper equipment, and made sure we were in the correct sauna! The workout was amazing, I don't think i've sweat that much in a while!!! After the work out she proceeded to give me an exclusive offer and even told me that if I just come back they would work with me! Unfortunately, the area is a bit far from me given it's my step moms home location, and I am more located in central Dallas, or I would commit in a heartbeat! Manager told me to freeze account for 2 months but I said no cancel. She said its freeze or pay a lump sum. How can I do that if my medical issues cause me debt beyond what I could manager. I had to change my debt cards to stop them. Everyday they tried to deny account 3 times a day. Money hunger! I loved it till I couldn't! Customer service sucks!

Sarah and Melody are very friendly and helpful, a real blessing. Everything inside is sparkling clean which is very encouraging and gives a sense of safety when it comes to getting infected by germs and bacteria, etc. The location is excellent for me, and the fact that the gym is located in a very safe area of Wylie (right across from the Fire Station) enhances the security of anyone adventuring in the middle of the night. On top of it, a little incentive îs offered to its members (T-shirt, bag) which is nice even if they're meant for advertisement. Snap fitness is all worth it. I'm really thankful I found them.
