Though they only had four beers on tap when my boyfriend and I stopped in, they were all awesome. The four were: Wobbly Pop, a New England IPA, a Peanut Porter, Thai Wun On, a Belgian Wit with Thai spices and ghost peppers, and Dark Materials Imperial Stout. Since their flight includes five small pours, the bartender gave us the four and let us decide which one we liked best for our fifth pour. The Thai Wun On Belgian Wit was such an interesting beer and had great flavor, and little heat - thankfully! The bartender was really friendly and we enjoyed meeting the brewery cat Fuggle. She's so sweet! Though they don't serve food, they do let you bring your own food in. It's a great craft brewery!

They had a craft night for a Valentine's Day craft, they have games, pariticpate in the jigsaw puzzle competition amongst a few local breweries, and had an ongoing "guess the amount" competition to guess how many candy hearts were in a container, and they have live music. They don't serve food but do have pop-ups with local places. I wish I could have checked out the outdoor space but weather didn't allow it. Definitely a place I'd come back to, especially in spring/summer. Sidenote: If you're looking for a local place to stay the night, the upstairs loft is a beautiful Air BnB!

The dijonnaise was good if a bit mild... amp up the savory flavor and put more ham in the mix with a touch more salt please. Finally, the Public Salad was a good base but needs a bit of a vinegar component to make it sing. I'd recommend red wine vinegar, just a small splash in the dressing. The setting is just as memorable, with a beautiful tasting garden, a music stage, and wide-open grounds that make you want to stay awhile. On my visit, a food truck was serving fresh oysters (Scott shucks!) that paired perfectly with the wine and lovely folk-Indie music. I also stayed overnight through Harvest Hosts (on their farmland in my camper trailer), and waking up on their farmland was picturesque and peaceful!
