I have been wanting to leave a review for such a long time, however I never went through with it…read more After tonight, I knew it was time. This is the BEST restaurant I have been to, hands down. The staff are so friendly and they make a point to make the customers feel like family. Every time we go, they know our orders by heart. Hell, one time I called in an order and they knew who it was by the order. Not only did they know it was us, they gave me extra limes that I forgot to ask for, but ask for every single time I go. Tonight, one of the Rancho members brought out a small bowl that I could've been fine without. However, they decided to run in the rain to make sure I had this container. I am so grateful for Rancho's and everyone involved! We love you!

We have been going to Swensons for YEARS...and can honestly say that it has gone DOWNHILL faster…read morethan a speeding sled in the past 18 months or so. When we returned from our winter stay we headed to Swensons for the great burgers in the spring....and they CHANGED THE BUNS....from the sweet tasting ones to basically a standard bun from the grocery store. OK...we complained...said they were aware of the complaints...we hadn't been back until this past weekend...same mediocre to poor tasting buns...plus...the onion bits were overcooked, half of the order was hot, the other half lukewarm...we ate it but decided this will be the last time we visit unless I hear that they've fixed the bun situation! At $40 inlcuding tip for a couple of burgers, fish sandwiches, and two sides (no drinks)...we'll head to Culvers!

It seems every time I have an order of food for more than one person, the order always gets botched. Typically I stop alone for myself and I have no issues, but when I am getting food for a group of people (4 people worth of food) it's always messed up. Tonight's order was a little messed up, thankfully we noticed before we drove too far missing food from our order, but then assuming the food they were bringing us to fix the mistake was correct, getting home and it was just a mess. When you pay for a double loaded cheeseburg where every add on costs a price, and end up with a single cheeseburg with half slice of cheese and so much ketchup the bread was mush. Costed us a loss in money. Fries were cold and stale, seems like this food was previously made for someone else before we even ordered and then given to us. At that point, you don't want to drive to the same restaurant 3 times when you're hungry so we are dealing with it today but about $5 loss in food and reconsidering coming here for larger orders aside from a one person order. I hope this locations steps up their game cause it'd be a shame to lose it from bad quality and lesser customers because of it. I really like Swensons and typically crave it from time to time, so I would like for our community to enjoy it without terrible quality and losing money.

This Wayback Burger location is located across the street from the Belden Village Mall. It is…read morelocated in the same plaza as Nothing Bundt Cakes and Wingstop. Upon entering, there is a kiosk to your left for quick "line free" ordering or you can choose to head to the front where a friendly cashier will assist you. All of the burgers and sandwiches are priced separately. For example, the Cheesy Burger is $8.49, but you can variations of combo add ons like tator tots and a drink (add $6.99) to make it a meal deal. The Cheesy Burger was unique with four slices of cheese and an inverted bun (bun flipped outsides in). I added the tator tots and regular drink for $6.99. The tator tots come with a choice of sauce. I highly recommend the chipotle mayo for dipping, but may be too overpowering on a burger. The downside to the Cheesy Burger was the grease dripping down your hand as you're trying to eat it. However, it all adds to the awesome experience. The drink area was your typical Coca Cola options with a side drink area of various lemonades. I tried the Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade which was tart and delicious. As far as overall experience, order food at the kiosk or the counter and have a seat. The food and shakes will be brought out to you. The signage advertises hand scooped shakes. The staff is friendly and always smiling (atleast during our visit). The atmosphere is great for a friends hang out, quick lunch, or casual date.

Overall the food was fine but a bit expensive for the portions (40.00+) since fries and drinks are addons. Service was ok at best, didn't make any attempt to recommend anything or suggest something for first time diners. Just stood there until we ordered something. This place was dead, so you'd think it would be spotless. Our table was dirty with crumbs and ketchup smeared on the empty napkin holder. There was trash on the floor and dishes stacked above the garbage ( we were the ONLY diners the entire and after when we walked over to NBC ). Overall the place was pretty dirty considering there was no business. Would I be back, the prices didn't match the portions and they place was dead and dirty. This used to be SMOKE and I miss it. It's a hard 2/5 for me.

I called 3 times, the third time they finally answered and I asked why I was hung up on and was told it's because the store is busy. I walked in to pick up my order, there was no one in the store and only 2 other sandwiches under the warm lamp one that was picked up by a door dasher while I was there, but okay whatever I've worked in food service it's annoying and some days really just suck. Fast forward 3 weeks later to today my husband went in and ordered and was still met with rudeness and unprofessionalism, was told they wouldn't remake his sandwich because he didn't tell him no cheese the first time and didn't want to take the loss, mind you he did say no cheese because my husband is lactose intolerant, he says no cheese when ordering if he even thinks it has cheese. Had to argue with the man about it because he was trying to make him pay for another sandwich. He eventually gave in and remade the sandwich but the push back was unnecessary. I will never visit this location ever again, and probably done with Mr. Hero all together because the food is really subpar these days. Nothing like it used to be.

We tried this location primarily because a local school discount card promo for chips and a drink with purchase of a regular sub (this location only). Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite sub places in Stark County. My go-to sub is the 43- Chipotle Cheesesteak (without onions). If you love cheesesteak, this one is definitely for you. My daughter was stoked to use the discount card promo stated above on our Daddy Daughter Date. She tried the 26- Chicken Bacon Ranch under the cheesesteak side of the menu and yay!... I'm getting to choose chips and a drink too! As we were eating, she started to wrap up her sandwich as if she was full. She informed me as we were leaving that her food wasn't hot and she would rather heat it up at home instead. The chips and drink promo were a highlight and hit for her.
