Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite sub places in Stark County. My go-to sub is the 43- Chipotle Cheesesteak (without onions). If you love cheesesteak, this one is definitely for you. My daughter was stoked to use the discount card promo stated above on our Daddy Daughter Date. She tried the 26- Chicken Bacon Ranch under the cheesesteak side of the menu and yay!... I'm getting to choose chips and a drink too! As we were eating, she started to wrap up her sandwich as if she was full. Fast forward 3 weeks later to today my husband went in and ordered and was still met with rudeness and unprofessionalism, was told they wouldn't remake his sandwich because he didn't tell him no cheese the first time and didn't want to take the loss, mind you he did say no cheese because my husband is lactose intolerant, he says no cheese when ordering if he even thinks it has cheese. Had to argue with the man about it because he was trying to make him pay for another sandwich. He eventually gave in and remade the sandwich but the push back was unnecessary. I will never visit this location ever again, and probably done with Mr. Hero all together because the food is really subpar these days. Nothing like it used to be.
