WORST. TACO BELL. ON. PLANET. EARTH. If I could give…read morenegative stars, I would. I sat in the drive-thru for a FULL HOUR. SIXTY MINUTES. 3,600 SECONDS. And here's the best part -- THERE WASN'T EVEN A BIG LINE. No chaos. Just me slowly aging in the inescapable drive-through line waiting for tacos that apparently had to be hunted, harvested, and handcrafted from scratch. While we were trapped there, we could hear the employee at the speaker yelling at an elderly man who was just trying to order and couldn't hear well. Like... how are you going to be mean to a sweet old man over a Chalupa? The vibes were rancid. And after an hour of my life I will NEVER get back... I finally get my bag. HALF. THE. ORDER. WAS. MISSING. I wouldn't come back here if it was the last restaurant standing in Alliance, Ohio. I'd rather forage. Absolutely unhinged experience from start to finish. Do better.

We waited 35 minutes, just to go back up to the desk to check on it and be told that it never actually went through. Little Caesars would never treat us this way.

Got home and it was a Turkey Bacon Cheese sandwich. It was good but NOT what I'd ordered. Last time at Arby's, ordered a Reuben and when got home it was just a corned beef sandwich - no sauerkraut, no Swiss cheese. We are DONE going to Arby's in Alliance. What a shame. Used to be good.

If you enjoy trains this is the place for you. Small restaurant right along rail road tracks. Only major downfall is parking lot can be a little difficult to exit due to traffic on Union Ave. but there is an open lot to cut through right next door to give easier access to Union Ave

I witnessed a very unsanitary unhygienic group of workers. These girls have no common sense of…read moredisinfecting washing their hands or the use of how to handle food with gloves they are definitely uneducated in hygiene and sanitation with I would not recommend eating here unless you want to get sick They were just wiping their hands on a dirty hand towel that they use to wipe the top of ice cream cooler off as I witnessed a lot of things they were doing like tapping on the countertops and touching the register and then grabbing the containers and putting food in them without washing their hands and only putting on one glove instead of two also touching other things after they had already put on the glove. These workers should not be working with Food and serving customers. The best way to get people sick is the methods they are using at this place. very nasty and someone needs to do something more about it. I am going to look into reporting them to the Health Dept. as there needs to be more educational factors on cleanliness and hygiene to be working with Food
