This is probably the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. We were staying at the Comfort Inn across the street and ordered online before heading over. We waited in line for over an hour to get our order. We sat at the speaker for 15 minutes before my boyfriend decided to speak up and we were taken care of. By time we got back to our room to eat, my boyfriend said it was the nastiest meal he's eaten and they didn't get his order right. He was pulling lettuce out of his quesadilla. He said his chips tasted as if they hadn't changed the oil in months. He used to work at a Taco Bell so he knows what to expect. I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this was a pretty disappointing meal. I gave two stars because all the other reviews mentioned rude employees and we didn't have an issue with this. Ordered through the kiosk and then went to the front desk to confirm my order. The worker even gave me the drinks for my order. We waited 35 minutes, just to go back up to the desk to check on it and be told that it never actually went through. Little Caesars would never treat us this way. read more

WORST. TACO BELL. ON. PLANET. EARTH. If I could give negative stars, I would. I sat in the drive-thru for a FULL HOUR. SIXTY MINUTES. 3,600 SECONDS. And here's the best part -- THERE WASN'T EVEN A BIG LINE. No chaos. Just me slowly aging in the inescapable drive-through line waiting for tacos that apparently had to be hunted, harvested, and handcrafted from scratch. While we were trapped there, we could hear the employee at the speaker yelling at an elderly man who was just trying to order and couldn't hear well. Like... how are you going to be mean to a sweet old man over a Chalupa? The vibes were rancid. And after an hour of my life I will NEVER get back... I finally get my bag. HALF. THE. ORDER. WAS. Several times time week alone I've received the wrong order. Even showing photo evidence of a different person's receipt and items made poorly. This last order I spent over $30 plus tip. They still refused to refund, remake or issue a credit. This location has poor customer, rude employees and from the look of the food I receive I question their sanitation & cleanliness. I was willing to give them a chance to make improvements but my family refuses to eat from this location and after last night's issue I too refuse to return to this store. If you like almost having your car hit from the traffic on state street because the drive thru is so backed up then you'll love this location. Constantly understaffed and a very busy location at nearly all times. Food order has never been messed up although the black spicy sauce about came out my dumper when eating my food on the way back home. Tremendous! read more

Don't stop. Waited for 45 minutes for are food. Asked for a discount not free because of the inconvenience. Understaffed. Not clean. I do not recommend stopping. The biggest thing is simply not a polite response to as why it took almost and hour. As if it was me and my wife's fault they were taking so long. The wait at this 'fast food' place is just plain awful. Then once you get to the window they have attitude. They overcharge for their combos and I believe keep the extra 2 bucks off every couple patrons. I got a pepsi. Honestly, I came here after a night out because all I want is tacos after a long night out. Service was terrible. I was INSIDE the restaurant and I waited 45 minutes for fast food.
