After 3 days he would have to throw it out. I totally understand. The chorizo he has is pretty good. The pastor was good and the steak was ok. The red salsa Fresca is really good. The hot salsa is actually hot. I think it has a charred dry chili of some variety in it. It has a slight coffee taste to it. I like it a lot. I'm not giving this extra stars because it's in Alliance. It's good. It's the best Mexican in Alliance in my opinion. Carry out only.

I happened to be out in Alliance yesterday, so I stopped into this place. The staff was very…read morefriendly, and the restaurant was painted with a lot of various colors. It looked like a small Mexican village. I ordered the fajitas Texans. The flavor was wonderful, and the portion sizes were great! It seems most Mexican restaurants give small pieces of meat that are dry in their fajitas now. This place had actual strips of chicken and steak. I also probably had 8-10 pieces of shrimp in there as well. You are lucky to get 4-5 at most places. The chips were fresh. The refried beans actually had flavor. The only thing lacking, was that the salsa was lacking some depth. Another plus for me, is that they carry Coke products!!! If you happen to be in the area, I suggest you give this place a try. The place has good ambiance, and a friendly staff!

I could have made better fries at home with my eyes closed. Zero stars.
