Excellent location if you are attending a game. Wide open sports bar with plenty of TVs (all sizes). Food was delicious. Flavor and freshness on the chicken club sandwich was awesome. Excellent double patty burger as well. Hot and fresh fries. The only challenge is the service. Being a first time visitor, I assume the place can fill and empty with local events across the street. Very friendly waitress, just slow service and didn't get things we asked for. Overall, definitely recommend this spot. read more

Sunday afternoon, not busy, plenty of people working.. Sat for 15 minutes, had drinks, still hadn't taken order and didn't appear waiter had any plans to do so anytime soon.. left restaurant.. No one even noticed.. Will not be back.. I suggest just ordering takeout (or dine in) from Expresso Pizza in East Canton. You can eat there twice, food twice as good, service is exceptional and never incorrect, and you can walk away like you feel like someone is happy that you spent your money with them. BWs are my go to when traveling for work. However my experience this past Sunday was not a good one at this Alliance location. There were plenty of tables available but the host and manager left two families and myself (3 separate parties) waiting by the hostess stand for at least 20 minutes. Even the waitress that finally gave me a seat, eventually, commented to me that she didn't know why they left us standing there for so long. read more

I literally have only left one other yelp review, I only do this when the service is beyond horrible. Came here for dinner, place was not overly busy. Took well Over an hour to get food that should of taken 15 minutes. I would of been ok with this if the food was hot and good, but no...food came out ice cold and gross. I don't think I've ever complained at a meal, but I had to say something to the waitress. We were offered 4 pieces of cake or money towards our next meal which will never be happening. Me and my husband went on a lovey date night here. Everything was going amazing until my husband found a strand of hair in his food. My husband is bald so we knew it wasn't his. This was handy after we went to a basketball game at Mt. Union. Not packed at 5pm on a Saturday, though it was starting to get busy. Service was great, and very baby-friendly. Sweetie got wings and potato wedges, and seemed to like them (we had our hands too full of wings and the baby to share food.) I had Thai ginger wings and a Caesar salad. The wings were typical BW3: not huge but meaty enough, plentiful portions. Not the best wings ever, of course, but good. The sauce was okay- a little sweet and gingery, just a little zip but far from hot. The salad was tasty. Baby K tried some of everything (except the wing sauce,) and liked it, even the celery. It's a little expensive for what we got, but of course we chose convenience instead of going for the absolute best food or value. It's a good place to watch a game, have a beer, have some wings. We were regulars. Always enjoyed BWs. Through and after Covid service was above avg. Today was good and server was working her butt off and was pleasant throughout. We typically get Buffalitos. Well, as of this last visit, 7/6/22 they are now half the size. Almost no cheese, no pico. Very little sauce. This is directed at corporate: you can't have fifty cents worth of ingredients in these new shrinkflation Buffalitos. Mostly lettuce. They're now a joke. No complaints with staff and management, based on what they have to work with. I think we're done for a while. read more

We ordered the nacho plate and it was by far and away the worst nacho plate we have ever had. It should be listed as Nearly Naked Nachos. A small order at Taco Bell has more toppings than BW3's. I would use the word "weak" or "anemic" but that is not descriptive enough. "Stingy" might be more accurate. I have never left BW3's feeling we had gotten our moneys worth. My co-workers and I went at 3:00 for a few wings and beers. It was one of the most painful experiences for happy hour I've ever endured. They only had 4 other tables to wait on and at least 6 waiters. The service was so bad and the manager did come over to try and help cash us out but even that took an hour. They should have comped our bills or at least offered something. I'll never go back. read more

Arrived today at 12:05 for lunch with my daughter. Place was nearly empty, but got to be about half full during the hour plus we were there. We placed our order and they brought me out the wrong sandwich. They took it back immediately and said they would make the correct one. For the next 40 minutes, my daughter finished her meal, we played 10 games of Keno, and our server came by a few times to say that my sandwich "should be right up" and to apologize. Each time I told him it was not a big deal but was wondering about my sandwich. Finally after 40+ minutes of waiting for my meal to be made, I came to realize I would probably never get it. So I asked the server to cash us out. He walked by with the manager, who did not even stop to speak with us. They went to the server station next to our table to adjust the check and the manager left the area. The server gave us our check, which charged us full price for my daughter's meal and our two drinks. As I was leaving, I asked to speak with this manager, who told me that they have "been having problems" with that server and that he entered the order incorrectly, which I already knew. I informed him that I wasn't upset at all about the mistake, but I couldn't understand why I never received a meal. He just repeated that the server messed up the original order and "don't know what happened after that"...... The manager's name was Tyler. Well, Tyler, let me tell you what happened: Two people came to your restaurant to eat. One left without ever being served. But you absolutely made darn sure you charged the guy who never got his meal full price for everything you were able to deliver to the table. Enjoy your $19. Never again. read more

Live by here only come here very few times It's horrible. It takes 15 mins to get drinks. My app was wrong it took 20 mins to correct it. Ordered wings and cheese curds online to be picked up at 6:20. Arrived and someone came out to tell me they would bring my order out. Waited until 6:35-15 mins past my pick up time and finally went in. They said they would bring my order. Five more minutes and someone comes out to tell me they were out of half of my order and they don't know why I was able to order it online. Told the person, that my number was provided with the order, they could've called to let me know before I drove 30 mins. She asked if I wanted anything else, um no, I've already waited 20 mins over my pick up time and had other food to pick up elsewhere that I'm now late for. Im a huge fan of wings and my family has been coming here for years. Overall, the service is absolutely horrendous if you go over a holiday break, weekends, Fridays,or during a sports game. The staff are more interested in talking to each other than serving their customers. However, if you can tolerate the service the food is excellent. read more

I was extremely excited to hear that this restaurant opened up in Alliance for my visits home, because who doesn't love some spicy garlic wings with a nice cold beer? I moved out to Colorado a couple years ago, and thought it wouldn't be an issue to use my new Colorado-issued ID at a chain restaurant in Ohio. Boy, was I wrong. It's perfectly acceptable to check to make sure that my ID is valid, but the rudeness I experienced with one of the managers was uncalled for even after I explained the reason for visiting home near Alliance, and that I was going to grad school in Colorado. I wasn't sure if I was at BW3's or in the middle of a police interrogation. Fortunately, another manager was able to validate that my ID was indeed issued by a DMV after being denied by the first. I got my beer about 20 minutes later, but the food was good! read more

If not, self-reflection is required. +1 star: Staff is friendly and talkative. +1 star: Decent beer selection and place is fairly clean. +1 star: They have tablets with games, ample parking. -2 stars: No prices on their drinks. You find that out when you get the bill. A beer starts at $5.00 -1 star: Very inconsistent policies. They try to hold your credit card at the bar. But, serve you like normal at a table. Be sure to bring that up. -2 stars: The daily specials end at 9pm and the food is not worth the price. -1 star: For as much as everything costs, Restrooms need an automatic soap dispenser and the option for paper towels. Men's restroom was relatively clean. -1 star: Overall disappointing. I've given BW3's the benefit of the doubt several times and I've always left wishing I would have went somewhere else. BW3s started off with 5 stars and the rating was adjusted depending on the factors above. Other things to note: Service was ok overall, not good, not bad. Dan was an excellent bartender. If he's working, you'll get your drinks fast. This is not a quiet place to unwind. The atmosphere is social and the noise level is louder than your average restaurant but alright for talking. Good place to watch the game. Although, it would be wise to eat and possibly pregame before you go. It has the potential to be an excellent college hangout. There just needs to be a serious lowering of prices for this to happen. If you're actually hungry and want wings, go to Tailgaters. They're much better value. Many years ago I used to say that I was in search of the perfect Buffalo wing. I'd like to think I've moved on. However sophisticated my tastes have become I still love a good buffalo wing. Up until now I've always recommended Tailgaters and I will still recommend Tailgators. Yet Buffalo Wild Wings is a delightful place to stop and enjoy some wings. At this point in time they have a special flavor that is made from angry orchard hard cider. It is amazing. I could not ask for a better sweet tart with slow-build heat sauce and just the thought that it is a time-limited makes me feel anxious. Well, that may be overstating it a bit. If you love wings be sure to join their Buffalo Circle. They send you special offers via email. So far I've gotten a complimentary appetizer or shareable and a free snack size of wings. What a disappointment!! We ordered naked boneless wings, carrots and celery. The carrots and celery were so old they were dried out and brown. Disgusting!! The wings were good but the dipping sauce tasted old. The parmesan garlic sauce had mold in it. The medium didn't taste right. The hot was just plain gross!! I am very disappointed.
