It was crazy busy weekend - graduation and Mothers Day. We were on a 2+ hour waitlist for a party of 9. The staff was hustling. I would advise a different setup in the lobby. It was highly congested. The food was cooked perfectly. I had prime rib, my friend had a steak and others had chicken. Even as crazy as it was the servers kept their cool. Definitely a good choice. read more

My wife and I just had the worst dining experience ever. The service was poor. The food quality (which is usally excellent) was terrible. As if matters could not get any worse, they did. A server drop a large margarita on the floor next to our table. It smashed on the floor and showered me with drink and shards of glass. I was wet and sticky. One server set some bar napkins on our table so I could attempt to dry myself off. No one asked if we were okay, no one offered to get me anything to cleanup. They were more worried about the wet floor than the fact they just ruined my $100 dinner. Not even a visit from the manager. This was my wife's birthday dinner. I come up to alliance Ohio from Georgia every year. I eat at the Texas roadhouse once or twice per year. I have never been more disappointed in the stake that I ordered earlier this week. It was the porterhouse steak. It was loaded with gristle and very tough to chew. The flavor was off as well. I tried to reach out through their website, but got no reply. Last evening we went to the Texas roadhouse in Alliance Ohio for supper. My supper was abysmal. I ordered the portobello mushroom chicken. You couldn't cut it. You couldn't chew it. I ate the baked potato and the salad the gravy that came with it was horribly thick and salty a very dark color not at all what was expected or described in the menu, when the manager came by to inquire about our supper, I informed her of this, and she looked off into space and said I will have to investigate that walked away never to be seen again. We paid the whole bill. There was no discount our waitress on the other hand was named McKenzie, she was charming and couldn't have been more helpful. So kudos to McKenzie. They messed up my order twice and when I did actually get my order it was under cooked

We tried Texas Roadhouse carry out last night and to be honest we never tried carry out at a steakhouse but if you know of the location it's very busy and you'll wait for a seat. Not a bad thing if you're expecting it. I got a smaller size ribeye and my wife got a smaller sized New York strip as we're not really big eaters. The steaks were both done perfectly to our specifications and the portions of sides were very large. I couldn't imagine anyone being hungry afterwards! I never thought that getting a steak to go would be so easy and satisfying! And a big credit to them, they were able to cook my wife's steak to her liking. I have always had very good service at this location in the past when we dined in and loved the atmosphere! read more

Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner around 8:30pm. Was seated quickly and served their famous rolls. Orders were taken and only waited about 20 minutes and the food had arrived. I had the 6oz sirloin steak and bbq chicken combo. The chicken was delicious! The only complaint I had was my steak was a little tough but was cooked a perfect medium just as I ordered. I blame the management or lack of it for the poor quality of service, not one employee seemed to enjoy their job, especially our server who seemed to be looking busy looking elsewhere so I had to get up from the table to get her attention to warm up the side of potato's that were served cold. Well we were a little disappointed. The service was pretty good. Attentive and on it with drink refills. The fresh rolls and butter were good. The ribs were fall Off the bone tender. The green beans were good but a little weird. They were in a sweet liquid with bacon in it. The baked potatoes were not cooked enough. They were a bit tough and could have used maybe 30+ minutes longer. The loaded was good but could have used a bit more butter The loaded fries were bland and soggy The pulled pork sandwich was dry & bland and the bun a little funny. Hard to describe not spoiled but different. The ribeye was tasty but maybe had a bit too much fat on it. Covered in mushrooms and onions. Cooked well The chicken and steak combo was disappointing. Me and my husband went to Texas Roadhouse for a date and it was terrible. I ordered a salad and chilly when my salad and chilly came out they were not right. I asked no egg on my salad and no onions on my chilly. When my salad and chilly came out it had what I didn't want on it. It also took her around 10 minutes to get are rolls. I ordered a ribeye steak medium last Sunday to go. The steak was grissel , fat , tough and over cooked. The mushrooms I ordered on the steak were wonderful, the salad was great. The rolls were dark brown and not up to par. For this I paid over$27! What a waste of my money. read more

This is a staple for me being born and raised in Texas. Love them in Florida and then went to one while in Ohio visiting family. The food is always good and the drinks are also strong and plentiful. I think their french fries are good....lol but I always go for the loaded baked potato that doesnt disappoint. Did I mention they serve fresh hot yeast rolls with nice fluffy butter. Yes the rolls worth fighting for. Bit dont worry you can ask for more. Weather you are there for lunch or a big steak dinner, their salads and appetizers are plentiful on their own. My daughter loves to walk by the meat case and see them in the kitchen. For the kids....thank goodness they serve Kraft mac n cheese. Lol and of course my daughter got that. Recently had a bad experience. Ordered a drink to be served Before my meal. It hadn't arrived by the time my food was served, so I canceled it. A few minutes later the waitress showed up with my drink, explaining that because it was late it was on the house and she was sorry. I started to eat my food, and had hardly touched the drink, when the waitress appeared again explaining that if I wanted to keep the drink, I would have to pay for it. Perplexed, I simply handed her the drink and said no problem. A few minutes after this, the manager shows up. He asks how things were. I explained that I was somewhat puzzled by the situation. He then said kind of insultingly, that alcohol is not a free. No apology. I would have simply accepted an apology at this point. Then the bill arrived, and the drink was still on the bill and I had to go ask the same manager to remove it. Again no apology. The service here used to be good, and this used to be a great value. Service was great- they went out of their way with our party of 8. Refrigerated the ice cream cake that my brother had brought in. Constantly refilled drinks. Food came out fast. This is a hit and miss place. Sometimes they are on point. It starts with the service. The people at the front give the vibe that they are doing you a favor that you are there. The food is pretty good all the time. One time, I ordered coffee. Didn't get it for 15 minutes while the waitress told me they were brewing something fresh. What I got was cold burnt coffee. The reply was I just wanted to get something on your table. I reached out to management about this, was given an apology and that will be 60.00. We have better places to go with our money. read more
