Atmosphere: First time I was here, it was on a work outing and we were just outside on the patio drinking and hanging out. It was a very fun atmosphere out there. They have an outside bar for the patio and games. Just a feel-good place to chill out and drink and have fun. So my partner and I decided we would come back and try the food. When we got there, we got seated a table right by a keno TV which was good for us. The waitress was definitely having a bad day because she was just... rude. Very rude. Just had an attitude about her. Food: We started with a whiskey to share and a soda. (During our visit, we tried 2 different sodas because we thought there was something wrong with the bib of the first one but nope, their soda just has a very weird taste to them). We both ordered the burger special which was a build-your-own 1/4 pound burger. It came with chips or you could upgrade to fries or something else. My partner got her burger and upgraded to fries and also wanted a side of cheese to dip them in. I got my burger just regular, no side upgrade. Food came back and our toppings were absolutely messed up. Not one of our burgers were correct in the toppings but not wanting to bother our waitress or our food to get cold, we just traded some toppings, picked some other ones off and tried to eat some of it before it got cold. My burger was burnt to a crips. There was actually a piece of the edge that I tried that was so rock hard, it could not be eaten. I also was also given fries instead of chips. It was FORVER before anyone checked up on us which wasn't our waitress (pretty sure it was maybe a bartender or something). I told her about the fries because I didn't want to be charged the upgrade price. That's the first time the waitress came to check up on us. She came to the table, questioned me about if I ordered fries because by her annoyed and rude attitude, she was sure that I did. We asked for the bill. She looked at my burger with 2 small bites taken out of it, asked if I wanted a box (in which i replied "No") and walked away. Didn't ask if the burger was OK, nothing. But with her attitude, I wasn't going to make a stink over a cheap burger special. The only things good about the experience was the whiskey and the fries. We may come back for drinks and keno or maybe with work buddies but can't say I was a fan of the food or the service. But hopefully wecan try it again and hope to revise the review and say our minds are totally changed. We are going to chalk it up to a bad day. I hope her day got better. read more

We went tonight and we got yelled at by the bartender saying we were rude for leaving a 2 dollar tip on a 9 dollar tab these girls are money hungry and are willing to yell at you and gang up on u with their bartender friends over it, our server yelled at us for getting angry bc she should be grateful rather than yelling at us A TIP IS GRATITUDE NOT MANDATOR!!! I've got to say, I haven't been to this place for over 20 years. I kicked myself they have the best onion rings I've ever had and burgers to die for prices are unreasonably low. My wife gave it a 10. This place is basically like four minutes away from my mom and dad's house. We got carry out.....burgers and a side of sauerkraut balls. Burgers were solid, sauerkraut balls: notsomuch. I've been here before and I love the ambiance. I would like to participate in the next Queen Of Hearts contest, but I've heard it gets a little ridiculously crowded those nights. To loud me and my family can barley sleep.we have had to lock are doors and put sound proof walling to are house so we can sleep but somtimes it doesn't work. read more

NOBODY is wearing masks- including employess- following social distancing- no tables are spaced out- the outside smoking area reeks into the inside bar area, as it's enclosed with plastic. Also witnessed the cook take garage out, smoke a cigarette and not wash hands. We won't be going here anytime soon. read more

What's not to love about Bud's Corner?? - it's a legend for great burgers and cold beer! And if I could add five stars for a patio I definitely would! It's a wonderful place to hang out in the summer with friends enjoying the fire pit and playing bocce. The addition to the existing bar/restaurant has expanded the indoor eating area which makes it great all year around! Scott is a GlenOak grad and he accommodates our class celebrations every year - we have never been disappointed! read more

This is another staple that must be on the dinner circuit for visiting family. Only been twice and always a tradition. It is nothing fancy but the food is great. This time we were there on multiple location. They have an amazing backyard bar and botche ball? Court. The tables are a little uneven. But dude a bar that has good drinks prices and serves food is awesome. Inside and outside restrooms. Their bar staff are super nice and friendly and service is prompt. There is a stage for live music on occasion. This is the place you love to visit and miss at the same time. This is truly the homey atmosphere that you can just kick back chillax and have a darned ol good time. The inside area is very large for the size of the place. Luckily for us in is a short walk when in town. So that in itself is also a gem. Give them a try if you are in their neck of the woods read more

Great bar and great bar food. Nothing fancy but friendly place with great staff. They have an outdoor grill some days but stick to the indoor kitchen. The burgers are cooked fresh and reliably good. I love the fried shrimp for a change of pace. read more

They have a nice outdoor patio area but the restrooms & food suck. Our table of 5 ordered the steak dinners and the fish & shrimp, the steaks had a lot of gristle and the fish was thin and overcooked and the shrimp was little frozen shrimp that were close to burnt. If you are in the area this place is worth stopping by to have a beer. During nice weather there is a 2 full Bocci ball courts located within one of the outside patios. The food is worth grabbing lunch, but do not expect a high end seafood meal. Drink prices are excellent. read more
