We ate here for the first time tonight & had a great time. The food was wonderfully delicious & the service by Alex was exceptional!! She laughed at my husband's funny jokes and was very patient with our kids deciding which entrees they wanted to eat. The Bubble tea flavors were yummy & some of the best we have had in this area. Our new favorite Pho place! We ordered our favorites that we would normally get at any other Pho restaurant but we're blown away at how fresh and well prepared the food was. Our waitress Sophia and waiter Mike created a light energy that you don't find inmost costumer service positions. Sophia and Mike made our visit smooth and enjoyable! The facility is very clean and welcoming. Between the great music and awesome food, this is the place to come for Pho! Got the combo of large pho with fried roll and the Vietnamese coffee. The roll was tasted dry and stale, it was almost as I was eating cardboard sprinkled with water. No issue with the pho except when I got the meat (which I ordered it on the side) was partly frozen with freezer burns on it. The coffee was a bit too sweet, could use more coffee and when you pour the coffee into the cup with ice, it only filled up less than 3/4 of the way up. Multiple server in between shift caused us to be forgotten and despite getting the servers attention, she was slow and inattentive. read more

Hubby and I took a trip across town to drop off goods to goodwill in Lacey, and couldn't figure out what to eat, because, you know, it's the old, you decide, no, you decide so I decided on this little gem. Haven't eaten here in a year or so. Still just as yummy as last time, still the same clean place, wonderful wait staff, and awesome food. If you get a chance come by, you won't be disappointed. Food was great and I would give a 5 star but service wasn't that great. They were nice but not very attentive. They were busy and had only 1 person waiting tables and hosting/doing the checks. We waited a long time for menu's, weren't given drinks till we'd been seated already 20 mins, they completely missed my order and I had to wait an extra 20 mins for them to make my dish, and they never refilled our drinks. All this being said if the 2 people just sitting watching the 1 waitress would have helped wait tables and refilled our drinks or something, I think the experience would have been much better. I would probably do take out again because the food was really good, but I might not dine in again until they get a hang of customer service better (coming from a former server/hostess this matters to me) and they are still a new restaurant so hopefully it'll improve. read more

Came here with a group of 15 at around 5:50pm on a Saturday night. The service started out friendly, but eventually went downhill from there. People would only start getting their food at around 6:50pm (An hour later). Take note that most of the orders that came out were wrong orders, but the group was so hungry that we took them anyways. By 7:30, 4 people in our group had still not gotten their orders, despite getting the same response by the waitress about how the orders were "almost" done. In closing, most of us had paid by 8pm and 4 people in our group had not eaten. The most frustrating part was that the management had done nothing to compensate for their terrible service or even apologize. TLDR: - The food was very mediocre - People weren't served any food after waiting for 2 hours - Orders were constantly messed up - Waitresses had no idea what they were bringing out from the kitchen read more

This is not just any average Pho shop. The quality and quantity of the food is superior to any of the other local pho places we have tried. The atmosphere is soothing and the service is very friendly. The Non Pho dishes like the House fried rice, which is generously filed with shrimp, chicken and other meats and veggies, is moist and amazing. The teriyaki and Vietnamese combo bowls are all cooked superbly. We travel from close to the Ocean Beaches, quite a distance from Lacey, to eat here as often as we can. Ordered the steak pho I regretted it. The broth was flavorless and although the did get a lot of noodles it was pointless because of the lack of flavor.
