We were quoted about an hour when we called it in and went and had lunch when we got the call from John that he could be there in ten minutes- I think that was right at 40 minutes. So they promised and delivered in the time frame. I picked this company because it has been in business for 30 + years. I figured you wouldn't be around that long if you weren't good. I will say- when I called the number on Google it gave me an automated message that the mailbox was not set up for the phone number. I went to their website and they had the same number listed so I tried again with success. Phone skills have definitely gone by the wayside though- this is the 2nd towing company I have used in the last several months and neither took my name or number. I understand they can see my number- but they could at least say that. Confirm it. Something. I answer phones for work and there is something definitely lacking there. But the driver was well spoken both on the phone and in person.

I was given an ETA and a bill was sent to my phone. The technician, Russ called 20 minutes prior to arrival. When I got to my car, it started on its own. I call Russ and told him it started but needed clarification on billing since I didn't need any service. He said he needed to call someone and would call me back. Russ called back within a few minutes and said no charge but to keep them in mind for future needs. Just FYI, the original tow was going to be $120 cash or $130 via credit card. Not bad at all.
