I called Adams and explained the issue and where it was. I was asked if I knew the clearance of the garage and I said no. Within moments she was able to find the clearance info! I was given an ETA and a bill was sent to my phone. The technician, Russ called 20 minutes prior to arrival. When I got to my car, it started on its own. I call Russ and told him it started but needed clarification on billing since I didn't need any service. He said he needed to call someone and would call me back. Russ called back within a few minutes and said no charge but to keep them in mind for future needs. Just FYI, the original tow was going to be $120 cash or $130 via credit card. Not bad at all. From start to finish there was clear and consistent communication and understanding to boot. If you need a tow, call Adams! Thanks Russ and the woman I spoke to at dispatch!
