Most positive towing experience!!! They were incredibly nice, understanding, and kind over the phone. I inquired about if they knew or would recommend a mechanic and they did, even discussed with me the issue with the car, parts needed to fix it, etc. Willie was our tower and he was AWESOME!!!! Even though the driver was late - he actually stopped on his way to help someone with a flat tire - he was fast, courteous and efficient.

We called them at 11:30 AM from the middle of a busy intersection. At 1 PM we called for an ETA. They never sent anyone. Luckily the police showed up and got 2 tow trucks to us. While we waited, we saw the Vet tow truck drive by and look at us and keep going. We set in that intersection until 3PM. We are so thankful for the police officer for coming to help us. We are visiting from Kentucky and need to get back home tomorrow. Vet towing let us down. Zero stars from us! read more

Wish I could leave zero stars. This "company" is beyond unprofessional, and the company address is a beat down house in Jacksonville. Drivers have piss poor communication skills, "ERIC" to be exact. I was trying to work with him and be patient because he was only charging me $50-$60 however it is not worth it. One time, I had to help him push and maneuver my own car so he could pull it up on the barely working truck bed. He will give me a time to be ready for DAYS, allowing me to miss work, just for him to never show up or call/text back. Shiesty people all around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!! Veteran Experience Towing - Towing Near Me

ZERO STARS, PLEASE! A simple disabled vehicle tow was contracted between Veteran Experience Towing, LLC ("VET") and AAA. Unbeknownst to me, this was the beginning of a nightmare. VET driver loaded my vehicle onto their flatbed; he was pleasant. Company owner proposed to "secure-store it until Monday" (just 2 days), then deliver to me in the afternoon. See storage area (?) photo below. On Monday, they refused to tell me where it was, return it to me, or deliver it to the address as originally contracted. Their dispatcher used threatening tones with me as they played "financial hard-ball" with everyone involved for 5 more days. In total, EIGHT days after VET picked it up, AAA was forced to hire a second towing company, Vice Towing, to retrieve my vehicle from VET. VET's business location appears it may be under renovation and possibly vacant, the second address provided online could not be found, thus Vice Towing was directed to yet a 3rd location. Another 1,000 words could certainly be added here; but I chose to spare the readers. I do hope the VET organization was just having a bad week, and that this is not their usual business practice, but I won't take that chance again. My insurance company had me paired with this towing company a few weeks back for my jeep. Veterans towing left me stranded for 8 hours and every time I called to get an estimate they kept adding 2 hours. It's a joke of a company and I would stay far away from them unless your insurance forces you to use them. In the end after waiting 8 hours I called my insurance and forced them to give me a different tow company (the new tow company showed up in 1 hour). Vet towing is trash, please don't support this junk company. All this company had to do was be honest and tell me they couldn't make it to me in a reasonable time and I would've been able to contact my insurance to find a different company. This company was hired by my insurance company for a service that is covered by my insurance and upon arrival the tow truck driver refused to tow my vehicle unless I rendered cash payment to him. I called my insurance company and they said that all they needed to do was invoice them for payment and the service would be covered. Absolutely HORRIBLE service! My warranty service dispatched this company to have my car towed to a location that was 1 hour away and it ended up taking 5 hours to the dealership. The driver told me that it was going straight to the dealership and will be delivered in "one hour or hour and half " to then show up up 5 hours later to the dealership. When I called to get an update on my car location the dispatch lady I spoke to was extremely rude, would not give me any information other than "the car has been delivered and that they did their job by delivering my car" and then hung up on me. Please do not use this company they are Extremely unprofessional, rude and who knows what they're actually really doing with your car. I asked the dispatch for ETAs very frequently and she was clueless saying the driver is in the zip code and it will be 30 minutes every time I called. What a waste of oxygen these people are. I requested that they take my car to the dealership and leave the keys in the drop box. They decided that they would store my car over the weekend for a quick buck. The tow truck driver , Jeff, was great. After that it was all downhill. They basically held my SUV hostage until Allstate paid them. All I needed was the license plate. We went to the location given online. It was an old, small house. A mere address for mail....not a towing drop off. I kept calling and the dispatcher always hung up on me. The car was totaled. I finally spoke to Nader Abdollahi ...the manager. He told me it was being kept at an undisclosed location until (sketchy) Allstate paid them. He kept rambling about Allstate trying to get the car before they were paid. I expected Allstate to use a more Professional towing service provider. Stay far away from this towing company. Trash company, shady practice, crooks and incompetence! Used USAA roadside assistance. Got an update the tow truck driver would be there in 2 hours. Ok they're probably busy I get it. Nope over 4 hours later they come for the tow. Then the driver says hey your truck is too big we might need a bigger truck. I told him you should have seen it was a F250. He told me yeah but it only says Super Duty. Ok I can get that. But then they charge me a 85 bucks added on to the tow for an oversized vehicle! When it's clearly in the profile what truck it is. Truck showed up 2.5 hours late with zero communication, very unprofessional business.

Classic bait and switch. Gave all information in the quote request, received response quickly. Did online appointment, no way to pay. So I called number listed. Guy , I really wouldn't call a dispatcher, answers and seems to be so confused. Could not find online quote or appointment. I proceeded to reiterate pertinent information again. He said well the price I was quoted of $95 Flat rate was not going to be rate, it would be $130 or he could get it down to $114. I asked when, he said less than 60 minutes from the time it is paid. I had to give information again because he reiterated the information completely wrong, the make was the only thing he had right. Mind you, the tow was 7.4 miles from a business to my home. I asked how to pay, he said I would receive a text. Waited 30 minutes, no text. Called back, he sent text, he had stated once payment received driver would be enroute. Driver was on call he was finishing up on Northside probably about 10 minutes until done and driver would call. Waited another 45 minutes and called back. Guy seemed irritated, then apologized once I stated I had paid almost an hour ago. I wanted an ETA so I could meet his driver. Guy says 15 minutes. Proceeded to location of vehicle to be towed, Waited another 20 minutes for driver to say he was finally on way, 15 to 20 minutes out. Another 45 minutes and he showed up, we unlocked car put it in neutral and gave him key. Finally got a call from my husband that the vehicle was at residence at 7 pm. I had initiated the quote at 3 pm on yelp. I looked at reviews and gave the company the benefit of the doubt. Please don't make my mistake. read more

It was Allstate that contracted the service originally, I asked him NOT to put it on the flatbed until AFTER the police officer was finished with the report ., that's when he got angry and sped away, however insisting to be paid ! Not being from this area, I didn't know another tow service so i contacted the driver to take it to Caliber collision, where I paid their $85 service. After arriving at the location they said we have to go to a different Caliber collision because that location doesn't take Allstate, stopped driver from removing car. Got the address for the new location and gave it to the driver, where he dropped the car off ., talking to the shop found out the driver dropped off the car WHTHOUT talking to anyone at the shop and leaving my keys on the hood. 3 hrs later my wife received threatening a threatening call / using foul language about not getting paid another $75. NO ONE send a link to be paid this money, thus not getting paid. Trying to talk to dispatch, he didn't want to talk about my displease with services, he kept repeating "so your not going to pay" ?
