I reached out to Tiki's Towing after seeing their $65 tow advertisement on Facebook Marketplace…read more When I contacted them, I was informed that the $65 rate only covers up to 2 miles, which is understandable. My total came out to $120, which I agreed to without issue. Before the tow, I clearly explained to the first person I spoke with that the vehicle needed to be moved from one property to another and placed behind a gate, and that they would need to open the gate. After the vehicle was picked up, I also sent them a picture of the gate--circled--as you can see in the image below, to make sure there was no confusion about the drop-off location and instructions. When the driver arrived, a different person contacted me for directions. I assumed all prior details had already been communicated, so I did not repeat the information about the gate. However, once they arrived at the drop-off location, they refused to open the gate and place the vehicle inside. They told me the person I originally spoke with was "in training" and unaware of their gate policy. I explained that if I had been told upfront that I needed to be present to open the gate, I would have made arrangements to be there. Despite this, they refused to wait for me and left the vehicle in front of the gate--even though I had already paid the full amount. Before posting this review, I tried to handle this professionally and work things out directly with the company because I genuinely support small businesses. However, I was told they would rather respond to a review than resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the owner/co-owner was argumentative and unwilling to fix the situation, stating they had other jobs to get to. Overall, this experience showed a lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service. I would recommend clarifying all policies upfront if you choose to use this company.

Took a chance on this auto repair shop after seeing many sincere reviews and I'm so grateful that I did. When I first arrived at this NAPA Autocare shop I met Debbie, she was friendly and her customer service was outstanding the entire way. She made sure all the repairs I needed were addressed and were going to be looked at and taken care of. It literally took only a full day for them to get all of these repairs complete. I was able to apply and get approved for NAPA EASYPAY credit card in that timeframe. On top of that, the total cost was near $300 cheaper than the initial subtotal which is a nice feeling opposed to having more added to the bill. They did a courtesy top off of my motor/transmission oil as well which is appreciated. Before leaving, Debbie and Mark advise me on maintenance to be aware of, great relatable suggestions and I always leave feeling my car was well taken care of(satisfied all 3 visits). Better steering performance, no more shakiness when braking, definitely a smoother ride so far. A+ quality repairs, big thanks D & D Auto & Fleet! Will recommend to friends and family.
