Was really excited for this place when I saw the menu online. Way more unique options than your…read morestandard franchise deli, you know? And maybe I just picked the wrong sandwich, cuz the flavors truly didn't do it for me. But also the white bread they put the fixings into really detracted from the overall flavor. Blehhh. Still though, high rating from me because the establishment was really swanky on the inside, lots of clean spacious seating. A patio as well to eat outside. Soda fountain had some flavor shot options. The employees were all friendly and attentive. Clean restrooms (though they were individual stalls and gender segregated for no reason...). Also the pricing was a little steep but not horrid by today's exorbitant standards. Paid $11 for a 6"er.

1 star because Yelp won't let me put ZERO stars…read more Where to start.... Save your money and don't eat this crap! SO disappointed. The potatoes were COLD, DRY, and had a weird seasoning, which they shouldn't have been cold or dry because I requested them as a side. The gluten free bread WAS good, and I will say it would have been a decent deli sandwich, maybe like an Italian sub or BLT, but that bread as a breakfast sandwich...holy bread! I should have bought a baguette at Walmart and saved my $10+ on a piece of bread with a limp piece of bacon, enough egg to feed a family of 10, and a piece of cheddar cheese that wasn't even melted. This place was SO disappointing and I left starving - didn't event finish my food and should have asked for a refund. Sandwich and potatoes were absolutely disgusting - dry, cold, flavorless. I know this isn't the east coast where deli sandwiches are superiors, but cmon. there's better quality found at McDonald's. I'm not a particular person and I cannot just emphasize enough how gross and disappointing this was. Service was fine, they were nice and as expected. Ambiance was like that of a subway, not a mom and pop type of restaurant.

I ear turkey and cheese all of the time. I will eat a turkey and cheese sandwich each and every…read moretime if I have a choice. Yes, that's random information but that's my lead in for today's review. Today I wanted a serious beef dip. I've this place and anything ending in deli, will pique my interest. This place has a good-sized menu. Sandwiches, big spuds (I mean big spuds, ok?), soups, salads, starters and desserts. I opted for the 6" beef dip with provolone (don't care much for swiss) and my husband opted for the 12" cuban sandwich. I chose the Caesar salad for my side; my husband chose the potato salad. I always selected a giant chicken bacon ranch spud for my son. I ordered using the app, it was easy and the delivery time wasn't too bad. This place is close to 33rd Avenue So, so need for delivery. You might miss the entrance for pickups via online ordering, like I did, but it's there. I drive up, wait a few minutes and finally a young lady comes to the window. She asks what's the name, I give it. She hands me the package and off I go. Let's just say there wasn't any...warmth for a greeting or much else. I remember things like this. PR is huge. Ok, I get home we unload and here's what we thought of this food. Beef dip: this was huge and loaded with beef. The sandwich has a pickle wrapped in the packaging right along with the sandwich. The au jus was too salty. I couldn't taste much else but the salt. The Caesar was ok, nothing fancy but ok. Cuban sandwich: the amount of meat on this sandwich was amazing, however a Cuban sandwich is typically toasted, and this was definitely toasted and was soggy on the bottom. That's a shame because the sandwich was just so-so due to this. The potato salad was very good per my husband's view. Giant spud: Holy smokes. Just know you can share this with a few people and you should; this monster is too big for one person; unless you know, you can eat all of one of these and then I sincerely will bow down to you for sure. These are huge and loaded with toppings. Really very, very good. Total for our order was 56.44. Listen, I can't do this kind of order all of the time, but would I do this again (maybe not so soon but...) yes, I would. The amount of food that you get is plentiful and when I feel like treating myself and my family again I will. I gave this a 3 because, everywhere I go, I believe that good PR and representation is huge. The girl at the window gave no indication that she would even attempt to be friendly. Bummer. So, will I go back here? Heck yes, I will. Final note: I read and consider many yelp reviews, it's important to see what others have experienced. I will make sure that for my next visit, I will go in to eat. I'd like to see what I experience.

I was considering using them for a catering event in my office, but reconsidering it now.
