For the sandwich, I picked a chicken salad on croissant. You also get a choice of chips or a cookie. Both the soup and the sandwich tasted so good, that I made a mental note that I need to come back here to try other soups and sandwiches. Then a lady asked for one of the cookies I asked for which she said was unavailable... but the worker told the lady it would be a 20 minute wait, so after she was finished helping that lady and was on her way to the back, I asked if she could add one for me too. She said 'exchange it with a brownie?' I said 'no, just add it'. She asked me again and I said it again.. seemed like she was trying to get out of doing more work. I waited another 15 minutes & by this time my Mom was finished with her brownie for 10 minutes.. the worker was in the back and two more workers just got there so they were telling each other about the day... she finally came out with my brownies 30 minutes after we had ordered to tell give them to us. We ended up going to the location downtown on a Sunday. Parking was incredibly easy on this freezing Sunday. There was no line when I went in around 10:30 am. They certainly were starting to run out of donuts but still had a great selection. I opted to get a few filled (cookies and cream, butterfinger), glazed (raised) and old fashioned. The filled were fine, however I've never been one for filled donuts so my judgement is not the best. I am a glazed (raised or cake), cake, and old fashioned type of donut gal. I found the donuts to be good. Not sure life changing, but good.
