This is a really cool Asian fusion brewery spot! The vibes inside were really nice, and there was an open area where you could see the chef in the kitchen. My friend got the beer flight, which was really cool and I'm pretty sure they were all specialties that they make themselves. WE shared a calamari, and it was well made and crispy. I got a tuna salad, which was really refreshing. I can definitely see this as a great place to catch up with friends over a drink and some food.

We were looking for something close to Piju Belly. This definitely exceeded our expectations. They have a decent size parking lot, but it is one way one way and one way out. The atmosphere definitely aligned with Pan-Asian gastropub energy. Our waitress was extremely friendly and made some great recommendations however, we never got her name as she never mentioned it. We ordered the Nam Tok. It essentially was cold beef with cucumber and greens. They did have cilantro which she didn't disclose so I was a little bit disappointed, but it didn't take away from it too much. The fish crackers paired very well with this. I've never had fried shrimp and waffles so I wanted to try this. The taste of it all paired well from the coconut mint dip, the spicy shrimp, and the batter that the waffles were cooked in. Lastly, paired it off with some of the salted caramel cheesecake, which was as great as it looked. Definitely five out of five. I am looking forward to coming back.

A friend hosted her birthday celebration in their private dining room, and I must say--it was flawless from start to finish. The entire evening was beautifully laid out. I was so caught up in great conversation and laughter with friends that I completely forgot to take photos of the food! The menu was served buffet style and featured a delicious spread: flavorful fried rice,, fresh salads, perfectly crispy Korean fried wings, and savory pork belly--just to name a few. Everything was served warm and ready to enjoy. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The setup was seamless, and they even treated us to a specialty mocktail made just for the party. To top it off, they provided to-go boxes so we could take some of the goodness home. A truly thoughtful and well-executed experience.

I've been here a few times and this place is consistently delicious. They have a wide menu from typical bar food to sushi rolls, to ramen and poke bowls, and so many appetizers! They also brew their own beer which is great. The staff goes above and beyond here. We arrived before they opened and they allowed us to sit at the bar and wait since it was cold outside, it was very thoughtful.

What a fun little restaurant! I will admit that I was a little concerned because I'm not a huge fan of sushi and this is definitely an Asian fusion kinda place. We went for lunch and had no issues, but I can imagine that on evenings or weekends parking is a little tight. On the inside, I love the open kitchen concept. We placed our order and the food came out quick and extremely fresh. I ordered the pork belly tacos and added a little garlic/chili sauce. They were flippin' amazing. A little messy to eat, but delicious. My dining companions also gave top review feedback for their options too (shrimp roll, poke bowl, potstickers). This is a place I am bookmarking and will visit again!

The three star experience was only because of the initial host trying to get us seated. After we had told the person at the front we had made reservations he made us wait and asked us again if we made reservations as if it was the first time talking to us.. Which I thought was strange... Our waitress Ni (I think that is how you spell it) was spectacular. She was so attentive and extremely pleasant. Our food was delicious! And so was the black rice beer we had. We will definitely be coming back to try the cocktails. The beer selection was exceptional. Boa buns were okay. A little too chewy with the pork. Prices were extremely reasonable in my opinion.

Friends say this place is a solid choice. And the food was pretty good. Their alcohol selection was great as it was brewed locally. DDH kung fu hops -- alcohol drink: There was a slight bitter taste to this, but then again it is beer. Haha. If you're into IPA's, then this is sort of similar. Matcha rice and shine -- alcohol drink: Despite it being alcoholic, it was very tasty. There was a slight sweetness that made the pick very palatable. Crispy oyster katsu sandwich: This appear to be an interesting food pick, but it ended up being not too stellar. It was listed as a seasonal flavor so it sounded more appealing than it actually was. It was all around too fried imo. And with it being oyster pieces, it wasn't a clean sandwich to keep altogether. Super bowl: This bowl had a little bit of everything that's ever so good. If you're craving fish, you'll get this and more: grilled pork belly and baby octopus. The fish included fresh sashimi and smoked eel.

Consistency is key. This place has offered the same quality in both food and service since I have been coming. My go to is the Robata Grill items. You can it allows you to try different items on the menu at a decent price point. Others in my group were enticed by the tacos they saw at another table. They loved them. They also got the dumplings, which can come either steamed or grilled, and liked those as well. The restaurant itself offers great vibes. They had a live DJ outside of the restaurant when we went on Saturday. I will keep coming back as long as they keep doing their thing!

    Kamikaze roll

The food was really delicious. Had the Kamikaze roll and the pork belly buns, highly recommend them.

Food here is so flavorful! We got the beef short rib & pork belly skewers and they were surprisingly really tender. The beef had a slight sweetness to it, and the pork had a nice salty taste. The curry fries tasted like the boxed curry sauce just in powder form over normal cut fries. It's a solid choice especially with the dipping sauce of spicy mayo. The dining area is so pretty, I love the openness of the kitchen connected to the dining area. The wait though took a little long for the time we went, it was mid afternoon, not busy at all, and it felt like we had to stare down someone to just order. Maybe it was just our experience but something definitely to note if it is busier.

I really thought this place was in the middle of nowhere, lol. It's definitely a unique place. We ordered an appetizer that didn't make the photo because it was THAT GOOD. We ordered Calamari and it was very good, the sauce was perfect and it wasn't chewy. The beer was great and the service was as well. The ambiance was great, not really loud but crowded. A unique brewery setting but still good.

Always a great experience at HopStix. Today was one of the best due to our awesome waiter David. Went there for lunch with the team. Even though the weather is sad HopStix was still hopping. Stuck with water this time but In past visits I've had their beer. The long time no see is a favorite. We all shared an order of dumplings and got our rolls. I ordered the Kamikaze roll and it was super delish! HopStix is such cool concept. It is an Asian Brewpub. If you have never checked it out, I'd suggest going!

Cool spot, have been meaning to try this place for awhile! Basically Asian fusion cuisine meets brewery! Parking can be a PITA but well worth the walk. It's a tight squeeze in their main lot so I'd go to one of the others. Decent space indoors and a nice outdoor area. I ordered two flights and really like the variety here. The Thai spaghetti with tofu was really good and was not expecting that to go so well with the beer. The Identity Crisis beer was pretty close to a Budweiser/coors light mix, and enjoyable. My fav was the Wit Jammin. No complaints on this trip! Love when a brewery serves up great food and has a good variety of decent tasting beer. Apparently the word is out bc this place was pretty busy for a Friday lunch!

Do they have oysters? Raw on the half shell?

No but they do have specials so you can call in to see if oysters are on special.

    Is there an outdoor patio?

Yes there is! With it getting colder now though, I don't know if they have heaters or anything.

How big is their vegan/vegetarian option?

Inside, a sign pointed us to the left, where we walked up to the counter and were greeted with a warm welcome. We grabbed a menu and quickly reviewed it. They don't offer flights, so we each ordered a couple of half pours. I went with a hazy and an IPA, while Wifey chose a watermelon pilsner and a lager. We placed our food order at the same counter--Wifey went with lemon pepper wings and mac and cheese. I ordered six spicy wings and a side of coleslaw. They provided an order number stand, we grabbed our beers and headed outside to a high-top table made from a barrel. The food came out surprisingly fast--they brought our trays right to the table. Everything looked great, and once we started digging in, the flavors backed it up. My wings had just the right amount of heat, and the coleslaw was a solid pairing. Wifey really enjoyed her wings too, though she said the mac and cheese could've used a little more flavor. Before leaving, we grabbed a couple more half pours. Wifey liked the watermelon pilsner so much, we ended up taking home a six-pack. It's pretty much a self-serve setup once your food arrives--you bus your own table, grab your own wet wipes and water, that kind of thing. It's a casual setup, so no big deal there.
