**UPDATE** Brent, thank you SO much for going above and beyond to help correct the situation that occurred below. He took care of this situation by listening to what happened, being understanding, and correcting the whole thing. He was quick to respond and offered the kind of customer service we have come to know and appreciate about Hops N Drops. He made lemonade out of lemons, thank you! _________________________________________________ I went here on a Monday evening with some coworkers. We were there to celebrate a birthday and another coworker getting a new job with another company. We sat in a corner booth and were enjoying each other's company. We had forgotten to ask for ranch with our fries and asked for it when a waiter brought our drinks. We waited for maybe 10 minutes before someone from our party walked up to the bar to ask for a drink and also request ranch again. Once we were ready to close out our tab and leave, there wasn't a question about splitting the bill or anything. Someone from our party paid with $100 bill. As we were leaving, we were questioned if we had paid. A waiter also waited for someone from our party to get out of the restroom to hound her for another $10. We had already paid with $100 and our bill was around $76 and she was given $24 in change. We also left a tip on the table for inadequate customer service and having to ask for things multiple times. Pretty ridiculous! I do not recommend going here on a Monday night. Not sure what is up with the employees, but we have been in multiple times on Friday evenings with no issues. Ya'll also owe my coworker $10. Not a great evening to celebrate 2 people and growth in their lives. I'm giving 2 stars because it was a terrible experience this time but we have had good experiences previously. read more

I was recommended this place by a friend. And tried the rainbow drop and peach drop. Each were delish! I had "the monster dip" and it was perfectly sized. The horseradish dip with the au jus was amazing. I choose fruit for the side. This will be my new Friday night hang out! The servers are friendly! read more

This was out 1st time visiting a Hops N Drops and overall it was a great experience. Melissa was an awesome server and very helpful for our 1st time. Beer served at 34 degrees out of frosted taps and Drops served in an ice glass that melts below your drink so it doesn't water it down. Food was decent and produce on our burger and BLTA was really fresh!!! read more

We had the best experience last night! Kristina was our waitress and she was spot on! Not only was her personality 100% so was her service. We will defiantly sit in her section every time. By far the best burger I've had in a long time. Even the side salad was delicious! We had the deluxe burger, cream cheese jalapeño burger, mozzarella sticks and the onion rings. I have never been this excited for a restaurant before. I'd heard this was opening probably a week before it opened, and it's right down the street from where I live. I love a good burger and fries, so getting a place that has the food I like within walking distance is outstanding. My expectations for a place like this were probably a bit too high. However, this place exceeded those expectations. Their burgers are extremely good, cooked to perfection and popping with flavor. I had the Western Burger, which is probably my new favorite (Until I go next time and try another one of their burgers). Their fries are outstanding, and so are their chips. For dessert, I had their donuts, and if you have any amount of their donuts you'll be glad to know that there's a Planet Fitness across the street because these things are deep fried with sugar covering it. They're only as big as a Hostess Donette, but man they are ten times better. I am also extremely pleased to say that the Service is just as good as the food. I was greeted at the door by a very enthusiastic employee, and was seated very quickly. The enthusiasm, I might add, was not a fake enthusiasm. It was all genuine from each member of the staff. They clearly enjoyed working there, and that's perfect. They were extremely fast for how busy they were, and they were all concerned with our enjoyment. Honestly, the place is incredible. The only thing that's disappointing is how expensive it is. For four people you could easily go over $100. The reason this is disappointing is because it means I can't go as often as I want. It's just too expensive to go there often, even though I know that the food will be worth every penny spent. This review is strictly for the food I was served. I got the triple threat crispy chicken sandwich and Cajun fries. I asked for no tomato and got tomato. It's always annoying to get something you don't ask for. Whatever I can just take it off. I barely had to because the sandwich kept falling apart the entire time. I'm not sure why, maybe the lettuce and sauce just made it slippery, regardless it was just a badly formed sandwich. I like to take a bite without my chicken slipping out of the buns. Regardless if you think that's a problem or not that's fine, if you can deal with it then feel free to get this sandwich. However if you like spice, don't get this. It was a complete disappointment. It's supposed to be a "triple threat" on the heat ratio. But there was nothing to this sandwich that made me sweat, and I'm a light weight when it comes spice and heat. I'm talking a milk sippin weenie. And I didn't even have to take a sip of water Eating this thing or the Cajun fries. (If you can even call them Cajun fries). No red spices or anything man, just look like it had some rosemary or some kind of dry herb. Whatever it was bland, and ur sucked. Good day read more

Was hard to find only because it's in a brand new development. Once there, we were greeted by friendly attentive staff. We sat in bar which had plenty of TVs. We had a booth but there were other options. Lots of good beers on tap including local favs. Burger was really good (cheese on both sides:)) our server recommended the house made chips with dip and they were great. My wife's drink was served in a frozen mug, which was a cool touch. We were able to check out with the server at the table and get receipt via text. Very cool read more

Managed to be their first ever customers here in Sherwood . Haven't gone back since. Food was so over priced and that itself is a huge deterrent because it wasn't too good. Along with that it wasn't to good, and was cold. I gave three stars because the waitress really was great. Oh and that lemon drop AMAZING. read more

I tried Hops n Drops last weekend for the first time. I ordered online to drive up and takeout. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:43 pm and I arrived at 1:50 pm. I parked in the designated parking space and called the posted number to let restaurant staff know what space I'm parked in. The lady who answered took my name and said they would be right out with my order. I waited and waited thinking they may be busy. After 8 then 9 minutes passing by I walk inside the restaurant to see what is going on. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and informed the staff person I was waiting in my car for 10 minutes for my take out order. He looks on the rack and my order was ready. So why wasn't it delivered to my car instead of me having to come inside after waiting for 10 minutes? My food was getting colder and colder by the minute. My 3 star rating is for the terrible customer service I received. All that was said to me was sorry as he handed me my meal. I even sent an email and haven't gotten any response from the restaurant. We've been to Hops N Drops several times and have never been disappointed. Great service and food! The staff is super friendly! Will continue to come here for when we dine out. We tried IHOP and sat for over an hour and walked out- should've just stuck with our usual Hops N Drops! Lesson learned! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! read more

French Dip Sandwich for $15.00 made with cold lunch meat processed "roast beef"...mea. Fries are excellent, burgers just average, clean, friendly stall, strip mall atmosphere. Pay more, get less. Move on, plenty of choices. read more

Over priced mediocre burgers. The only positive things about this place is the excellent customer service and the frosted beer glass.

Menu is great. Service was very good. Price is a bit high for this style of restaurant. $50 for lunch for two- ouch.
