It was MUCH better than I expected it. Something that doesn't always happen when you underestimate and are pleasantly surprised. The loose goose is like a burger except on a hoagie and without a formed patty. It's warm, gooey, cheesy. The sandwiches come with a pickle plate which is basically a few pickles, banana peppers and some homemade tapenade.
