TEARS. Nothing like our first visit just a few days ago!! My husband didn't even eat half of his burger and wouldn't touch the fries, proclaiming "these are nothing like before". I dissected my burger and ate what I could. Bacon on burgers was horribly undercooked. Lettuce was wilted & going bad in spots. Fries were horrible awful limp undercooked mess. Why would you do this to us! 2 stars instead of 1 because the sw chicken taquitos were okay. Spent $74 for delivery (with tip) for two burgers & an appetizer for us to be let down with an unrecognizable experience when compared to a few days ago. Only difference between visits was delivery VS pick up... now yes delivery is never going to be CRISP but this was just ridiculous & under cooked. read more

Last time we ordered to go when my husband our drinks were missing. I contacted the restaurant and received an email from the manager who said they were going to send me a gift card via text. Never happened. I emailed again but received no response. I know places are short staffed etc. but customer service should be priority. On another note the servings have gotten noticeably smaller while the prices have gone up. read more

Smaller restaurants but was pretty packed. Fresh and delicious food. I sat in the bar and intended on just having some wine with a friend but decided to order lunch. Best decision ever :) The service staff was kind and genuine. I didn't see any name tags on host or server so unable to give any credit. I plan on coming back soon. Affordable and clean. read more

Pretty great surprisingly! I was kind of expecting this to be a Chad hang out, you know chads, they are the guys who where a shmedium shirt that says affliction, they have a tribal tattoo, like what tribe are you part of Chad.... Anyway, I was really pleased they had great service, good menu items, and we're relatively speaking pretty reasonably priced. I had the jalapeno and cream cheese burger, my wife had a western burger, and we shared the fried pickles. Pickles were fresh tasting and still crisp... Alot of fried pickles loose their firmness, but they were a wonderful exception. Loved the food from here! Ordered curbside and it was ready when promised. Food was very well prepared and delicious! Tried the chicken strip salad and the buffalo chicken Mac n cheese which was amazing. I would eat there again most definitely. read more

I am a,sucker for cheese sticks and these one were good. The menu said that they were hand rolled and made fresh daily . I also ordered the clam chowder , but when it can it had bacon in it not just bacon large pieces of it . Which I don't really like bacon so the waitress said she would take it back . I ended up with French onion soup. Which was really good. The was just a quick stop in , will have to go in when I have more time. read more

Went in about 10 minutes after opening on Mother's Day for some breakfast. Was given a lovely flower and sat immediately. Ordered breakfast and it came out super fast! I got the eggs Benedict, perfectly done. The sauce has a tiny bit of kick to it but delicious. All the servers were hustling and folks that I assume were managers were also checking on tables, I assume mother's day is one of those all hands on deck days and they were doing amazing. Been twice quite recently; it's pretty good, but I'm just not excited about it. They have quesadillas and bbq rib tips --they're ok. A Mexican place would have better quesadillas and a bbq place would have better rib tips, and certainly better sauce. The fish and chips were pretty good tbh, the burger was undercooked. Drinks - 5 Food - 3 Service - 1 We were greeted by the hostess who was full of energy and enthusiasm; it made me want to eat even more! Upon being seated, the waitress seemed really attentive but after ordering our first round of drinks, the service went from great to a fast turn to horrible. The ice drops were amazing. I've never seen an ice glass/cup before so I was intrigued. They allow you to mix flavors and the price for happy hour was about $7 a pop. We started wth an appetizer and had ordered 2 entrees. My friend has a kid, so we also ordered from the kids menu, to go. From the time we sat down until the time we got our food, it was about 45 minutes. We ordered tots as an appetizer. They were hot, crispy... just as they should be. I ordered another drink but the served put in 2 drinks. She came to our table as if we mae the mistake. Nope, I definitely said just me. Another 15-20 minutes and our meals were out. I had the bbq mac and cheese which I was hoping would be great but I actually couldn't stomach too much of it. I don't know if it was the cheese or the bbq sauce. I enjoyed the bread that it came with better. My friend had the special platter... like a bunch of Mexican samplers. She said it was bland. She also ordered a coke, that never came. When we needed to pay the bill, our server said she still needed to place the order for the kids menu. We asked her to take if off but she didn't understand us because when she brought the bill to us, it still had the kid's order on it. We also asked that the bill be split with food on one and alcoholic beverages on the other. She repeated it back to us and then brought one whole bill. In the efforts of not having to keep repeating ourselves, we just paid to get out. I think service in high volume restaurants should either have more servers to cater to smaller areas, or have some type of system to ensure the guests are being checked on. read more

Excellent food and service! Great variety of food and drink options. The restaurant and bar has a comfortable atmosphere. Patio seating is nice and good option if you have your dog with you. I think it is the best restaurant in the Lacey area. read more

For the price you pay to go out to eat good food and get cold drinks only to have terrible customer service especially at the bar. Thank goodness you can get cold beer and street tacos elsewhere. read more

This was our first time to Hop Jack's and it exceeded my expectations. I thought it might be Applebee's ish and it wasn't. The food and drinks were great. My husband started with a beer and I had a huckleberry ice mike. Basically my drink came in a glass made of ice. How cool was that! And it was delicious too! The beer to me was okay. We had boneless buffalo wings to start and they were great. Not too much breaking and not soggy. They were the best boneless wings I have ever had. Normally I won't order boneless wings, but here I will order them again. They came with carrots celery and your choice of dressing. I had the French dip which was large and delicious. I also liked they gave me enough au jus. No shrimping here. I also had the tots and they were good. Husband had the black and blue burger and he said it was delicious. It was huge. He had their homemade potato chips which he said were great. We went on a Friday evening and it was very busy, however we lucked out and got an open table in the bar. Ordered French dip via door dash. When the food arrived there was no Au Jus in the order. ??? That is a major failure. We also ordered fish and chips. Fries were greasy. This is a very expensive establishment for such a poor eating experience. I do not recommend delivery from them. read more

Okay, this place is small but the food is crazy good if you like smoked meats and BBQ. My kids ate every ounce of their pork and wanted more corn bread. The variety of sauces were also good. I like things spicy and I could have downed the bottle of BBQ sauce they bring you, it was so good. My server was great and added to the experience. Only possible criticism were prices. We tried a lot (almost all) of the sides though and had desert. Now I know what we like so it may not be $100 for dinner. I did have two meals with the leftovers. Definitely worth a try! read more

You can't beat the patio on a nice (rare) sunny day. I ordered draft beer, plenty on tap here, and the fish tacos. The beer was well priced for happy hour. The fish tacos are standard bar food, pretty bland. The fish tacos are on the happy hour menu, they taste decent and are priced just right. Sandwiches here are great! I got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the Spicy Shrimp Po Boy, while mom got the California Turkey and dad got the Chicken Sandwich. My wrap was well stuffed with plenty of buffalo chicken and the right amount of heat without overwhelming my mouth. The amount of blue cheese was also a nice addition and definitely lives up to its description on the menu of tasting exactly like chicken wings but less messy! The po boy tasted wonderful but was also the reason this place got a 4 instead of a 5. The description says "piled high with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pepper Jack cheese and chipotle mayo" but sadly it didn't live up to that. While there was plenty of delicious tempura shrimp to make sure you were always getting a piece of shrimp in your mouth with each bite, there was barely any lettuce, 2 very thin slices of tomato, no cheese that I could taste, and the mount of chipotle mayo was disappointing as I ate 90% of the sandwich before genuinely getting a distinct taste of the mayo. So this sandwich was mostly like eating tempura shrimp on a ciabatta roll - which wasn't bad... but I also feel like it should have been better given the description if there had been more lettuce, thicker tomato slices, cheese, and a lot more of their mayo. I opted for fruit and salad as my sides and no complaints there as both were fresh and tasty. Mom liked her sandwich but the surprising winner was dad since he can be extremely picky about liking sandwiches and burgers when we go out to eat but he loved his chicken sandwich! And to be honest, watching him eat it made me jealous because it looked so good. I'd definitely come back and try the chicken sandwich! Unless you plan on asking the server to double the toppings and amount of mayo on the shrimp po boy which is what I feel it desperately needed to bring everything together, I'd steer clear of that one. I usually like the food here, but after last night...never again. When ordering our drinks, our waiter (I believe his name was Kevin), argued and said "no that will taste too sweet". We proceeded to ask if they could still make it and he replied with "I'm gonna be honest, it's not gonna taste good so no." I was like, "do you can make them you're just choosing not too..." he said "I'm always gonna be honest and steer you away from bad drink choices". Me being a bartender for last 6 years this whole interaction BLEW MY MIND. Mind you, they were drinks we've had at every other restaurant/bar we've been to. It was flat out rude. This is a great go to restaurant for everyone. The menu provides options for all in your party. The portions and quality are very good. I've never had a bad meal here. We used to frequent Red Robin for similar items and this restaurant's food quality beat the pants off Red Robin. They also do togo orders. I have been getting the triple threat chicken sandwich. It has some spice but isn't overpowering. It is so good. Their fries are also delicious. I highly recommend getting their O-ring sauce if you like dipping sauces for your fries. read more

We were looking for a solid burger place near our house and this definitely stepped up! Service was fast and friendly and they got many good looking items on their menu. I ordered the bbq chicken salad and it did not disappoint! Their ranch and bbq sauces were perfect and I loved all the salad toppings. The flatbread that came with it was so buttery and perfect! The service when you first walk into this restaurant is great! The front staff is so polite and very warm and welcoming, our waitress was very polite and warm but after she took our order she was not seen from again until it was time to pay for the meal. The food was very bland all around, the smashed potatoes were not seasoned At all and felt like you were taking a shop of frying oil every time you would take a bite, the burrito was so greasy I had a puddle of grease on my plate from sealing out of the back of the burrito, the tortilla was soggy from the grease. The saving point of this entire meal was the house made salsa which anyone could eat as there's not much heat if any at all that comes through, but the freshness from the tomato in the salsa was great! read more
