I left with art I couldn't leave without, stickers for my daughter, glue sticks and of course sequins. I had TWO coupons and they stacked so I felt like I really got my moneys worth. I also love a good sale which they always have so that was nice, though I think that's how they're designed to sell. The store was organized, newly arranged just slightly and full of lovely arrivals. I don't really celebrate holidays but if I did this a where id be buying decorations from. The cashier at the front was nice, and patient with me. My only caution is that there are so many people who drive too fast in the parking lot and don't pay enough attention. So I'll be back. Plus they have fabrics.

I have not really interacted with any staff at this store, but being introverted I like it like this. Checkout is nice and quick since it is a self service kiosk. I love how I am able to rack up points and get coupons quickly. My only critique would be that I wish the store was bigger, but they are still the best priced craft store in town.

(This store is located in the Midtown Mall.) Thank you…read morefellow yelper Emma M., for your review of this place. I didn't really want to do it, but I must ditto on that. The woman working here is a real buzzkill. I am a shopper who doesn't like to be bothered, however--nothing beats a smile and a hello upon walking into a place. She will engage in conversation if you get it started while buying something. Hmmm. I had thought at one time that I may be a regular if only because the wonderful Leanin' Tree greeting cards are carried here. Meh. I get more warmth at the Hallmark store which is in the same mall, and from ordering cards online with Greeting Card Universe, where customizing is free. Both places provide a "Thank you for stopping in!" :-)

You could spend a bit of time here just to see everything and you'd probably still miss things. Nope. I walked in and the lady working there looked up at me from her knitting/crocheting and looked back down. No hello. Nothing. I did a small circle, getting closer to the register to see if I'd still get an acknowledgement. Nothing. I have decided that as I visit stores and shop the Christmas bazaars that if the owners cannot take the time to greet potential customers then they do not deserve my business. A simple "hello" doesn't hurt anyone. It's one word. I would of even taken a wave... Sorry not sorry.

It's still disorganized, but the current staff is more helpful, to the point where it's a little annoying. It would help if they had zones, maybe? I am an introvert and I really don't like constantly being asked if I need help- I appreciate having help available and staff who can tell the difference between someone who is browsing and someone who is lost and needs help. In general, I still have a huge problem with ON's lack of clothes for larger people. Most of American women are between size 8 and 22, yet their sizing focuses on smaller people and most stops at XL, and maxes out at 20. And it's sized WEIRD. And much if their clothes is no longer affordable. When ON was launched several decades ago, their clothes were basic and affordable- now they're trying to be Gap. Which is stupid. We already have enough to trendy stores. Know your market, morons!
