20 wings. Hot. Breaded. All Drums. Heavenly.
    Douglas R.

Background:I visit the West Springfield area every two years to visit my wife's family who are from the area. It's a tradition for me to dine here with my wife's uncle/godfather. He's a regular here. It's such a treat to dine here as I have no more Hooters near me as they've all closed. Beer: It's always ice cold and there's a decent selection. Food: We keep it simple. Wings:Breaded, Hot , All drums. The wings are always served hot, fresh, and delicious. We throw in some bleu cheese, curly fries , and celery as well. My god father in law orders a burger occasionally. Service: It's always quick and friendly. My dining companion always likes to engage in conversation with girls working here and they're always good sports about it. Final Thoughts: I'll continue to dine here each time I visit. Bring back Hooters to my area of California!

What's not to like about Hooters? Maybe the multiple lights flickering about the bar. Ether way came here on a whim on my way to the casino not really knowing what I am hungry for. Not big on wings and wasn't up for fish & chips today. I was about to order the grilled chicken sandwich until I caught a Philly cheesesteak at the bottom right corner of the menu and went with that. Great decision on my part. Haven't had one in ages and definitely hit the spot. Fries a little over salted but ate most of them.

This is me and my family's first time at this location, but not at Hooters. Brooke was our waitress and she was really nice and attentive. We ordered our drinks and lunch. I had mild buffalo shrimp, curly fries, and a lemonade to drink. I don't eat chicken and didn't want a burger. My son had the special which was boneless honey bar b q wings, curly fries and a lemonade to drink. My husband had the Tuesday's special which was all you can eat bone in wings. The selected flavors he chose were honey chipotle, lemon pepper, General TSO and garlic Parmesan. His favorite flavor was honey chipotle because it had a lot of flavor and a little heat (spicy) kick to it. His drink was water with lemon on the side. We took our leftovers home because I'm not a really big eater and and my family had a lot left. We really enjoyed our lunch. I ordered a key lime pie slice to share with my husband at home. Our son ordered the chocolate moose cake for take out for later. If we had to do it all over again, I would get a beef nachos and my family will keep the same selection.

The waitress we always have is super good. She saved this review. Literally. The food is always hit or miss. No consistency on the same order from visit to visit. Lots of regular creepers in the restaurant hugging and groping the waitresses. Kinda obnoxious. The "manager" literally took those job to meet women because he sure isn't trying to check on patrons or address any concerns that may come up. Heck, he doesn't even acknowledge customers waiting to be seated. 2030. Hooters. Thing of the past.

Yes that's what appears to be dried sauces on the wall....

This isn't a place that we've spent a ton of time at. We went for a special occasion. As we were eating I was noticing just how gross the restaurant was (I was surprised at how dirty the bathroom was too... but when my kids commented on how gross the men's bathroom was I knew It must have been bad.... they're teenage boys....) you can see that there's very basic cleaning done but nothing really cleaned thoroughly or correctly . It makes you wonder how sanitary things are in the back if the front of the house looks like this especially when cleanliness and sanitation has been a highlight of the past year. The staff was friendly. The food was mediocre chain restaurant food. My family enjoyed the various sauces. At opening on a Friday they were out of smoked wings so that sucked. And their COVID menu didn't have any type of salad on it. There were apps, wings, burgers. Was hoping for something more fresh but it is a weird time right now.

Great service and friendly staff! Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Best Hooters I've been to. Service was great! Staff friendly and pretty! I will be going back if I am in the area. Thank you!

As first time visitor to Hooters, this was a great experience. The Chipotle Honey boneless wings were on point with the curly fries. The blue cheese dressing is great, especially if you like blue cheese flavor. Katie, the waitress, was super nice and served the meals quickly and was attentive of our drinks. There were several birthdays and the group of waitresses all sang. The best part, this location is across from an amazing donut shop that is open late! Can you say All American?

No reservations, so get there early! An automatic bonus star for original craft cocktails and dinner specials. I abhor restaurants that rely on staple meal choices, forgetting that people need variety from the ho hum they make at home ( or can make at home- like Wood and Tap. Boo.). I love a place like this where you can look at the menu and see at least two or three things that make you think "WOW, what will I choose?". The restaurant is very bright with many high top tables. It would have felt conspicuously weird to take photos in the full-capacity situation we were in. There's also a gentleman playing acoustic guitar and singing Christmas music. Nicely done, with a professional voice and playing style. I would say, the only downside was that there didn't seem to be a consistency of how people were waiting on tables, so simple things like a set of silverware missed at our table, and then somebody brought a set and didn't bring napkins. Then one of us received the completely wrong meal and we had a delay in getting it corrected while we were already on a tight schedule with the other flubs to make the show on time. It was scattered issues like that all night that kept this from being a five star experience. It

I usually skip the pretzel, but I'm happy we got it because it was soft and had the perfect amount of salt. The nachos and burger took a super long time to come out. I think they were waiting to bring them out together, but that just led to soggy nachos and a lukewarm burger. The chips that weren't soggy were pretty good and the added chili was good for flavor. Drinks were good! I can't remember the specific one that I got but it was Apple flavored and perfect for the fall. They serve 32 ounce beer mugs and it was hilarious next to my tiny wine glass. I would check them out again if I were in the area and looking for this kind of atmosphere.

It was a Sunday in April and the place was about half full. There are only about 10 lanes. No one ever came over to take a drink or food order but that could've been because I exclaimed how expensive it was for one hour of bowling. According to the April Vacation Special it seemed like I should've gotten apps but all I got was bowling & shoe rental. However, we had fun. The automated scoring, pin setup, ball return were in working order. There's lots of bowling ball weights and finger hole sizes to choose from. Bar staff and service is great but table service can be hit or miss and food can be too. We went last Friday and it took quite a while for someone to come take our order. She was very pleasant when she finally came but we almost decided to leave as we waited so long. When our food came (which also took quite long) I noticed my boneless wings seemed more "plump" than usual. Typically the Hangars boneless are on the crispier side. Didn't think much of it until I took a bite into cold, rubbery, RAW chicken. . The server offered to have it redone but I declined and opted for chili instead. They took the chicken off but we paid for the rest. I was going to ask for the manager, but chose to contact via their Facebook page. However I got no reply. Serving raw chicken is a major health concern. And while accidents happen, The Hangar's lack of response is disappointing and will result in my avoiding it going forward. I did feel that the presentation could have been a little cleaner and a little more rice but the dish still held our tastebuds satisfied. We are both gluten free which can be difficult . We ordered their price fix menu which included salad, main dish and desert. We decided that was a good choice. The salad came with a lot of unsavory dead end pieces in it which immediately affects the taste and look of the salad. I would give that a very poor presentation with just a small amount of taste. The deserts that came with it were all gluten deserts. That required us to order an extra dish, the bananas foster which should be good. The presentation was not good at all. The bananas were not caramelized which is part of this signature dish and the bananas were mushy and tasteless. It came topped with ice cream. All in all a disappointing addition we had to pay for. The service was very good and I did tell the waiter of our disappointment with the bananas foster and he said " I am sorry" , I guess I should have asked for the manager but the waiter did suggest to take home the two deserts that we were owed. My husband would probably enjoy them. The cheese cake was very disappointing. It was dull, heavy and tasteless, I took a taste of the cheese parts. The apple strudel passable. They can do better. I know they have a large volume clientele but taste and presentation are key to returning customers at least it is to this customer and her friend. It will be awhile until we venture there again. Maybe they will take this review seriously and make some changes. I would suggest adding a gluten free desert offering to the price fix desert menu like flourless chocolate cake or chocolate mousse something if you want to attract a larger more versatile clientele. The redfish novelle is a very nice dish that I do recommend.

The salmon was cooked perfectly at the top it all off I had dessert which I hardly ever do and that apple strudel was delicious. I was a little confused by the layout of the restaurant, but it still seems inviting and warm.
