The management is horrible . The staff was short handed n the management would not come out n help. The manager would not even come out to help nor adjust tickets because we were not served . We sat there for over an hour an no food . Try to charge us for ranch and flat sprite . Other patrons were served who arrived 30 minutes after us and were served . I love coming to Hoooters! They are an awesome place to come for a late dinner when getting off of work late. The workers are very nice and when it's sports season this is the place to be.
