He told them he wanted it hot. I was charged for the sauce that came with my wings, I ordered celery and was charged separately for that sauce . The management is horrible . The staff was short handed n the management would not come out n help. The manager would not even come out to help nor adjust tickets because we were not served . We sat there for over an hour an no food . Try to charge us for ranch and flat sprite . Other patrons were served who arrived 30 minutes after us and were served . We couldn't even get a grilled cheese delivered . We had a a one and a half year who was screaming for food after we had sat for an hour n half n still screaming . The waitress argued with us across the restaurant constantly saying it was not her fault . But yet she still served other guest . The food served to the other guest was more than what we ordered . Explain to me how n why we did not get served but yet still paid a bill . The waitress who waited on us actually turned everyone who can to the door away and said no tables available except for the bar .. that is so great for business . Hooters is not what it used to be. A few of us stopped by for a beer and wings during a football game. The restaurant was NOT busy. We ordered. Our 12oz beer was brought out w/ a large (large) mug. Once the 12 oz was poured the mug was only half full. I requested a cold 12 oz 'glass' and was told they were all dirty. Looking at the counter of the bar, yes there the 12 oz glasses all stacked up, dirty. The server told me it was not her job to wash dished. Apparently, it is not the bartenders job either. Over the years I have experienced two of our local locations close: Tillman's and Daphne. Glasses (lack of) are not the only issue. The beer is luke warm when served. I love coming to Hoooters! They are an awesome place to come for a late dinner when getting off of work late. The workers are very nice and when it's sports season this is the place to be. We had the buffalo chicken dip as a appetizer and it's awesome! You need to try it if you haven't! I promise you will love it! Also I would have gave them a 5 star but my husband had a cup of water and when we got ready to go I was very upset because when he poured it into the to go cup it was yellow tinged water, we were VERY UPSET!
