Restaurants rely on good service just as much as good food, and this was a clear example of how one person's attitude can ruin the entire experience. To clarify the issue with the size of the shrimp, most restaurants in the area will serve 26-35 or larger with an entrée. The Caesar salad had great flavor and plenty of crunchy croutons and romaine stems, there was a few brown and wilted leaves mixed in so it was kind of off putting once I found those. The bread that came with the platter was lightly toasted but flavorless, took one bite, left the rest. Service was fairly lackluster, which is unusual given their high level of service at the downtown location. My side salad came out with my entrée at the same time, which is kind of a pet peeve of mine, but maybe I should've asked that it come out ahead of my hot food . I just usually assume that most restaurants do this so maybe that one's on me. Neither my fish or shrimp were very warm, almost like they were waiting on the salad? Also, it was kind of creepy that a lot of the servers and staff were just standing around leaning on the walls at the back of the dining room, just seemed off. Then it stalled. Long story short, have been avoiding this spot with the news reports of fights and gun play in parking lot. Seems I haven't been missing anything food wise. I suppose if I was looking for a place to play games and drink this would be a better option, but I own a gaming system and have a home bar. Food was as good as any drive through burger joint on a bad day, but served in slow motion. Group of 7 took over an hour and a half, and nope not a crowd, just 5 or so tables total seated. All in all, a poor choice for a workday lunch. I am sure if I had no time constraints it would have been better, but seriously, how long do restaurants think a workday lunch should take?
