Walking in, there are five staff members all chatting at a small table at the entrance. Ordered a simple 20 piece wing with ranch and celery and a Mountain Dew. I sat at the bar because I'm alone and didn't want to take up a table. My drink was refilled zero (0) times. My order took a long time, over 20 minutes to come. I ask for ranch and celery and got bleu cheese and wilted horrible celery. I would have had the celery and bleu cheese replaced, but I was never checked how the meal was. The wings were good, albeit a bit cool because I'm guessing they sat waiting for the a runner. Cleanliness isn't a priority as seen in this photo of the bar. There is another Hooters a few miles away. That one had very good food and prompt service. I would go to that one and skip this one. When I asked for the ranch and celery to be removed from the bill, that wasn't an issue. I would think a manager would have followed up, but I'm guessing they are part of the party of people working the front door. read more

Worst Hooters experience ever. I have been to many locations across the country and this location had no one to greet us which is very unusual for Hooters. Our server Selena was absolutely clueless. It took forever to get another round of beers. At one point she sat down at a table of her girlfriends who all looked high school age and so much time past that one of us had to get up from our table and ask her to bring a check. The wings here was so greasy and they don't offer a grill cheese sandwich. The food was the worst I have ever tasted at Hooters. Definitely not liking the service here, we came to watch the fight and the connection kept going off so we could barely watch it. Our waitress was always rushing us and out of nowhere was like we not taking no more orders for drinks and food. Myself and three friends sat at the bar to watch a preseason football game. The bartenders were attentive but not overly concerned with the wait for food. We ordered food before 8pm and the food arrived at 903, 907, and 910. None of the bartenders or manager who was dropping the food made any comment about the hour+ wait time. The orders were as follows- bonesless wings; wings, boneless wings, wings and fries. No one seemed to care that we waited over an hour for wings. The food was good. Bathrooms were clean. The men commented that the men's bathroom had water on the ground from an overflowing toilet. Be prepared to wait for food. The place is a little busy, maybe 60-70% full. I ordered the fish tacos, half a pound of boiled shrimp, and a shrimp Poboy. I'm from Louisiana so intimately understand what a Poboy is. My Poboy consisted of a sliced dinner roll and five fried shrimp loaded with cabbage and no sauce. The curly fries that came with my order looked like they had come out the bottom of somebody's half eaten fry basket. my fish tacos had no sauce, were covered in cabbage, and for some reason also had whole leaves of spinach. keep in mind that I hate cabbage and asked that it not be placed on my tacos or my poboy. Went there for dinner a few days ago, WOW. Fantastic service, on point with the beer refills, knowledgeable staff, and the Cajun wings tasted like I was back in the Easy. Super clean, well stocked, great staff, I seriously cannot say enough great things about this place. Took my son for his 20th birthday for wings and family time. Haley Hof. was on point with beverages and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was good and they even came over and sang a big happy birthday to my son. I do not frequent Hooters often, so this was a learning experience for me.. my thoughts are, They need a Happy Hour, and celery with wings is just a common courtesy, it should not be an up charge. It seems like extra sauce, up charge, celery up charge, and ranch dressing... come on guys... up charge. Wings had almost no taste and I had to add extra hot sauce just to make it palatable. At first I thought it was just my order but our whole party of 8 thought the same thing. I ordered shrimp tacos and wings and the thought of my food riding around town in this pandemic pissed me off. So I called hooters and the manager told me there was nothing he could do and that I needed to call door dash! Well I didn't order through door dash! I went to hooters.com, logged in via my hooters account and received tracking info and emails from hooters.com. I paid hooters.com. Hooters should call door dash! The food arrived an hour late and cold and I was too nervous to eat it. Remember I ordered seafood. I've made 3 calls to hooters to get my $60 back and still nothing. Went here a few nights ago and was very disappointed with my experience. Me and my brother go to a restaurant once a week and we chose to go here because our last experience was fantastic but this time it was quite different to say the least. when we first came in we were put under a ceiling fan at a high top that blew our napkins away and was just unpleasant so we asked to be moved to a booth and they did no problem but our server may have been busy or new. She never refilled our beverages even when stopping by. Which she only stopped to take order and bring food. Just very disappointed with the experience. This review is only for the restrooms, the food is so so and the service is ok, some of the ladies are thoughtful and serviceable. Three weeks in a row my husband and I went to this Hooters and I would eventually heed the call of nature and on every occasion I saw: 1. Stained toilet bowls with poo 2. dust and dirt in the stalls 3. zero toilet covers 4. an "out of order" stall that had nothing wrong with it. This past Sunday Nov. 25th 2018, as we were leaving we ran into the incoming manager and we made him aware of the issues, of course he said none of this was his fault, he would make the necessary changes, etc. Here is why, in my opinion his statement was BS: a week ago my husband called and spoke to the manager on duty and explained what I had detailed to him and nothing had improved. If you are in need of a cold beer and lots of games, in my opinion this Hooters is for you but if you expect a clean restroom (men or women) do not come to this Hooters. I've been to this location on several occasions and this Location misses the mark almost every time. Don't bother ordering Oysters, even though there on the Menu they never have them. The servers seem very inexperienced, don't know how to apply discounts properly which leads to the awkwardness of having to correct the check and the attentiveness is very lacking, if you want salt pepper or anything other sides you have to ask because there not offered. We sat in a booth for 10 min to the point a server did show up and apologized because they couldn't find the server for our seats. The servers don't ask if everything is to your liking or if everything came out as ordered. I would understand if the place was very busy that would at least explain some of these things but it wasn't busy at all. Chelsea, one of the bartenders is the only one I feel that does her job the right way. Other than that I would consider going some where else for better service and over all experience. I live close by, and there are three Hooters that are in the area. This one is close to I-95 and this is the newest one. I have visited this location a few times and it has been though some growing pains. As a new restaurant in a growing area it has had its struggles to keep up with the demand. I will say the management and staff are really attempting to keep quality of the brand intact and up to the critical levels of corporate standards. In my latest visit, 12/06/19 after 7PM the staff were excellent and my visit exceeded my expectations. The beers were cold, the food was cooked as expected and was really very good. I am assuming the other bad reviews are due to server inexperience and or misguided training. My experience as a critical diner was excellent. I was however, proactive in my requests and all the staff hit their marks in meeting all my special choices. I would definitely recommend if u have demands or specifics, please tell ur server upon arrival to see if they can accommodate your specific requirements. In normal terms, that's if you are picky, like me, let them know in advance so they can plan ahead. I feel like this location is up for the challenge and will exceed your expectations. read more
