Went in for the Veterans appreciation burger meal. Ordered it with everything EXCEPT mayo. Wanted ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, tomato. I told the waitress. "Just put the works on it like the picture in the Veterans Day add. Burger came out with JUST mayo on it. I know what happens when food is sent back to the kitchen. So, I had the waitress bring me ketchup and mustard. The restaurant was not busy. It was 1:30 PM after the noon rush. Lots of unbussed tables and booths. Not what I expected from Beef O'Bradys. There other area stores are much better. I paid $2.77 for my iced tea and gave the waitress a $5.00 tip and left. Not a very good veterans day lunch. But we Vietnam vets are used to being treated this way. read more

At first I wasn't crazy about the understaffed situation although when I went back to give them a second chance I was pleasantly surprised. I am very glad gave them a second chance because now I will be able to share with all how wonderful this restaurant is. Door Dash and Beef O'Bradys need to figure something out!! I went through the whole process and ordered from a Beef O'Bradys 0.7 miles from my house. Ordered 2 burgers and mozzarella sticks and the I was notified immediately my order was canceled. could either take a $60 credit immediately or take a a full refund within 3-5 business days. Why am I being charged for an order you will not fulfill and have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back? This is not acceptable. Not only am I being canceled by a Beef O'Bradys 0.7 miles away, it wants me to be redirected to a Beef O'Bradys 8 miles away. Door Dash and Beef O'Bradys should be ashamed! Terrible business practices. It's the second issue with Door Dash in 3 weeks. I will be deleting the app and asking my friends to do the same! Note: I see a response from the owner acknowledging an issue. I appreciate the fact you responded to this complaint, but this has been going on for well over a month. I can't imagine how many people and how much money is being held because of this. Maybe you should consider terminating your agreement with Door Dash until they figure out the issue instead of continuing to take peoples money. read more

The food is definitely on the higher end of chain restaurant food, but I am leaving this review for 2 things in particular. The Chef salad is wonderful! It's huge and has plenty of everything- including the ham and turkey - which is where most skimp. Everything is always fresh. My new go-to is the Philly Cheesesteak. It's on special on Thursdays, but is more than worth the price anytime. It is delicious and when half is saved for the next day, it's almost better! Great taste, not greasy and overstuffed. Outstanding Service and Incredible Kindness! Today I had an experience I will never forget. I lost my phone and thought I had left it inside Beef 'O' Brady's. Jennifer, the owner, along with her servers, immediately offered to help. They searched the entire restaurant with me, showing so much kindness and patience. We later discovered that my phone was actually at Bagel Joe's next door. And what truly amazed me was that Jennifer herself went to pick it up, called me to let me know, and personally returned it to me. That level of care and honesty is rare. I am extremely grateful for her time, her honesty, and her genuinely caring attitude. This is not only a great place to eat--it's run by exceptional people. Thank you so much, Jennifer and team! The server at the carry out counter needs to acknowledge customers. I waited over 10 minutes for my order which was sitting on the counter ready, while the server ignored me numerous times. Finally another server noticed me and asked me what I was waiting on. read more

It's clean and the food was great. I had their Chicken and Rice (It was pleasantly spicy.) And my husband had their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with onion rings. Then we had a cheesecake that was delicious. Dinner and dessert were great. We have to mention our server person! She was awesome. Her name was Aubrie. She asked us questions and made great recommendations for food, drink and dessert. Aubrie's personality was delightful and easy going. Meh! Friday night, 7 PM. Place was packed. Not enough servers on duty so service was painfully slow. Our waitress, however, was friendly and efficient. She just had too many tables. Example: we ordered a sampler appetizer that had mini corn dogs on it. We repeatedly had to ask our waitress for regular yellow mustard, and it took her 20+ minutes to get it to us. By the time she brought it the appetizers were gone. :( 40 minute ticket times. Dreadfully slow. Food ordered was the fish and chips, 15 wings and a meal-salad. Fish and chips was cod, too much buttery batter... could hardly taste cod. Huge wings and I was told they were pretty good. Salad was fair+. My Tito's and tonic was mostly Tito's! Not doing me any favors. Wasn't sure if I should drink it or bring it home and use it for paint stripper. ;) The Beef's on Dairy Road closed. Will this one follow? read more

Went to watch football game with the family and we all had great time and good food. It's a casual place in a strip mall and I wasn't expecting much, but I had one of the best times. The kids enjoyed claw machines and they kept them busy. The cocktails were good and strong. The burger was cooked perfectly! I was craving burgers during this vacation and had a lot to compare to and this was the best I've had. I always order medium well and it was cooked perfectly - it was juicy and flavorful. I came in a bit after 9 and sat at the bar ordered ice tea and surf and turf Saturday evening.7/8/23, I actually got up and had to leave the area as there was this extremely belligerent female, causing all kinds of commotion arguing with people at a table seems like she knew, swearing the F word constantly, it was pretty ugly. I was surprised the manager did not put a stop to it as this is suppose to be a family sports tavern. I looked around and luckily there were no kids in the place as I would have said something to the manager if there were. totally not called for as she was mad about another female and kept saying she going to F her up ! This is probably the best Beef's on the Space Coast! The food is tasty, the staff is friendly and there is always a good game or race on the TVs. I specifically want to recognize a superior Bartender, Aubrie. She is magic behind the bar! She's quick, friendly, funny and has an uncanny knack of anticipating your next drink before even asking for another. Beef 'O' Brady's to me is the "corporate sports bar" of Brevard in which there are six of them located throughout the county. True there are numerous other sports bars and pubs available to indulge in, but from my knowledge, Beef 'O' Brady's so far has more branches open in Brevard than any other sports bar per se. This review however is for the branch located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Lake Washington Rd. and Wickham Rd. Before entering, make sure you take notice where you park. Beef 'O' Brady's is located in front of a Burger King and for some apparent reason, it is a war between them on parking spaces. Upon entering, you are exposed to the stereotypical sports bar environment of multiple televisions playing football (sorry immigrants but I am talking NFL), basketball, and other sports. Gotta live up to their business description right? There is also a gaming area (which I doubt gets used thanks to Xbox One and PS4) and small rooms for private parties. My attendance at said establishment was unique because I went to watch the first presidential debate. Needless it got real loud in which the Elephants in the room cheered for Trump and booed for Clinton. Personally, I went in to be entertained. Back on subject, our waitress tolerated whatever arguments anyone had and she took it like a trooper despite her personal preferences and views. Ergo, kudos to her. She was also very nice in fielding my questions on the food since I usually don't eat at Beef 'O' Brady's. We did order scotch bourbon and an appetizer plate. My friend Roadie ordered a burger of some kind though I can't remember the name. Overall, the food was done well and to order. Oh... it did take some time for our food to arrive but we were too distracted to have it phase us. Ultimately, it was a good (and entertaining) experience. I don't think I will purposely drive out of my way to eat the food, but if there is a shindig happening or if friends want to eat there, I won't turn it down. read more

Food was horrible. Been coming here for years and just keeps getting worse. The Buffalo chicken wrap was dry, the Cubans were warmed up lunch meats and chef salad was chopped up lunch meats without care. Need our neighborhood franchises to care about locals. We went here for lunch after seeing that our first choice, a Waffle House (don't ask) had a queue. No such issue here - we were seated quickly, I ordered a fish and chips and a local brew. Sports were on the television, which would prove foreboding in the sense that it was the day Kobe Bryant died (not sure if it had happened already). Doubtful I'll ever come back, over an hour for from order to food on table (just so happens the kitchen was under staffed) was the excuse. The food is better than you'd expect for a chain sports bar, but the reason I'm taking the time to write a review is because of the extra mile they go for their to-go orders. We ordered the Whole Lotta Steak Nachos tonight and when we opened the bag at home we found one box with chips and another box with all of the toppings in separate containers. We were able to assemble our own nachos rather than deal with the soggy mess you get from most places! That kind of care and attention to details says a lot about the people working there. read more
