**INITIAL REVIEW** Buffalo Wild Wings (a.k.a. B-Dubs which I will shorthand Buffalo Wild Wings to for the remainder of this review) is currently a sports bar establishment... well... pertaining to those that are "corporate." B-Dubs has been in its current location for more than a decade. Through its time, I have been to B-Dubs simply for the food, but mostly to watch football games, MMA fights, and wrestling PPVs. Yes, there is a lot of history when it comes to my time spent at B-Dubs, but unfortunately with so much time spent, I can say that over the years, B-Dubs has progressively gotten worse. Every now and then, they have a favorable spike in their quality, but overall, it is like New Found Glory: All Downhill From Here! Though an address is provided, B-Dubs has been in the same place it has always been: the northeast quadrant of Palm Bay Rd. and Norfolk Pkwy. If it helps, it is a standalone building within the Hammock Landing plaza right next to El Pollo Tropical. On the outside, B-Dubs looks like almost all other B-Dubs looks like: a sports bar with both indoor and outdoor seating. Upon entering, you get the overstylization of a local sports bar with sports paraphenelia plastered on the walls. Depending on the locale, certain teams will be highlighted more so than others. For this B-Dubs, we hafe more Florida teams such as Gators, Seminoles, Dolphins, Buccaneers, and Jaguars. We even have Magic and Heat, too. In its heyday, the seating was a-okay, but you can definitely feel that some of those booths' cushions need a recharge. After more than hour, I can tell you my tailbone was starting to hurt me. As for the food, it is... okay... too. Maybe back in the day, my taste buds were not so mature and I didn't mind food that was too salty, too hot, too bland, too covered with too much flavor to hide the bland taste. But now, I can tell. Sometimes the cooks get it right, but overall, it is just forced peddled bar food. As a matter of fact, the last thing I ate from them were street tacos. Overall, they were okay, but it should not be too hard to mess up street tacos, right? Well... I did get messed up street tacos before, but fortunately for B-Dubs, they did not mess up. Not the quality like a real Mexican restaurant makes or even Taco Dive, but okay. The wings are still poorly cooked, as in overcooked and dry, something they probably hoped I would not notice with all the sauce they use. And as for the restrooms, still a travesty whenever I step into them. At least that every single time I went, our wait staff has always been kind. Maybe at times they are stretched thin and they can't be as attentive as they want to, but they are always kind. Ultimately, I purposely avoid eating at B-Dubs as of late. However, my friends during my Bible Study might want to go there simply because it is an easy-peasy place to eat and enjoy communion with others in the group. Outside of that, there are far better options for whatever it is B-Dubs has to offer. Miller's Ale House and Hooters does a better job with the sports bar theme, Frankie's and Wing Stop have better wings, and so on and so forth. read more

Would rather have a girl in high heels step on my balls before I eat here again. Recently came here with friends to watch a game, service was horrendous, purchased the bottomless apps and it takes 45 minutes every time to get your food. The food was alright, but the server forgot to put in our order and had us waiting for our food for an hour, looked like shaggy from scooby-doo and It looks like he just got done doing time in jail. Jordan absolutely hooked us up! Placing a to-go meal in-person was easy enough but made exceptional by the service she provided. The wings were tasty with the delicious Jerk, dr BBQ, jalapeño sauces (the orange sauce was the weakest of the bunch). I have been here maybe 3-4 times since moving to the Melbourne area. The first time was okay but was nothing to write home about. The second time was much of the same. The last few times however have been not at all what is expected. I went a few weeks ago to celebrate a special day with some family and not only did it take too long to get any drinks including water, but it felt very much like the server was not even paying attention to us or what we needed. Then when it was time to actually flag them down to order food they served the food with no napkins even at the table. It had to be some of the worst service I have ever gotten in a restaurant. It may not completely stop me from returning eventually but it definitely deterred for a little bit. I hope my next experience will be better. It took over 10 mins for a server to come to the table to greet us. We had to ask another server to check on our server for us. Once she got to our table, she was very nice. However she was not very attentive; only checked on us when she brought our drinks or after we got our food from another employee, and never refilled our drinks even though they were needed halfway through the meal. I think she possibly may have had too many tables at one time because she was busy doing a lot of close-outs for several other tables. When we finally got our food, it was lukewarm at best which tells me it was sitting for a while before someone finally brought it out. We were halfway through our meal the next time our server checked on us so by that time we were hungry and didn't want to wait for new food which may have also come out cold. Also the satellite TVs went out not too long after we got there, which was disappointing because we had come there to watch the games and have very few options in town to do so. You people frustrated me. The water took forever to finally arrive and take our drink order. He was unfriendly. Everyone ordered alcohol which was highly overpriced. My friends wife left her purse at the house and did not have ID. She looks over 25 and the rest of us all had ID to confirm no one was underage and she could not get 1 drink. This was my first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in West Melbourne. Our server was very friendly but she was really pushy in getting an order out of us. We ordered some medium wings and some sweet asian wings. Some chips and salsa to start. The salsa was actually pretty good. The medium wings were just ok but not crispy at all. In Buffalo NY, the home of the wing. You get a very crispy wing with a perfect sauce. Here the wing us tender but not crisp and the sauce us on the week side. The sweet asian wing was spicy and sweet as it should be and I enjoyed it very much. The beer on tap menu is very week compared to other places serving wings. I got a XX and enjoyed it. After my experience here I don't understand the hype at all. If you want to go somewhere to eat average food and watch sports then this is your place. read more

Well we get takeout and previously eaten in this restaurant many times prior to the current pandemic. Last evening we decided to try delivery and the food was still hot and correct. We used door dash in the past and they were terrible. So glad their delivery during these trying times is up to par. I think the employees and managers work really hard here to ensure the orders are correct and I appreciate them working to keep not only their employees working but to keep families fed! Went there for BOGO wing Tuesday and ordered 30 traditional wings. It was a Carry-out order so i waited in the lobby. i was told 20-25 mins. So 30 mins goes by, then i see customers who come in AFTER me, who placed orders, get their food and leave. ‍ i kept asking this redheaded guy behind the counter to check on my order but he only kept checking the carry-out shelf. Not once did he go back to the kitchen to find out what was going on or ask a manager to assist. 45 mins goes by at this point and the general manager, Bruce, passes me several times, looks at me and not once stops to ask me, "Wow, you how long have you been sitting here? Can i check on your order?".. nope. He just keeps walking. Eventually, he grabs his book bag and bottled water and walked out the door to go home. Great customer service buddy! By now 55 minutes have gone by, even the girl who took my order didn't bother to see what was taking so long. It wasn't until I asked to cancel the order and ask for a refund did my order magically appeared. This place has gone down hill over the last few months. How can these employees deserve a $15 minimum wage increase for crappy service, when the can't do the job at the current $9 p/hr. I'll never return to this location again. I will be sure to share my "glowing review" about my experience with my co-workers at L3Harris. Luckily for me, Smokey Bones is right down the street, customer service is great and so is the food. I have fond memories from my college days. Outside of that the wings are pretty great. They have several flavors with garlic parmesan and Asian zinic as a personal favorite. The staff was very helpful changing the TVs to the games we went to watch and picking seats that allowed us to view both games. Oddly we were given extra plates for bones nor hand wipes. Not sure if they are no longer providing them. Our waiter was great taking out order refilling drinks then forgetting about us. It took us a while to get her attention to pay and leave. If you want to watch a football game eat some great wings then I recommend this place. However just for dinner the service and loud crowd isn't ideal read more
