Now, they apparently can't find a waitress who can smile and introduce herself or a cook who doesn't burn the food. What a disgrace! This was my very first experience eating at Hooters. I'll never spend my money here again. Upon walking in I noticed the floors were sticky. There were only approximately 10 customers in the restaurant when I arrived. It took over an hour for me to receive my food from the time I ordered. In that time span I received 1 refill on my Pepsi. I asked my waitress (who was incredibly lovely) if she could change my drink order to coffee. She didn't know how to make coffee. She asked the "manager" how to do it; he didn't know how to make coffee. Eventually, I did receive my coffee. Furthermore, the "manager" was actively smoking a vape and not even trying to hide it. I watched him handle food and plating without wearing gloves and while holding the vape in his hand. He's an absolute disgrace to the food service. He also wasn't wearing any Hooter's employee clothing. I was actually entertained by his audacity to be so complicit in his food service violations. Another employee was eating food off the line while working. This place needs a complete teardown and overhaul. read more

The hooters were all flat and didn't know how to take orders correctly, each one of us at the table didn't get something or got too much of something. The wait for the table was 30 min with many tables empty, very understaffed and other customers were asking us for money to pay for their dinner. Overall will never come back. But I support these women who work there as they are troopers, and they were kind, though they could have done with better management. Wow was it bad! I've been coming here to watch the game for about 11 years. It was good back then but it has been on a steady decline for the last 6 years. Today was the second worst experience I've had. Every table around me complained. Tables were dirty the whole time. Food was super slow. A couple of the waitresses I've seen here before seemed ok, but the newer ones were rude and really bad at their job. On an NFL Sunday, a sports bar should be at its best....if this was their best, you will likely get Hep B on their bad days. This was the most horrible service I have ever had! I walk in without being greeted by anyone so I continue to go and sit at the bar (not to drink alcohol but to have a soda and some wings). So as I sit down, there is an empty beer glass with used napkins surrounding it. I just pushed the glass forward toward the end of the bar along with the napkins. Then after about 10 minutes I was finally greeted by the female bartender stating I need to see your ID. I had mentioned that I wasn't drinking. Bartender was very nice but very hard to keep her on one subject,(social butterfly) she even put a shirt on to hangout and eat with other customers. If I could give a worse review I would. Following bridesmaid dress shopping 4 of us ladies went here for lunch. It was 2pm on a Sunday (7/12/15) so we assumed we would get decent service. Nope. We were totally ignored which is shocking since there were only 3/4 other tables with single men in the time we were all there. I guess having tits yourself makes you invisible to the staff who we mostly doubled up at tables with a man. We saw our waitress 3 times, got no drink refills and waited 20 minutes for her to run our debit cards/get our change. We've all had way better service in the past at hooters restaurants and we're very disappointed. This all should have been a sign for the worst thing to come. Raging food poisoning from the Western BBQ burger. Imagine fountains of vomit all night and well into today. All while trying to maintain my 11 month old. I love going to hooters during happy hour. I get mozerlla sticks, cheese quesadilla (with pico, sour cream, and lettuce), and a fruity mixed drink. Today i went and it sucked. I am a vegetarian and on the quesadilla they put chunky stuff on it and i asked her if it was chicken because it looked like shredded chicken. My waitress got shitty took it back to the cook and brought it back to say it was cheese mixes with chipotle. They have never put anything like that on before so i had to make sure. I asked for extra sour cream when she brought back the food. She said okay turned around and sat straight in the tables behind her with her friends eating and texting.
