I recently attended the Main Event at Billy Bob's live in Fort Worth a few weeks ago Miss Hooters Internationals. I've been a pageant fan boy since I was like in 3rd grade. First the very first time of my life 3 of my top 4 finished in the top 10. And my favorite and pick to win actually one. I had planned a visit to Texas to get a break from the wonderfully beautiful gulf coast beaches of Florida. I'm definitely a sports bar type of fellow and wanted to come visit the Grand Prairie, Texas. Minus the bumper to bumper traffic on 360 the location is very accessible and easy to get to off Interstate 20 southeast of Fort Worth. I arrived shortly before 6pm and the bar was already half full. Two beautiful mixologists were maintaining the bar. One of which was the visually stunning Miss Hooters International Cassidy. Honestly one of the most enjoyable and satisfying experiences at a Hooters location. I was definitely humbled in the presence of royalty. It was the first time meeting a Miss Hooters International and the first time actually seeing one working a Hooters. She was all business and was certainly clear she's got a ton of bar front guest. She delivers service with a smile and carefree. I enjoyed a yummy Southern Style sweet tea and flavorful grilled blackened fish sammich seasoned just right with curly fries and cheese sauce. The food was entered promptly and delivered in the very same fashion. The portion size was very generous and served fresh and warm. I've gotta humbly say I've been involved in the hospitality industry longer than I care to admit but quality recognizes quality and Cassidy and her partner are it. It was so enjoyable to finally meet her and I can see why she was chosen top girl to represent the Hooters brand. Being a loyal patron for such a long time I do understand the brand. Cassidy is definitely the woman best suited to expand the brand and the market reach to additional audiences. She's an approachable family friendly representative that with make you proud. Thank you. Hooters is located off I20 in Grand Prairie, TX, off Great Southwest Pkwy near the Premium Outlets, serving a wide selection of great food such as burgers, appetizers, and wings. I have been to this location more than once, and the staff did a tremendous job in making my dining experience pleasant and enjoyable. In my most recent visit, I showed up unaware that it was National Wing Day, and the lovely server mentioned that they were offering promotions and deals for the event. I went ahead and opted in and received 10 extra wings with a purchase of 10 wings. I went ahead and chose the 10 naked spicy garlic and also got 10 honey Buffalo. As for my beverage, I went ahead and got a Modelo draft beer on tap. The draft selection has a wide variety of many different taps on draft, and they also carry many TX local beers as well. The beer was ice cold, and the mug was frosty. My food arrived shortly and was looking exquisite! The wings came on different plates and served with a side of ranch or blue cheese to compliment the wings. The wings were crispy and juicy and had a nice ratio of drums to flats. The wings were sauced good but not great, and I feel they could've been drenched just a tad bit more. Other than that, I was satisfied and left happy. The ambiance inside was modern and clean and had a beautiful painted mural of "Grand Prairie" inside. I was greeted multiple times by the servers, and the bartender did such a wonderful job in making sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely return again and check out the daily lunch specials or maybe try another wing sauce or dry rub or might even get the smoked wings they have! read more

Just moved to Grand Prairie, TX. First time into the Hooters here. Service was smiles when I came in. Then died from there. Sat at the bar and got shitty service the entire time I was in the establishment. Most the staff was off sitting with other people and not doing their jobs, manager included just sat and watched as his employees ignored guest to hang out with who they chose to. Was ignored by the staff for the most part. When I asled for my bill they poured me another drink. Get your shit together people. Its kinda sad ill never go back. read more

Ordered buffalo wings and buffalo shrimp medium and got nothing but oil served on both. When asked for hot on the side got more side of oil? Our waitress sat on the couch on her phone in between serving us (her only customers) overall just gross and oily read more

I love this Hooter's location. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager named Deshawn there and he made it a great experience. Super nice and professional guy. Will definitely be back! read more

The service was not good, our server was very slow and half the time there were no servers on the floor. The atmosphere was alright as the other patrons were all watching the football games on TV. The food was not what I remember Hooters to be, the wings were small and okay...probably will not return... read more

Hooters - Olivia - Chicken Wings Near Me - Grand Prairie, Texas

Service is super super super SUPER slow. Omg! This wait is horrible. I've been her waiting for my order for 45 minutes. They are not even busy. This franchise needs help. The wings are finally here but ten of the wings (see pic with red sauce) are cold and over cooked. The breaded lemon pepper are hot and cooked to order. I can't eat the cold ones nor do I have time to wait another hour to request another order of ten wings. I am truly disappointed. I hope the pay is good. I was not a fan of what the waitress had to wear which was different than what most hooter girls wear at other locations. It appears that two of the three waitresses were okay with the wardrobe request. I didn't take pics to protect the privacy of the waitresses; however, not something I would have comfortable if I had kids with me. Overall, horrible experience. read more

Been in here about 20 minutes and 3 waitresses walk by after I get seated and served someone else other people who come after me. I find it interesting that I'm black and I don't get and service at all but the Mexican people get 5 star treatment as soon as they walk in the door. I noticed this in Arlington and Irving. I'll never come hear again. Clearly a racist establishment. 1960's treatment, read more

This restaurant needs some one to take charge and fix it, the menus are dirty , and wow how horrible are these washrooms I don't believe they ever get cleaned , they smell horrible and the floors are sticky honestly the whole place feels dirty I would not be going to this location again , also the bar area where they place the glasses to dry looked very dirty as well , please fix this problem read more

Mediocre food. Mediocre service. Environment was like a morgue. Bill was incorrect and an ordeal for server to correct. How can you mess up and confuse the bill when there's only 4 customers in the restaurant? Hadn't been here in years. Hope this location is part of the bankruptcy. Put it out of its misery. No wonder Twin Peaks is always packed. read more

Olivia is one of the best Hooter girls working there. Always smiling, running food and beverage, helping all staff members with whatever is needed. She is very attentive with her section. She is a great asset to Hooters. Her regulars would agree. In other news, Men's room is disgusting. Noone does hourly checks. Smells like a truck stop. 80 to 90 percent of customers are Men. Get it cleaned if not remodeled. read more

Not everything is flat in Grand Prairie, Tx! Some tough reviews here on Yelp - I understand they've turned-over the kitchen staff and are also attempting to make some service staff upgrades. We visited on a quiet Thursday afternoon. Your typical Hooters crew - one girl on a hula-hoop, an overly anxious to impress former retail sales girl and a friendly server covered in enough glitter to cause concern for questions asked when returning home. Food - ugh - how does one rate Hooters food? I like the "Daytona" style grilled wings minus any breading and coated with BBQ sauce. Beer was cold / service energetic. Food :/ :/.... read more

The food just not like it use to be. Also it took a while to receive our food. I think there were only 3 waitresses working the whole restaurant. I don't think I will be visiting this Hooters again. Lousy food for the price. Very disappointed. read more

I love hooters. And I love they have angry orchard on tap. They did lose a star because my husband ordered "medium" and they brought out "hot". Due to the wait he just ate them but it would have been nice if they got the order correct the first time. I have been to this Hooters 3 times since they opened. Everytime I go I leave saying that I will never go back. This 3rd and final time I went, I was reminded why I hate that location. The service was extremely slow to nonexistent, the UFC fight came on and it was so loud that we could barely talk to each other, she forgot to get us water or silverware, husbands wings were cold, Buffalo shrimp never came so I had them canceled that order. This took about an hour and a half for just the two of us to eat. read more

11:53 Sunday hooters, Walked in, five waitresses hanging around the front waiting for customers two of them sitting down looking at their phones Seated at 11:54 It's Sunday afternoon, pretty slow, maybe 15 people in the place Server 11:56 AM Drink and appetizer? Water Menu one minute later Took some time with menu's and ordered at 12:07 Four sliders two beef two chicken 15 minutes later... 12:22, waitress comes by "it'll be just a few more minutes" 12:25 i've been here for 1/2 hour, but at least I have my soda water, there are now 25 people in the place 12:35 PM food arrives, 28 minutes since I ordered it, burgers are a bit dry but palatable, sauce on the chicken was pleasantly spicy hot, curly fries were disappointingly stale, b ut the waitress but brought me a new plate of fries when I told her about them. It's 12:54 PM one hour since I arrived, I finished my lunch, there are about 30 people in the place conversations are creating an enjoyable busy din, my server has come by with the check, she's probably one of the most enjoyable parts of this whole visit, but Hooters is not known for its menu. read more

We ordered Hooters just because it's been a while and we heard the smoked wings were pretty good. We ordered a 6 piece smoked wings and 6 pieces of bacon wrapped wings along with a side coleslaw and fries. The order arrived early , the bacon warped wings were way over cooked the smoked wings were decent hence the 2 stars . We payed over 38$ for 12 pieces of wings a tiny 2 bites worth of coleslaw and Fries!! Crazy overpriced and not even very good quality food! We definitely won't order from this location again and it'll probably be a very long time before Hooters gets any of my money again. read more

Wow, as a sports bar, this place has zero idea of that concept!! Sunday night and ALL THE TVs are on the Mavericks basketball game. Hello, Sunday night football?? Had to ask over three times for the football game well after the basketball game was over!! Ridiculous!! Now let's talk about service...waited at a table for the waitress who "didn't know we were seated in her section" WTF?! I can only hope the food is better than what we have experienced yet so far!! Well, over 10 minutes and still no food, but hey, the A-hole who brought his F'n family playing Jenga dropping loud ass blocks is fantastic!! Seriously...F this place!! read more

Don't let the reviews fool you. We were offered free fried pickles to leave 5 stars. Food times are genuinely terrible. Drinks take forever. My food came before my beverage. Management doesn't show pay per view fights with local Dallas fighters like Erol Spence which is ridiculous. You can stay however long you want, but you can't purchase more than 2 large beers which is just a ploy to get customers to spend more money. My wife fell due to the wet floors and very few staff that can speak Spanish. Twin Peaks seems to be the better option since there's no drink limit and quick service read more
