I have been to this location more than once, and the staff did a tremendous job in making my dining experience pleasant and enjoyable. In my most recent visit, I showed up unaware that it was National Wing Day, and the lovely server mentioned that they were offering promotions and deals for the event. I went ahead and opted in and received 10 extra wings with a purchase of 10 wings. I went ahead and chose the 10 naked spicy garlic and also got 10 honey Buffalo. As for my beverage, I went ahead and got a Modelo draft beer on tap. The draft selection has a wide variety of many different taps on draft, and they also carry many TX local beers as well. The beer was ice cold, and the mug was frosty. My food arrived shortly and was looking exquisite! The wings came on different plates and served with a side of ranch or blue cheese to compliment the wings. The wings were crispy and juicy and had a nice ratio of drums to flats. The wings were sauced good but not great, and I feel they could've been drenched just a tad bit more. Other than that, I was satisfied and left happy. The ambiance inside was modern and clean and had a beautiful painted mural of "Grand Prairie" inside. I was greeted multiple times by the servers, and the bartender did such a wonderful job in making sure I was taken care of. I recently attended the Main Event at Billy Bob's live in Fort Worth a few weeks ago Miss Hooters Internationals. I've been a pageant fan boy since I was like in 3rd grade. Minus the bumper to bumper traffic on 360 the location is very accessible and easy to get to off Interstate 20 southeast of Fort Worth. I arrived shortly before 6pm and the bar was already half full. Two beautiful mixologists were maintaining the bar. One of which was the visually stunning Miss Hooters International Cassidy. Honestly one of the most enjoyable and satisfying experiences at a Hooters location. I was definitely humbled in the presence of royalty. It was the first time meeting a Miss Hooters International and the first time actually seeing one working a Hooters. She was all business and was certainly clear she's got a ton of bar front guest. She delivers service with a smile and carefree. I enjoyed a yummy Southern Style sweet tea and flavorful grilled blackened fish sammich seasoned just right with curly fries and cheese sauce. The food was entered promptly and delivered in the very same fashion. The portion size was very generous and served fresh and warm. I've gotta humbly say I've been involved in the hospitality industry longer than I care to admit but quality recognizes quality and Cassidy and her partner are it. We payed over 38$ for 12 pieces of wings a tiny 2 bites worth of coleslaw and Fries!! Crazy overpriced and not even very good quality food! I had a horrible experience. First off we walk in to unfriendly hostess, then decide to sit at the empty bar, waited 10 minutes before I decided to get up and request that "said hostess" go let a bartender/ manager for ANY SERVICE. We placed a quick order prior so the wait wouldn't be too long. Bartender was somewhat friendly and apologetic about other staff member not showing up however we had ask her for menus and coasters. Food came out alright had to request ranch 3 times with 3 different people although it was clear from the order xtra ranch was necessary. I had to remind the bartender about our main order she placed (wings and curly fries) all while well over 30 mintues of dirty plates and glassware to be bused. Mind you there was only one other person at the bar at this point as she was on her phone. The second bartender that showed up (posted photo) never acknowledged nor asked if we needed ANYTHING while she was right in front of the dirty area. We had to tell her we were ready. 43 mintues took her to speak to us. I'll be nice and give 2 stars ONLY BECAUSE THE FOOD wasn't bad, but it shouldn't have been since the loud Mexican music was blazing from the back for about 15 mintues after opening indicated they were prepping and ready to cook.
