Update: came in about 3 years later and it pretty much sucked. The service was great but the food was pretty subpar. I got the chicken sandwich and it was overcooked and very tough. The buffalo shrimp were okay-nothing special. And we ordered a pitcher of Oberon, but ended up getting two hearted. Love the update on the place... but my friends and I came from a very long race day needing some drinks and food. She said last call for beers for the guys and walked away before I could ask. Two minutes later girls come out and shout their last call song. She comes back and within another two minutes I ask her if I can have another beer because she walked away so fast without asking the others if we wanted another round and she straight up said no, the bartender said last call. All you need to do is pop open a bottle for me and mind you, I asked within 5 minutes of "last call." I worked at Hooters in South Florida for 6 years and I've never heard such a thing, at any establishment. My husband and I laughed at the other review about how not to take your woman to Hooters; it was MY idea to go there! When you're walking from the Speedway it is either Hooters or Bob Evans, what would you choose? Hooters fit the bill perfectly. The food was wonderful and the beer was cold. I really enjoyed the wings which were fried with more batter than your average wing and were not at all greasy. The cheeseburger sliders I shared with my son were cooked nicely and came with onion straws. Our server was super cute and super sweet, especially with our little boy. I noticed some of the girls posing for pictures and thought it would be adorable to have them pose with my 2 year old son. Samantha (same one as in other review?) rounded up some other ladies for the picture. You see the results! He is going to love that picture in 10 years!! There are major problems with Hooters price ratio. 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing is a dollar. A single wing costs about $1.10. and honestly, on my visit recently, the Mountain Dew was watered down. When you're paying $3 for soda, it should be a proper syrup to carbonated water ratio. I won't be back anytime soon. Maybe I'll try again in a year and see if they've improved things. Response to comment: Thanks, but my measurements were accurate. I was really upset with my order last night. I have been sick and really wanted a Caesar salad. I got a kids meal with chicken strips and a Caesar with fried chicken to be delivered by door dash. The restaurant forgot the juice box and the chicken tasted like it has been fried in days old burnt grease. I will not be returning to this Hooters, very disgusting. Additionally, I ordered extra crispy fries and they were cold and soggy. I had to put them on my broil in my own oven. The dasher was on time so this was definitely due to the restaurant. I don't know who actually checks the Yelp app before going to hooters for dinner. Every other hooters I've been to, I don't order wings. I order nachos because the portion is HUGE and wel put together with plenty of covered chips. This location? Pelham? Get your stuff together. Half my plate is bare tortilla chips. So I decided I would supplement my order with some chili cheese fries so I would have some sort of flavor in my supper. Welp, the fries are stale as can be. I'm glad I'm only in town for one night. Our family has visited this restaurant a few times on our travels to Daytona Beach over the past 10 years or so. My husband passed away a few months ago and this is our first time traveling here alone. So as we were looking for lunch we found this familiar restaurant and felt comfortable. Unfortunately during our meal another patron started taking pictures of me and my teenage daughters. Our waitress noticed and immediately informed me, along with several staff in the restaurant, and also whom I'm assuming as the owner? the staff surrounded the other patron and kept a very close eye on the situation. Brought my elderly parents here for some wings, and the also elderly bartender had the manager come over and ask if we were too intoxicated to be served (food or drinks!). It us just your typical run of the mill chain wing spot. Not the best quality, but since it was a "wingsday" I was able to get a good deal on 10 boneless wings and fries for right at $10. This would be negative stars if I could ... Place the to go order ... at 10:20 am for a noon pick up. I thought that would be plenty of time. Simple order ... boneless wings ... extra wet Texas BBQ. However when I picked it up and got it home they were DRY. Not just not enough sauce... BUT NO SAUCE!!!! None .... nothing!!!!! And they were over cooked ! After my most recent visit, I definitely WILL NOT return to Hooters. Ever. Kristen, our server was awful. She was unattentive and she screwed up our entire order. The hubs ordered a burger medium and I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, also to be sauced in the medium sauce. I ordered my sandwich with curly fries and the hubs ordered his with tater tots. Kristen told him that the tots came out with cheese sauce, sour cream, chives, and bacon bits (which was fine with him). 30 minutes later, our food arrives. The burger arrived well done and the tots didn't have any of the toppings that Kristen indicated it would. My sandwich arrived unsauced and plain. As we are taking the first initial bites of what smelled and looked good, I was immediately let down. 15 minutes goes by of us just sitting and waiting until finally, Kristen stops by to check on our progess. We brought in to her attention the issues with the food and she offers to bring me a side of sauce for my chicken. A few minutes later, she came back with a cup of sauce that had a big golf-ball sized chunk of something that immediately made my husband want to throw up. After that, I completely gave up. The manager came out, he apologized profusely for all of the issues and everything was on the house. Let me clarify.. his order was all flaps 15 piece.. done correctly... my order was (a normal) 10 count and was made ALL drums (so wrong).... daughters count was (a normal) 10 count and was 5 drums and 4 flaps (yes missing one but really who cares). Point is I DIDNT ORDER ALL DRUMS I DONT WANT ALL DRUMS AND ITS CRAPPY YOU STOLE ALL MY FLAPS FOR HIS ORDER AND STILL CHARGED US EXTRA... so not cool. Repeat... NOT COOL HOOTERS. our waitress checked our order and she is not at fault bc we got the wings and cake, and pretzels we ordered... I doubt even she thought hooters would be so sneaky as to over charge while screwing me on my order. I understand when someone orders "flaps only" they gotta come from somewhere but this is just obviously rude. Hooters, #1 dont charge extra for "flaps only" when you just steal them from the rest of the order and #2 quit offering "flaps only" if you cant accommodate the orders politely without screwing over, in this case, me, and sticking me with all drums. Wings and service was so bad we ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat... after paying our bill of $120 (that was after they deducted *2 meals of slimy gross wings off the bill!) My chicken tacos were good, unfortunately as soon as I looked at the wings my stomach turned and mentally couldn't finish the rest of my tacos! My husband took a couple bites of his wings and spit them out- Father in law had a few flats but as soon as he got to a drum- that was a wrap! Now we're crossing fingers they don't end up with salmonella! Half the table received their food, was done with their food, before the other half received their food. 3 of us shared a drink because waitress never came back- as other staff members delivered the food. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon and was not busy so staff being "overwhelmed" should not have been an issue! Had to walk to find someone to cash us out because waitress never returned after giving us the bill! 100% won't be returning and 100% don't recommend- unless you want salmonella and poor service! read more

Went last night with my wife for my buffalo chicken sandwich fix. Wow, how the food here has gone downhill so fast. It is like they get the food from the freezer, warm it, sauce it and serve it. Chicken sandwich now comes full of shredded lettuce, cut in tiny pieces, and smothered on the hot saucy chicken sandwich making it impossible to remove (never had lettuce in 10+ years before). Impossible to remove and the lettuce is HOT and SLIMY and GROSS tasting. Fries tasted freezer burned. Ranch dressing like water and lacking flavor. Sliders were SOGGY from the warm pickle. Tasteless. Not good. Wife's wings were horrible quality and taste. Spicy garlic were just coated in garlic salt. Blue cheese dressing tasted old and super-strong. Beer and water were served in cheesy paper cups. Sad to say but my LAST TIME at Hooters. read more

Wife and I went in for a light meal. This review is more to the server than anyone else. Courtney was our server. Took about five minutes for her to show up. Place was not busy so not sure what she had going. Took out drink orders and delivered them fine. Took our orders and all was good. Food came and there was a problem with my wife's food. It was prepared properly and we ask Courtney to fix it. She took the food away and returned in about 2 minutes saying there was nothing that the kitchen could do since they were out if ingredients that were needed to fix it. She then turned away and went to another table. We were not happy and I believe that the solution should have been no charge for this item. That did not happen. Of course we could have pushed the point but. Y looking around it seemed o me that this was not the first time this has happened here. The place was nearly empty and for a Saturday night with all the games on this place should have been full. Millers ale house and the Wingstop were packed which is why we went to the Hooters. We likely will not ever go back. The management should train their servers better to keep their local patrons coming in. read more
