I did a large benefit here for a local love but don't frankly frequent the business. Today i came after a funeral and was graced with the amazing service of Kristen who I immediately recognized from the benefit! She took constant care of me and a friend and was extremely personable and attentive! Imma BUFFALO NY native and a Chef (unbeknownst to her) sooooo When i ordered wings and she went as far as to tell me the fry times on regular, crispy, extra and 2x crispy....my friend saw my face and said "wow she's impressed"!! She wasn't wrong! I mean, in 26 years i don't think anytime anywhere and NO ONE has ever shared that!!! Then to finish my day i drop my to go dinner and she rushes to order another free of charge! Stopped in for a quick bite, place was clean, staff looked shocked to see different people walk in. Our server was just amicable enough not to be rude. Had the Monday night special, BYOB, patty was unseasoned but edible, fries were fries. We also order 10 sweet Thai Chilli wings, extra crispy, they were actually not extra crispy, sent them back to be remade, they tried to re-drop the same wings, and burnt them a bit, sent them back with extra sauce. Ate 2, and couldn't stomach the burn taste and chewy wings. No accommodations were made. Would not dine at the location again. read more

My wife needs to eat Gluten free. The menu had a lot of GF options, which pleased us. She attempted to order the GF pizza, but the waitress told her, "We don't have that." Wife pointed to the menu where it said Gluten Free Pizza available for $2,50. The waitress said she knows, but this location doesn't offer GF pizza. Okay, we ordered drinks while my wife perused the menu for another GF option. The waitress returned with two soft drinks and my wife then ordered the Wing Basket with fries. The waitress informs us that the Wing Basket isn't Gluten Free. My wife points to the symbol next to the item on the menu and asked what it meant. The waitress said it designated GF, and she understands, but that location doesn't offer GF wings, nor GF fries as the menu indicates. Surely she had to be mistaken, or perhaps new. We asked to speak with a manager. A few minutes later Jeff came to the table, we explained our attempts to order multiple GF items but were told they weren't Gluten Free. He then stated that he only has 4 fryers and can't dedicate one to Gluten Free, that a fifth fryer would be over $1,200 and the franchise can't afford that, he didn't know why they were using those menus because the franchise has decided to not adhere to them, and he doesn't want to explain the economics that he has to deal with. I stated that I'm not sure the value of trying to order anything else because we can't trust the menu. He simply restated that the franchise shouldn't be using the menus because they're not accurate. I said we probably need to go someplace else to ensure my wife can eat Gluten Free. He said okay and walked away. We probably would have just left and gone elsewhere for wings and/or pizza, without further complaint, but we were presented with a $7.00 check for the two drinks that we were given. That was the final insult. The manager's attitude, lack of caring about the discrepancy between the menu and what the franchise has decided to provide, and the lack of class to make us pay for drinks that we didn't finish, earned Jeff and this Beef O'Brady's this review. None of this may matter to the franchise and corporate, but at least we've done our part in letting people know, especially those that must eat Gluten Free, that this location does what it wants without regard to the overall Beef O'Brady's image and advertising. Food was horrible bar tender was great. My husband ordered a steak and it was so small for 18.00 dollars. We will never go there again. We ended up leaving after our drinks cause my husband couldn't eat the steak it was so bad. Our bill ended up to be 70 dollars and did not enjoy our time there. read more

Heard amazing things about this place and finally decide to give it a try. We had a great server by the name of miss Jennifer. Super friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. This is the second time I've been to Beef 'O' Brady's and I can say that I'm pleased with the service that I have received tonight. I arrived at 7:18 pm and it took around 7 minutes to be seated it was a bit busy. We were then seated and a few minutes later the server came and asked what wed like to drink, I think ordered a vanilla milkshake (it was like slush I was not pleased 0 stars) and my little sister wanted to try a strawberry lemonade she has quite a sweet tooth she thought it wasn't sweet enough (I thought it was just right although it's VERY carbonated). Onto our meal I was very pleased with the boneless wings and I absolutely love when it's drenched in sauce () I could tell that the fries just came up out of the grease it was cooked to perfection. My little sister is a very picky eater she didn't like the tenders she ordered (she prefers breaded) but she loved the French fries and barbecue sauce. I ordered the Brady burger no cheese no mayo add mustard well done for my mom and she loves she actually still eating it now (slow eater). I also got the tender basket for my brother he says they taste sweet like they have honey on them. Everyone was pleased. Keep up the work!! I went for quick early dinner with my friend, we sat at the bar and had a nice cold beer and a frosted mug and ordered the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer that was awesome and the portion was bigger than expected. I had the garlic steak sandwich, which was very good with onion rings that were perfectly cooked and my friend had the fried shrimp because the bang bang shrimp was so good LOL. we ended up taking leftovers home and the togo container thoughtful had a nice liner in it. Beef O Brady's is your run of the mill bar and grill. It has your typical food of burgers, wings, salads, and entrees. But we all chose to have wings today. We all got wing baskets and i really enjoyed the Nashville dry rub. It had the right amount of spice and heat and had great crunch. The wings were too huge either which made me feel good i always get weary when there are jumbo wings. What juiced up chicken was murdered to get these huge veiny bicep wings. But, no... ours was good. Every was good... service was good, atmosphere was good, food was good. Although I think this location will never be the star of the franchise I have seen continuous improvements since my last review. The bar service has been outstanding my last few visits and the food choices have improved. Overall it's a sports bar with decent food and the drink pours are not bad as well. read more

This Beef's is conveniently located on US1 in New Smyrna Beach. It is typical bar food. EXCEPT the salads are super fresh and really, really good. Their wings are really good, burgers are great and the cheesesteak is another of our favorites. There are stuffed japapenos that are not on the menu but are super delicious. The service is always good, Bartenders Todd and Natasha are the best and we love Mary! This Beef's also supports a lot of the local high school sports and the band with spirit nights and we have seen the Animal Shelter there too. IF you are local it is a great place to hang out and eat a quick meal. read more

Every other restaurant we've been to after Florida 's phase 1 reopening has had their entire staff wearing masks. Bar crowd was shoulder to shoulder. I posted on facebook asking where can I get it, considering the pandemic is upon us. I also asked my search engine. Beef O'Brady's was what came back on both. I called the number at 11 AM. Be ready in 20 minutes. I got three orders, one for lunch and two for dinner. Take out. I would like Beef O'Brady's to put this on the menu all the time. Visited BoB after reading several reviews and was looking forward to my visit. When I went in I was impressed, the place was large and fairly full of other customers. The hostess greeted me quickly and when I asked if I could sit at the bar she said sure and pointed me the way. I grabbed an empty seat at the bar and found myself waiting quite some time before being approached for service (it seems the bartender(s) were also serving tables as well. Was asked my beverage choice then waited probably another 8-9 mins before it was provided. Then waited for my food order to be taken. While waiting another gentleman took the seat to my immediate left and we began conversing. Finally my order was taken (special of the day) as well as the gent next to me. Several minutes later my new friend got his order and we began discussing about the time everything was taking. About 8 mins after his food arrived i got mine from another server.
