I absolutely love this Chili's. The food is always so delicious, fresh and the ambience of the restaurant is great as well. I usually come in for lunch at times that I have early appointments or what not and other times I come in super late probably around 8 PM. I will say that anytime that you do come in, this won't matter cause they're good every time. The food is always really good and the service is usually great. There have been times where I would have a server who did not come back for a while, but I didn't really care because the food was that good. I had the two-for-one margarita special, which you could complete with the meal. You are able to see this in the menu photos that I provided below. We always love coming to our local chilis. You can't beat the food or the prices. This particular time there was some miscommunication and my order got a tad messed up but they fixed it so quick that it really wasn't even a big deal. The service was great especially for them being so busy. I ordered the pick two and I got the honey chipotle ribs, which was sweet and spicy and the meat literally fell off the bone!! For my sides I got the elote corn that was omg delish and some fries. For my appetizer I got the spinach cheese dip w chips and salsa, just to die for. Apparently they changed their "to go" policy, and they no longer come out to the car. But, they failed to update any of their directions online or onsite. Therefore, my food sat for over 15 minutes and is not worth the money I paid. It wouldn't allow me to get a refund to cancel my order either. We came here because I got an offer for a free appetizer. We ordered Nachos which were far from what we expected. Much better to get the chips and salsa. They were essentially like 10 chips coated in melted cheddar and beans. The entrees we got were good, standard for Chili's. No complaints there. The service was terrible. It toook forever to get our food, forever more to get a refill or napkins or anything else. Waitress was missing in action although when she did show up she seemed happy. It wasn't very crowded so that can't be the reason. We noticed the table next to us abandoned their table and then drinks arriving about 5 minutes later. I ordered the most basic cheeseburger with fries. Before I get to my opinion about the food, I must say that my server was phenomenal. I have server experience, so I know how hard they work. Not only that, I know about the nonsense they put up with. So just a side note, restaurant servers are not your personal servants or people to be talked down to/disrespected. So when you go out to eat, treat your servers well! Regarding the burger. I have to say, it was a basic cheeseburger. Good, but not worth the coveted "best burger in town" award. Any burger joint around has stiff competition with Five Guys!! They're pretty hard to beat, but Chili's gives it a good try! I certainly wasn't disappointed! I took my son to eat here this evening , the food was not hot like they forgot to heat it up . the boneless chicken wings made my son feel ill immediately after consuming them . Ordered a takeout meal to be picked up at 5:45PM. Showed up a few minutes before in case they were ahead of schedule. The order included margaritas, chips and salsa, and a chipotle chicken bowl. The margaritas were made once we got there and the chips weren't stale which is all I could ask for. The issues were cold fries (probably hard to time correctly on their part) and they gave me someone else's meal that was Texas loaded fries. It would be nice for a little quality control and checking to ensure the name on the container matched the bag. It's apparent from the previous reviews, the experience here can be really good or really bad. Fortunately our visit on a recent Thursday night the service in the bar area was great and the food was what we expected. We do love the two for one daily drink specials, they have ice cold Dos Equis on draft served in a frozen glass with fresh cut lime, this make just about anything off the typical Chili's menu a little bit better. The chips and salsa are always a good starter, the chips are paper thin, light and warm, the salsa is just okay, great texture but lacks full flavor and heat. I did like their Memphis Dry Rubbed Ribs and Grilled Chicken combo, the ribs were perfectly spiced and fall off the bone tender, the chicken absolutely melts in your mouth. The trio fajitas are a pretty solid choice as well, steak, chicken and shrimp, I'd like them more if the veggies had a touch of char but over-all we were pleased. No complaints tonight hopefully they can maintain this level of service, based on the experience tonight I'd come back. read more

I invited two of my girlfriends out to dinner for my birthday celebration. The night started off pretty good, until the waitress started showing attitude toward one of my friends. Hostess was unprofessional and with and I don't know anything attitude Sunday March 28th 6:57pm no manager was visible. I checked in to the waitlist at 6:20 using the Yelp app. The app said wait time was 5 minutes and that the restaurant was expecting me. I Just stopped there for a to-go dinner and I'm so annoyed and appalled by my experience. I got inside and my waitress was very polite and let me know my food wasnt ready yet. I felt like, because I didnt speak spanish, I didnt matter. I just got pushed to the side. My waitress returned with my food and told me "Im sorry, I have to wait for the register." Which the other two were still working on. She must have seen the look on my face because she excused herself to the bar to get a card to open another register for me.
