I always come here with my boyfriend, great service great food. Except today Saturday around 230. We sat down ordered a app. come out delicious but when it was time for food we ordered my boneless were great warm and tasty. My boyfriend traditional hooters were cold he didnt mention it to me until 2 wings later. Took about 10 min to wave down our waitress I told her his wings were cold. Instead of grabbing his plate she walked away and came back two two wings....we had a look of confusion. read more

I love hooters mainly because I think they have the best chicken wings, cool environment and creepy old businessmen to laugh at because it's obvious they are mainly there to try and hit on the young waitresses. It's definitely an experience. read more

This location is the worst ever. The Hosts will flat out lie and tell you a bogus wait time but you end up waiting twice as long. We also noticed that the host will seat their friends ahead of those that have been waiting. Poor customer service, don't waste your time or money at this establishment. read more

Why are there always soo many kids at Hooters? The screaming is inappropriate and unnecessary.

this one's my go-to hooters spot. i think it needs a bigger and upgraded everything. tvs, bar, dining areas. they should take notes from the one in dallas. that one sets the bar pretty high. i've tried the naked wings. not a fan. i don't think i'll ever go back and try those again. read more

The food was great as usual but I will never do an online order ever again. What is the point of online carry-out if it took me 15 minutes to find a spot. I saw 1 or 2 spots available for supposedly carry-out only, except a family of 5 got out and proceeded to give their name and wait for a table. Guess I won't be using the "quick" online and pick up anymore. read more

Never heard of a drink policy....6 people spent over $350, Marine heading back to Afghanistan to serve our country, and couldn't finish our night there, Unsatisfactory for a business to deny a drink. Not only drinks but tons of food also, at the discretion of a manager not experienced to lead, as told by employees. Having designated drivers with us, should not be his decision to make. We were not loud, kept to ourselves, and having a good time till this happen....so long hooters, big let down for us and other marines that will hear of it around the world. SEMPER FI!! read more

This is definitely one of the best locations near me. The food never disappoints. Does not matter if your meeting for drinks or a bite. Easy accessible read more

I come here on a pretty regular basis as I am a HUGE fan of their wings. This location always has the friendliest service and the food is always as I expect it, super fried and super delicious! Great food, service and location. Highly recommend for all the other Hooters fans out there. read more

Took my family out to dinner yesterday and this Hooters is our place to go. We've been coming here for years and never had an issue. However, this last visit was probably the worst service I've ever had. Waitress Rocio was super rude and ghosted us for long periods of time. We sat at the table and we were wondering where the waitress was. We waited for over 15 minutes and she was just pacing back and forth and didn't attend us. Finally she took our drink order but we decided not to chance it and we ordered everything all at once. She never checked on us or gave us an update on the food. Our drinks were super late. Food came out but we were missing items. I had to flag her down to get her attention. We never received refills and as we were eating she decides to clean out the table and interrupt. Every other waitress was super chill and had complete control over their customers. This waitress couldn't handle the 2-3 atables she was assigned to. The place wasn't even busy. My wife and daughter stepped out to the bathroom and i flagged the waitress down so she can provide boxes so I can pack up the food. She comes back and drops the boxes and the bill and says "here and here" and took off running like she's been doing the whole time. We did absolutely nothing to this lady. We are very calm people and I'm not sure why she took this attitude with us. I used a $100 hooters gift card. Rocio kept saying "it's declining" . I said "ma'am there's $100 in there". She kept saying well "it's declining and I'm going to get my manager in here" I said "great I need to talk to the manager anyway". Manager checked out the card and guess what, the card worked. This 45 minute visit to Hooters took over 2 hours. We will come back, but we will definitely avoid Rocio. Side note: As much as she ghosted us, she was very friendly to the table next to us. Knew them by name and everything. Asked if they were ok and brought them whatever they needed. When I signed my receipt, I had to ask another waitress for a pen. Since Rocio didn't provide one. Even when I asked her for one. I was about to use a crayon if it wasn't for the other waitress walking by. I was talking to the manager and complained about the service, and guess who's behind him looking all concerned, Rocio. Well too late. Big thank you to the manager for taking the time to talk to my wife and I. Service was totally uncalled for. We're hoping he took corrective action. We should've known she was trouble when we first sat down and a different manager was talking to another one of her tables. As I previously mentioned, we will be back. This Hooters is still our go to spot. Update: went back to this Hooters with my family today, 5/18/19. We hesitated a bit since we were paranoid about our experience from our last visit. Today was completely different. I'm talking about Day and Night. Awesome service (we had a different waitress this time). Food was great as always. Staff was super friendly and helpful. This is once again my favorite Hooters. Thank you! read more

Well I just got a call back from the manager and she just apologized for the cold wings we got and offered a credit for the next time I go in. She will look into the problem and I hope this fixes it since I really do like the food here...Service just needs to improve. Hopefully when I claim the credit, everything is piping hot and fresh. read more

One of my "guilty pleasures" is Hooters. Food is generally quite good and reasonably priced. But tonight, got a bit disappointed and that was receiving a set of clams that had busted/ broken shells. In reality, eating one could get you quite Ill. Pointed it out to the girl working as the bartender/ server and was handed the excuse of: "They are vacuum packed and that's how they come"... Which is a pretty poor excuse. These things happen and I get it. I was pointing out that a few were busted and I really don't care "how they come". It is not only poor presentation but someone can get really sick from a bad clam. It isn't up to the server to "offer the excuse". A disappointing experience. The clam chowder and the shrimp were good. The clams were otherwise fine, except for the 2 busted ones. read more

Enjoyed Hooters wings many years ago, but was a bit disappointed this time around. Perhaps because when I first had them, buffalo wings were harder to come by. Now, many restaurants carry them and maybe they're a bit less special. Still tasty, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way for them here. read more

Good food, good service, sometimes crowded parking lot, full liquor, and not to mention the best wings in town....

I love hooters! I think I like this location better than the one downtown just because their a little bit faster and give everyone the same amount of attention (meaning not only giving all their attention to only their male tables). My favorite.....fried pickels! They make the best fried pickels I ever tasted...yummy! read more

You usually don't think oysters when you're at hooters. You usually go for the wings. I went to lunch with a co-worker and was craving something light. I saw they had raw oysters there. My co-worker warned me that it might not be fresh, but that's what i wanted. When it came out, I got 12 fresh oysters on a bed of ice. They gave me the complementary things like horseradish, cocktail sauce, crackers, and lemon. It was really good. I'm not sure how they have fresh oysters on hand and charge $11 dollars for half a dozen, but hey I'm not complaining. read more

I'd have to agree with Nate C. Nicole was terrible! I still love Hooters wings, so I will continue to come here, but just as long as I don't have her as my waitress! Other than that, this place typically as pretty good service. Its definitely a hit or miss. The buffalo shrimp is also awesome. read more

I came here with an all female group. Our waitress was super standoffish, not attending, and overall rude. It was like she was a Mean Girl...only it's real life and the joke is on her when we equated her attitude to a dollar value and subtracted that from her tip. Tasty food tho. Nuff said. read more

Traditional mild wings is still the reason to go here. Wait for a table here is insane and the talent has gone way down!

Very lively atmosphere. Good food. Very reasonable prices. Good beer selection. Needs a remodel very badly. Getting run down

This was my very 1st time at this location! The food was typically but my waitress was the best . She was a young girl named bria, beautiful name beautiful girl. She was very friendly and attentive. She check in on us often which was very surprising considering how busy it was . I will return only because of the great service I got from bria. Hopefully she will be my waitress again or I will request her. The world needs more people like her just very kind and sweet. read more

Hooters is well...Hooters. I don't think this place needs much explanation. Come here for the wings and for the wings only. There is just something about the way they cook the wings that makes them so darn addicting. read more

My experience at hooters was AMAZING! I was greeted with so much enthusiasm by the hostess, Iza I believe. My waitress Diana was just as great. The food was good and the service was even better! read more

I will let you in on a small, unknown secret: Try the wings.

Second time we were disappointed at this location. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was frozen once again in areas. The manager was something less than apologetic and even seemed accusatory. He reluctantly took it off the bill at the insistence of the hooters girl. I was more disappointed in the managers lack of service recovery than the actual food. read more

Gets busy with locals and airport travelers, big dining area. After that, it's no different than any other Hooters. There are a lot better choices around, unless it is Hooters you seek. read more

Customer service dealt with me incredibly. They care about the reputation of their restaurant and strived to make things right when I was unhappy with my initial visit. They stand by their product/food/image and I respect that. read more

While we haven't been here for awhile, we have been going to this Hooters since it first opened without liquor license. Greeted promptly. Picked up the drink and food menus, they were greasy, dirty, had sauce on them. Looking around the servers were just standing around chatting. Would it hurt for them to clean/wash the menus? Doesn't make me want to return here. The place needs a general cleaning starting to look it's age. Shame as we like the chicken. The chicken sandwich was very hot and tasty, same for the onion rings. Fries were warm. It took a couple tries for our server to make her way over to bring our orders. Again too busy chatting. Even tho it's close to home we will probably not be going back any time soon. read more

Good "bar" food. Decent looking gurls, like they now have a full bar. Good place for the guys n I to catch a game but they want you to come and eat then leave, not a hang-out sort of place... read more

On the way to the airport. I actually got off the freeway to go to outback but it was closed. I needed a place to sit ans work on my computer. This worked fine. The food was very hooters like, the service was very good. read more

This Hooters is an ok place. Wife and I decided to try this Hooters as it has been years since we have been to one. Overall, Hooters had a friendly staff but food was "ok". Classic mojito needed some work as it tasted more like sprite. I guess I know why it has been years since we have been to a Hooters. read more

I don't know what happened to this place, before when offered hooters I'd probably be excited now a days not so much. Past few times I've come to this location I've left rather dissatisfied. Just seems to get worse over time. Waitresses I've had have been unattentive, sometimes rude, or better yet annoyed that they have to take our orders and have to check up on us. The food also is very sub par. This place just makes me sad for what it once was to what it's become. Everything seems old and dirty with horrible pictures of old 80s celebrities with chicks from the 80s. Maybe it's cause this place hasn't been cool or cleaned since. Hope to try a different location soon with fingers crossed. read more

Love the wings and 911 shrimp!! Always a great time with awesome food!! Highly recommend.

I was in the neighborhood with a friend and we had a craving for wings - what better place to go right ? so I thought. My friend ordered 10 traditional wings, I ordered 10 boneless wings. The boneless wings were literally bite size. I was disappointed to see that the boneless wings were much more expensive than traditional, yet the portions were even smaller. As the menu described the boneless as pieces of chicken breast, I couldn't help but think of how small the chicken would have to be for this tiny little pieces to be part of a "chicken breast" -- I was picturing little baby chicks! ewww! Service was ok. nothing to rave about, however the waitress could have came back around and asked how everything was going rather than coming to the table to take my order, drop the food off and then at the end, drop the check off. Its not like it was busy. pfffff any neighborhood bar probably makes better wings than this. WEAK Hooters! WEAK! I expected a little more than that read more

Good deals on blue moon, good hot wings. Amber sucks, Jessica sucks more, Heath sucks the most. Act like you somewhat enjoy your job and we will enjoy our time. read more

I frequently visit this Hooters and have enjoyed their wings for years. Recently I went and ordered a 20 piece with 2 different sauces. We get our food and realize one of the sauces was not the flavor we ordered, not big deal, so we tell our waitress and she takes them back. She gives the food to some older guy in the kitchen who throws the wings in the trash and comes to our table to tell us the wings we ordered were the flavor we originally asked for and somehow they "verified" the flavor we ordered between going from our table to the garbage can. He completely undermined everything we had to say even though we nearly get the same wing combo every time we visit a hooters. We order another 10 wings of the same original flavor and he brings our the exact same flavor. Lucky for us Hooters shows a majority of its wings as pictures on the website and our flavor compared the one we assumed it was showed a completely different sauce color. This whole ordeal has taken about 25 minutes and by the time the second portion of wings came along it was like our table has been blacklisted. We never had a waitress come by, and we never got the ranch we originally asked for upon placing our order and we were ready to leave after hearing kitchen staff place all blame on the wait staff and wait staff place all blame on the kitchen staff. We will not be returning. read more

I ordered the original fan favorite steamed shrimp with drawn butter. What I received was lukewarm/cold shrimp with cocktail sauce. I then thought I should order wings with some medium sauce. I got sad fatty wings with no sauce, unless you consider old grease a sauce. Pathetic. But the girls were cute and the beer was cold, hence the one star. read more

WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE IN A LONG TIME. If you are not a man, there is no sense in coming in. Stopped in with a female friend and Kate (who's real name is Tina) ignored us as well as our waitress - who did not come around often enough to catch her name. Added things to our order that we had not asked for. The manager definitely made an effort to rectify the situation, but not worth every returning. read more

I LOVE Hooter's and go a lot. This location has just been going downhill for a while now. The service is very wishy washy...you never know what will happen. The last few times I've gone, I've had to send back our entire order, cause after taking forever to get it, it was barely even warm. Then, the last time, I was told that if you don't get your wings TOSSED in a sauce, and get them plain with sauce on the side, that you are charged for said sauce. That is just insane. Also, back in the day, you could get your wings IN a sauce, and it came with a "dipping" sauce on the side, either BC, Ranch or Honey Must....not anymore..you are charged for it!! But yet, when ordering, they ask "and what sauce would you like on the side"...not good business IMO. My bill had $10 in flippin SAUCES and I wasn't happy. I've been going to Bdubs more, better service and my wings COME with sauce, even on the side. read more
