Both times the employee, one of which was a manager, said that I must have accidentally pressed something. That is impossible because I only tapped my card and to tip under 15% one has to manually put the amount which I did not do. The first time it happened, the tip screen disappeared before I could even select anything. The second time it happened, I never saw a tip screen but somehow I was charged a tip after tapping my card. I do not want anything, but this is obviously a widespread issue & who knows how many customers they've done this to. Since this is such a small amount most customers won't even notice.
