1 Star - Terrible Customer Service and No Resolution After Over a Month!…read more On August 17, 2026, I placed a company lunch order with Firehouse Subs. When I returned to the office, we discovered that we were missing THREE employees' lunches -- one large New York Steamer and two bowls of chili. I immediately contacted the restaurant manager, who offered me a discount on a future visit or told me to fill out an online complaint form. I should not have to return and spend more money to receive compensation for food I already paid for and never received! Since August 18, I have sent multiple emails to Firehouse Subs Guest Services, provided my receipt, and repeatedly followed up requesting either a refund to our credit card or a gift card. Every response has been the same: "Your case has been escalated to restaurant management." It has now been over a MONTH, and absolutely NOTHING has been done. No refund, no gift card, and no resolution. What is the point of having a Guest Services department if all they do is apologize and forward emails without actually resolving customer complaints? This was a company lunch order, and three employees were left without their meals. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles those mistakes says everything about its customer service. Extremely disappointed in Firehouse Subs and the lack of accountability. I would think twice before placing a large company order here again.
