I come from fine dining but, I have a special place in my heart for hooters. I can't even explain how precious it is to see the managers being so hands on and involved. Working so hard with smiles on their faces. Especially Frank. ;) The kitchen is immaculate and the food is always perfect and hot! I've seriously been to more hooters than any girl should and I go out of my way to come back to this one time and time again. I know this is just a yelp review but I want to give credit where credit is due. Sabrina was our amazing sweet and patient bartender today. Thank you. Just left hooters on Higgins people were ordering and I couldn't get thru online it was 930 and says open til 11. So I was 10 minutes from there so I just drove people were in lot, people were in establishment, but I tried ordering and said only online and refused my service. Customer service " ZERO" Unbelievable, we stoped for a drink, got us a table kid next to is spilled drinks all over, we moved to the bar, but TV's were too small, so we moved to the last corner at the table for five, until manager came and told us we can't sit there, because it's reserved for someone else. Now I totally understand that, or if we saw sign RESERVED of course we wouldn't even seat down, but come to a customer, act so rude, and just tell us to get away from that table, it's totally unprofessional. All you gotta do is say: Sorry guys this table is taken, we forgot to put up a sign, do you mind if we give you another one, and it's done, but come to a client so rude and say hey you gotta go, you can't sit there, it's just unbelievable. So me and my colleagues arrived at the restaurant at 8:30. We had to wait for 30 mins before we were seated and when we were seated we first met our server Joanna. She messed up on our drinks. Usually my go to place, but today's service was terrible! Ewa , who took care of us today was not the best. Took forever to come take our order, mind you she only had 3 tables to take care of which is why I'm so upset about this! Then, our food was ready and there were 3 girls just standing over our food instead of calling Ewa or kindly bringing it to us they just let it sit there, we then received our cold food. We told her it was cold she took it back then brought it back to us again and it was worse , the fries were cold and hard. It took another 10+ minutes to get refills. She didn't bother to come ask how we were doing. Hooters has redeemed themselves. Went in and gave them another chance after a horrible prior experience. Tonight the wings were cooked to perfection and the waitress was attentive. Still had a long wait even though tables were open and waitresses were standing around talking. All in all it was way better and I will return. read more

Their wings are number one. I do not think I have had better wings anywhere else. Many place come close (Wing Stop) but none can top the TMI (Three Mile Island). Also, the chocolate cake for desert is very, very good. Their bleu cheese is so good I could drink it. They also sell their products at grocery stores; look for the Naturally Fresh brand. Regardless of their reputation I take my family here all the time for food; including my 2 year old son, newborn, and my wife. read more

Well the 1 star is to our server because she was really good & nice. However, everything else was horrible. The food was really bad. Hmm where to start... I put an order in for take out for a dozen people, the girl on the phone tells me it'll be ready in 40 minutes. I show up 60 minutes later, and wait another 30 minutes for my order. I get home 7 miles away (which is a long time if you're going down 90/94 at 6 PM) and find out I have a giant Silo cup filled with ranch, but they forgot all the celery . Awesome. If you've never had wings in your life, then you may not know that wings don't ever not come with celery, and wings without celery sucks. I call back and Mike the manger asks if I want to come back and get it. Of course, I don't want to leave my guests, drive 15 miles round trip during heavy traffic, for some celery. Mike is so awesome, he asks if I want the 6 bucks or whatever put back on my card, like giving me a refund for something I never got in the first place is somehow making things right. I take it anyway and hang up. Then I see my buddy whom I ordered a chicken sandwich for specifically because he doesn't like wings. His sandwich is a piece of chicken on bread. No sauce. No lettuce, tomato, pickle. Nothing. Call Hooters back again. My phone buddy Mike admits they might have missed the sauce, but they don't put anything else on it unless I ask for it. I guess I'm lucky they gave me the bread, since I didn't specifically ask for that either. I invite you all to go to Hooter's website right now and look at their sandwich menu, which SHOWS A PICTURE of a chicken sandwich, and let me know if it's just a piece of chicken on bread. Finally, Mike agrees they screwed up my order and he's going to issue me a refund on my card. I'm sure you can guess what happens next.. a month later, no refund. I call the bank, they call Mike, Mike tells them store credit only. Great stuff all around. Timely service. Completeness of order. A competent, non-argumentative, honest manager. *claps* read more

Yesterday I went there with my father in law and brother in law. They barely speek any English and I barely speak any Polish.And we got served by awesome bilingual girl who made sure that my in laws got what they wanted,she was supper professional and entertaining.Took her time to speak couple minutes with my guests in their native language and they felt very welcomed.Food so so but its hooters so I knew what I was getting. read more

What a crappy staff, I ordered online and it said my food would be ready by 705, got there at 710pm still my food wasnt ready, then it came to 720pm still no food, and then i get told they messed up my order to keep waiting, there went my whole lunch, got my food by 730, and when i checked it THEY STILL GOT MY FOOD WRONG! , the manager didnt apologize for making me wait 30 min for my online order, nothing, no one apologized, everyone i spoke to was rude and didnt care. Apparently management here allows their waitresses to yell and hover over customers' shoulders to look at their phones... I was here with my family and during the middle of our meal (we ordered wings and multiple beers), a bunch of waitresses walked past us, and one in particular yelled at my uncle "What are you doing?! What are you doing?!" then proceeded to stand over his shoulder to look at his cell phone. After she walked away, we looked at her and called her to back to our table to find out why she yelled at my uncle. She looked back at us and was too "shy" to come over so she pushed one of the other waitresses over to our table. We told that waitress we wanted to speak with the one that yelled at my uncle, but she still wouldn't come over, so we asked for a manger. The manager must have been a shift manager because after speaking to him, he just gave us the store assistant manager's card. We told the shift manager we didn't understand why that waitress yelled at us and harassed my uncle. We just wanted an explanation from her and an apology. By the time we left, the waitress never came back to our table to explain herself or apologize. We called the assistant manager the next day and he had no idea what happened the night before. And that's it - I don't know if they ever spoke to that waitress. Needless to say, I've never been in an establishment where the staff has yelled at me then hovered over my shoulder to see what I'm doing. If they were so concerned about what we were doing on our phones, they should have approached us in a professional manner, instead of yelling at us. read more

I took my family to the restaurant this weekend and it was by far the worst service! The girl in front sat my group in a table immediately. There was no wait but then no one ever came to our table to offer water or even take our order. We waited about 25 mins and at that point we decided to leave. The restaurant was not busy at all since other people were seated after and served quickly. Ordered 4 different meals and all meals were wrong. We ordered a plain cheese bacon burger and it came with everything. This sandwich was $12 and apparently does not come with fries. We ordered a buffalo sandwich with everything and it came plain and was no buffilo only regular chicken. We ordered. Buffilo chicken salad and the chicken was very cold and no buffilo sauce on it what so ever. My Philly steak sandwich was was fine but fries were soggy. Very very disappointed. Shocking but this was my first time eatting Hooters and I will never eat there again! We called and tryed to get a solution and they refused to help us saying we need to contact grub hub. Coming here was a huge mistake tonight. Haven't been to one of these for a while. Came in, poor greeting from the bat. We are seated 30 min later, wrong table, they reseat us. 10 min later the waitress comes by. Takes our orders, ok. They told us that we would have a free appetizer due to the earlier problems. We get the check, the charge is there. The manager goes and takes it off. We are waiting for 20 min now to get the check. For the mediocre service and food, the wait was not worth it. This location is the worst ever. The Hosts will flat out lie and tell you a bogus wait time but you end up waiting twice as long. I saw 1 or 2 spots available for supposedly carry-out only, except a family of 5 got out and proceeded to give their name and wait for a table. Stopped here on our way to O'Hare...our flight was delayed and we opted to get lunch here rather than in the terminal. We stopped by Saturday around noon and the restaurant was wide open. We were shown to our table right away...the waitress wanted to know if we were ready to order...we weren't as we hadn't even looked at the menu. She never came back and after waiting about 10 minutes, we had to ask another waitress to take our order. We ordered 10 medium wings and curly fries to share. The wings had so much breading and were so greasy, I had to mop the grease off with several napkins! Ugh! They were not in any sauce like most buffalo wings are served, but a tiny bit of sauce was in the bottom of the plate. Really? They were absolutely tasteless and so bland! Ok. I've been to this hooters a few times. Each time thinking "it has to get better!" And "maybe it's the time of day". NOPE. Tonight we waited for almost 15mins to be acknowledged by a waitress. When she finally did arrive she had one hell of an attitude...I don't know, maybe it's because it's two women and no men at the table??? So I ask a few questions about their new items menu - she did state she wasn't sure about the items because they are new. Ok. I'm good with that. Now I have allergies to some foods. I ask about something specific. She said she wasn't sure about the item...again stating it was new. Then she said "do you know what you are allergic too?" - I refrained from saying "no, do you?" After all, I'm blonde too. But mines natural. Ok, finally she gets the clue to check with the cook when I tell her "look, I'm not going to go thru and give you a complete list of my allergies." Ugh. Next up...food comes out cold. She looks pissed that we are sending it back for fresh & hot. She confirmed this when she snapped at the mgr in the kitchen about it. Sadly, and somehow, service went downhill from this. Yet she was always smiling and happy and perky with the men's tables around us. Go figure. Maybe I need my husband with me next time. Sad. Oh yes, I come here for the hot women. Actually, some of them are kind of flat chested and look like they are 12 - not what you would think a Hooters hiring manager would choose, but the wings are great here! I crave them, almost on a every other week type of basis. It's bad when you are trying to lose weight, and it's a great work lunch spot. I'd avoid going at noon to miss the lunch hour rush. I would definitely not recommend them to go. When they are hot off the table, they are really good. It almosts tastes like a buttery good, and when it's spicy - what a lethal combination. After you have an adequate sting in your mouth from the hot sauce, that nice cold beer goes perfect together. Even the ranch dressing just tastes so rich. Oh, the buffalo shrimp ain't bad either. I've just now become a sucker for Hooters. Maybe I should consider working there to get a discount... Oh that's right - I'm not flat chested and I don't look like I'm 12. Shucks! read more

What can I say about this place, other than the fact that it is a favorite that my girlfriend and I go to. I came here with her on my visit back from school because I was craving some Hooters wings, and let me tell you, they tasted like heaven! Not to mention, having the unlimited soda and the Mexicurly Fries was a great eating extravaganza. We both left full, satisfied, and happy. Took my family out to dinner yesterday and this Hooters is our place to go. We've been coming here for years and never had an issue. However, this last visit was probably the worst service I've ever had. Waitress Rocio was super rude and ghosted us for long periods of time. We sat at the table and we were wondering where the waitress was. We waited for over 15 minutes and she was just pacing back and forth and didn't attend us. Finally she took our drink order but we decided not to chance it and we ordered everything all at once. She never checked on us or gave us an update on the food. Our drinks were super late. Food came out but we were missing items. I had to flag her down to get her attention. We never received refills and as we were eating she decides to clean out the table and interrupt. Every other waitress was super chill and had complete control over their customers. This waitress couldn't handle the 2-3 atables she was assigned to. The place wasn't even busy. My wife and daughter stepped out to the bathroom and i flagged the waitress down so she can provide boxes so I can pack up the food. She comes back and drops the boxes and the bill and says "here and here" and took off running like she's been doing the whole time. We did absolutely nothing to this lady. We are very calm people and I'm not sure why she took this attitude with us. I used a $100 hooters gift card. Rocio kept saying "it's declining" . I said "ma'am there's $100 in there". She kept saying well "it's declining and I'm going to get my manager in here" I said "great I need to talk to the manager anyway". Manager checked out the card and guess what, the card worked. This 45 minute visit to Hooters took over 2 hours. We will come back, but we will definitely avoid Rocio. Side note: As much as she ghosted us, she was very friendly to the table next to us. Knew them by name and everything. Asked if they were ok and brought them whatever they needed. When I signed my receipt, I had to ask another waitress for a pen. Since Rocio didn't provide one. Even when I asked her for one. I was about to use a crayon if it wasn't for the other waitress walking by. I was talking to the manager and complained about the service, and guess who's behind him looking all concerned, Rocio. Well too late. Big thank you to the manager for taking the time to talk to my wife and I. Service was totally uncalled for. We're hoping he took corrective action. We should've known she was trouble when we first sat down and a different manager was talking to another one of her tables. As I previously mentioned, we will be back. This Hooters is still our go to spot. Update: went back to this Hooters with my family today, 5/18/19. We hesitated a bit since we were paranoid about our experience from our last visit. Today was completely different. I'm talking about Day and Night. Awesome service (we had a different waitress this time). Food was great as always. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I go to Hooters for the food ... Anyone ... Seriously. Honestly , I am a grown man , I have a buck or two , I wanna see flesh , I can hit up a strip club. For the uninformed , and you would be surprised how many uninformed people there are , Hooters big gimmick is the waitresses dress up in orange short shorts and tank tops, WOO Woo , racy. To be frank , the waitresses aren't the most efficient lot of waitresses I've encountered , but they're usually always friendly. The kitchen is ALWAYS slow , really slow , even when there is no one there. There is a newer bar setup that makes mixed drinks now in addition to your standard beers. The food is really good , I've eaten here alot , since high school actually , not this specific location though. I've had the chicken wings alot , from mild to nuclear hot (I prefer the mild and add my own hot sauce to taste) and I love the wings. I also love the buffalo shrimp , same sauce order. I have recently reintroduced myself to their raw oysters , and they do them as right as anywhere else , tasty. This is also one of a surprisingly few places that have steamed clams , a personal favorite , and great here. The steak sandwich is great , the burger really good. There is also a decent variety of tasty desserts , from cheesecake to key lime pie , I rarely make it to dessert but these are good. All this goodness , decent prices , and a large menu that I still haven't ordered half of even though stuff sounds good. Go here , watch the game , enjoy friends , the ambiance is a plus. read more
