This place also have some good wings. And the service is okay. I liked to go there for beer and watch the nba games.

Perhaps if there wasn't so much concern about the color and length of their fingernails the wait staff might get an order right. It was a to go order, so when I called to let them know about their mistake I was told by the person answering the phone "it wasn't me" read more

Great place. Great food. Great prices. There's truly nothing wrong with this place. I've been here so many times and I have never been disappointed. All the waitresses are kind and try to save you money. The waitress I had recommended the lunch special when I had gone in and ended up saving me money. I love this place. It might honestly be my favorite place to get wings. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a long time. We ordered online for pickup. The salads we received looked like leftovers from yesterday reused. The lettuce was wilted and old looking. Totally unappetizing & unhealthy looking. When I took them back to the store I had to wait several minutes even though waitresses were standing around gossiping. They stood right in front of me and ignored me! Finally I just started waiving like I was drowning at a young lady looking right at me but not recognizing me. When she finally came over I told her the situation and that I wanted a refund. She looked incredulous and said YOU want a refund!? And walked away. The manager came over named Labaron. He said NO REFUNDS! I asked him where it says that on the website- I ordered online. He said he didn't know but it doesn't matter NO REFUNDS. After about ten minutes of wrangling he offered a $15 in-house credit. I asked where was my coupon so I could go to another Hooters. He replied Only an in-house coupon or take another salad. This is unacceptable! I will never trust another Hooters- Hooters is petty, they make up rules as they go along, have no concern for the customer and don't stand behind their product. You can quote me. read more

I've always enjoyed hooters, most locations are very pleasant and enjoyable. This particular location I was taking a photo of the restaurant to add to my snapchat story. (Something i regularly do at many places i go) and one of the girls yelled at me. I politely explained why i take photos everywhere i go. And instead of being polite, a group of the girls started loudly criticizing me, and berating me for it. This is not a friendly or professional reaction at all, to loudly berate customers in front of all the customers. It is not appreciated at all. read more

I was here on Saturday night. The food was average, the waitress was "too busy" to get our order right and the Manager Aaron, does not like to hear complaints about service. Zero effort was made to correct an obvious service issue, and the amount of time he took to not do anything was a dealbreaker for me. Never AGAIN! read more

I've been to this place many, many, many times!!! And I absolutely love this place. Tammy is always my favorite, Diana is getting a lot better, 1 or 2 girls were not so good but I'm glad they're no longer working there. My advice, if you like any waitress, you can always ask for her service next time if you are willing to wait!!! read more

Can't believe for all these years going here with my husband. I order the wings like always and when the waitress brings them to us we are ready to eat, hubby tells me they are cold. So I called back the waitress and told her these wings are cold, she takes them back. God when she comes back with them I thought I was going to eat a bucket of oil. Never again will I go back. read more

This location is horrible. The service is the worst I've ever had -- and I'm a former waitress who definitely cuts a lot of slack. Initially, our server was nice...until we ordered. Then you couldn't find her anywhere. When she did come to the table to "dump" our food, you would think we didn't exist. If looks could kill, I wouldn't have been dead. And I was nothing but nice -- swear to God!! I wish I remembered her name because I would really slam on her -- that's what a b**** she was. And the food was awful. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, and it was dry. No fries. No nothing. Plain sandwich on a bun. I then orderd a take-out for my mom. I ordered a simple sandwich, and it took half an hour. I was at this Hooter's another time, and the service was again awful. I was with friends in a booth and ordered a bottle of Miller Lite. After 25 minutes of not receiving a simple order, I had to get up and go to the bar to order. I will never go to this Hooter's again, unless I just want to sit at the bar, order wings and have five hours to kill. read more

I don't know whats going on at Hooters???? My family & I used to love the wings & the service, But not any more. The last two times we were there service was horrible . So with that I'd like to say ................. Thanks Hooters for giving dad a memorable fathers day, I'm sorry it wasn't a good one :( read more

The buffalo shrimp was great, environment ok but the famous wings were absolutely horrible. All I could taste was the oil they were fried in. Service was also lacking but I always kind of expect that not matter what Hooters I visit. We will not return to this location. read more

Buffalo chicken sandwich was good but bun stunk like smoke.Fries came to table cold and husband didn't eat his wings because he said they were terrible. Would not recommend with all the restaurants in the area to choose from. read more

I am a big fan of Hooters and always encouraged my friends to visit irrespective of location, but i dont think that anymore. I am from Tampa, Florida and came Chicago to visit my friends. went to Cumberland Chicago Hooters location today and it was the first time I felt so annoyed by the service/servers since the day i came here. It was so disrespectful that I have decided not to go any Hooters location in Chicago anymore. first of all when we were about to enter, a Hooter server girl who were standing near the door saw us and she turned her face like she wasn't even there. afterwards there were couple of instances happened where We felt we should have never gone there, still wondering what happened. where is that thing which attracts people and give them welcome feeling? kind of shocked after getting so bad treatment. we stayed there and finished our meals but it was unexpected, very very disrespectful, worst service we ever got in our whole life. I request to change that behaviour toward customers please and welcome your guest, do not mistreat them. read more

I've been a long time Hooters customer and visit the Cumberland location a handful of times a year. Unfortunately, the wings tend to be inconsistent when it comes to flavor, hot isn't always hot, etc... On my most recent visit the drumsticks seemed to double in size. Not always a good thing. They were mostly fatty and were sitting in a pool of grease. Hooters is always a great place to get together with "the guys" but good food always trumps convenience. Pick your game up Hooters! read more

Came here recently with my boyfriend because we had a craving for wings, and it was the closest location. I haven't been here in about 3 years, and I am glad I haven't. The wings and fries were disgusting. The fries were undercooked, and both the wing and fries tasted like they were under the heat lamp for hours on end. The food was so horrible that I only ate 2 wings even though I was starving. To top it off we ended up paying about $50 for it.. definitely not worth it. The staff was very unfriendly too, what because we were a couple and you couldn't flirt for tips? Yea, no need to be nice or check if everything was ok.. The only good thing about the experience was the liquor. Won't be coming back.. read more

Very rude customer service, apparently ordering over the phone for pick up isn't as important as dining in.

The wings are always solid, and the staff is nice. Cold beer and lots of sports on TV.

Every once and a while I'll have a semi not so good experience here. Whether it's a long wait, cold food, or forgetful waiters. Unfortunately I use the pick up order often...the food is spectacular as is all Hooters food, but the service isn't at the same level. At least not all the time. read more

Hooters O'hare been our go-to spot for many years. Lots of great memories here. Service quality has fluctuated over the years as the staff come and go, but the food has stayed consistently good. The atmosphere is good and the establishment is clean and inviting. Great place to watch a game or just go hang out with friends/family on a Friday after work. read more

Decided to comeback after over a year, and noticed that they have not improved at all and very inconvenient mistakes are committed over and over again! Placed my order, waited over 30 minutes they called my name and when I tried to explain the server that someone was walking out with my order because she did not check the order neither the receipt she did not believe it. Another person came out and confirmed the mistake. She provided me with a 20% coupon for future use, which I returned to the manager Heath explaining to him that 20% won't do it. Is the inconvenience caused, the waste of time, the disrespect to the customer!!! February 7th, 2016 receipt number 5/50381. read more

Was there Tuesday. The food was good. But the waitress Jennifer OMFG GORGEOUS!!!! She was great at her job but maybe I could've been distracted by her beauty. read more

I will never go here again. We cashed out out tab because our server was going home. We were charged for another 6 beers that we didn't receive or drink. A guy who claims to be the manager said he watched the video but would not show us. He knew the charges were incorrect. read more

Worst hooters ever...wish I could give 0 stars. Beer was flat, wings were cold, saw server once. Took longer just to leave than it did to choke down those cold wings. Almost just walked without paying cause no one would help me. Terrible place, better off going to a roach coach. read more

It's a hooters. Look at the girls. that is why we are there. It's like a g rated strip club. The food is ok too. over priced but what can you do. Nice sized tvs. Oh yeah and the girls are pretty hot read more

Worst hooters EVER!! Slowest service. Rudest people working. Chicken got a lot smaller. Crowed with open tables. Iza, hostess I think-Yelling at customers when they were wondering why there are 4 open tables & people waiting. Customers were walking out. Horrible place & over priced read more

I ate dinner here on Thursday, May 17th. Taylor was the hostess and was clearly not interested in being there. She was not pleased that I did not want to sit at the bar and that I wanted to sit at a table. She does not need to be in a job where people interaction is required. My waitress was Lexi and she was great. She was very nice and kept my iced tea full the entire time. The food was okay. I had a grilled cheese and French fries. There were a number of waitresses sitting at table just chatting and playing with their hair. Lexi was the only working. I give three stars because of Lexi. Please do something about Taylor. read more

What happened to this Hooters?! I have been coming to this location for 17 years and I always loved it! Lately it has gone wayyyy downhill...I always know as a woman that I may not get the service that the men will get (even tho as an ex-server I'm probably a better tipper), but it's not even really about the service. The last three times I went here it was just awful, the servers are not at all what they used to be, they are now mostly inexperienced very young girls...but the food, I don't even know what happened to! I got the boneless wings the last two times, Hot, they used to have a good amount of sauce on them, now it seems that they are pre-marinated then cooked as they are always dry as a bone, there used to be sauce still on the paper that lines the plate, now there is none...I used to take like 10 paper towels to have them ready to keep wiping my hands, both times I didn't even need one paper towel to wipe my hands at all! They used to be big chunks of chicken breast and tender, now they are fatty and hard and not tender at all and difficult to even chew...the other time I ordered the buffalo shrimp hot, also no sauce on the paper at the bottom and the shrimp are so much smaller than they used to be. I've had to ask a different server all three times to bring my food as I see it sitting there by the kitchen and all three times the server has been busy talking to someone at the bar (all different servers). While waiting for the check last time our server was busy standing behind the soda station talking to the other servers while we just sat there trying to get her attention, we sat there over 10 minutes after we were long done eating just trying to get her attention waiting for the check. Again, I have worked as a server so I know the proper way to wait tables (especially if you want to make any money)...but again I'll say idek if it's the servers or if it's just the food quality that has gone way way down! I am going to roll the dice and go to a different location just once to see if the food is the same and it's just as bad as it was at this one the last three times, or of the company just started serving pre-frozen pre-marinated boneless wings or if it's just this location that isn't up to par. read more

What a joke, this place does not stand up to it's expectation's, i went on a Friday night, which happen to be my son's 18th birthday, which i made perfectly clear to the hostess whom sat us. There after comes a waitress by the name of Elisabeth whom did not look more then 17 years old, whom had no knowledge of the place she was working, there was no initial greeting what so ever, she just stood there like a bimbo whom got off a boat. There after i asked what was hooters known for she looked at me as if something had fallen on the top of her head. Then i went on to ask her how was the Italian beef, she again gave me a look as if a train just ran over her what a joke, what service. Where an d if did she get her training. She seemed confused maybe overwhelmed or just dumb!!!! Hello Elisabeth you are in the customer service business. I have gotten better service in a taco bell, and drive thru of Mc Donald's. She seemed as if she was forced to be there, and did not enjoy being there, how sad! She lack's the experience of any waitress, very confused young Mexican girl. I had observed all the other waitresses which seemed way more informative. When we got our food my Italian beef was so cold that it spoiled my appetite. The wings were not good as i had thought, and the sweet potato fries gave me and my family gas all night long. so, not only did the waitress Elisabeth suck, so did the food! So a word of advise to the management team of hooters out with in-experience and in with experience staff that want;s to be there and no minors under 21 years of age, whom lack the attitude and confidence of them self. You stand a better chance with all the competition all around you. So to all whom read this , service sucks, and stay away from the Italian beef... read more

No. Please don't do it. Just get McDonalds instead. I placed a call in order for pick up and "Angelika," took my order. She was in a rush and slightly rude so I figured they were busy in the inside. I placed my order for 3 mile wings and fries pickles. I picked my order up and the place was pretty much empty so I don't understand Angelika's rudeness on the phone and in person. She gave me my receipt to sign (she was so in a rush, that I had to pull my own itemized receipt off the ticket machine). She gave me my order with the bag tied (it's custom for to go order to be shown to the customer when presented) and she walked off. When I got home, I received a box full of soggy and cold breaded 3 mile wings that looked like they were cook hours before and fried pickles that were half burnt and half golden. I only live a mile away from this Hooter so I'm highly disappointed. There are other restaurants in the area and if you're coming from the airport, just pick something up at the airport. read more

I've been here multiple times. They have excellent customer service staff is friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

If I could choose 0 stars, believe me I would. Lets get right to the chase, I've been eating hooters since before I can remember, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever recieved in my entire life. The waitress, if I should even call her that, Emilia, has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Whenever a question was asked, she would respond in the worst, brattiest attitude. She made it seem like a chore to do anything. She was so snobby, it fathoms me to even begin to explain what happened. She didnt care about anything, oh and top of everything, while she was taking my order her phone rang, she took time and answered it and responded "I'll call you right back", and then continued taking my order, didnt apologize, and of course it came out wrong. She never came to my table to see how I was doing, or if any of the food came out the way it was suppose to, instead she was in the kitchen chatting away with other employees. Hooters should definietly send this girl to a customer service class, maybe for a month straight, if thatll even help. Repramanding her is the best option. I made sure to notify everyone about this, made Facebook statuses, and I'll continue posting yelp reviews to make sure everyone knows how horrible this experience was. All of my friends agreed to no longer give Hooters any of our buisness. read more

Ok so giving these girls even one star is over rating them. I have worked in customer service for ten years now, and I understand how having a bad day can really affect how nice somebody can be. I do not look to have any one treat me like roalty, but to be treated like I am a complete inconvienience is unacceptable. I understand the "sexy" vibe these girls are supposed to give off but just incase you girls do not know what sexy is, its not being snobby and acting like your better than a customer. I really think Management needs to crack down on these girls and get their act together. The group that I was with was incomplete shock and quite insulted to say the least. Girls get over yourselves, you work at Hooters. Please do not pretend like you are anything above that. To the other girls that were nice, thank you so much. read more

My husband and I went there on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Granted it was busy, but people who came after us were getting served their food. Almost 9 dollars for a glass of wine? Come on! Went here yesterday because I was craving wings and tots plus wanted to catch the end of the bulls game. The food was average. I haven't been to hooters in about a year but when did they switch their wings?!? I was expecting the ginormous signature wings that made hooters wings distinguishable amongst its competitors and got tiny wings instead. I forgot to ask the waitress when they switched them. It was pretty disappointing because I came here for the signature wings. I got over the fact that they weren't that big, and ate them. We got two different kinds; naked jerk and breaded hot. The hot sauce was weaker than usual and tasted more like the mild and the jerk was a joke. They barely had any flavor and were totally bland. I also got a side of lots of tots which are crispy tots topped with yellow nacho cheese, scallions, bacon bits, and sour cream. I love tots so I wasn't disappointed at all. The server was nice and very attentive. They were out of the beer I wanted so that was a bummer . The server suggested the total opposite of what I had chosen. Maybe they just needed to get rid of that product. I had to pass on my beer. Wamp wamp! Overall average experience. I probably wouldn't go back unless a group of friends want to catch a game there, or if I need a tot fix. Total bummer they changed their wings as they're the same as any of the competitors now. read more

my bff and i ordered food from here for me to pick up. the food is always great but ti had a problem with the wait time they gave me. they told me our food was gonna be ready in 35-40minutes but i waited 50min. i know its not that much longer but we were on a time limit so i needed them to be on time or at least quote me the correct time. but i would still come back since i love their wings so much. read more
