Normally we really like it here but we had the WORST service tonight. It took 15 minutes to get drinks and another 30 to get our wings. Our waitress repeatedly passed our table without checking on us. Our drinks were empty more then not. I saw other waitresses visit their tables several times in the time it took ours to come by once. If they seat you with a pretty blonde named Caitlin you should move sections. Super disappointing. read more

To be honest I have yet to have a bad experience here. It all good so far. My only complaint would be it's a little pricy. If you drink plan on spending at least $30 a person plus tip. I have yet leave here spending less than $40. By hey, if you don't have money stay your butt at home! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in and waited for 20 minutes to be waited on. The bald manager had the fat chipmunk behind the bar and was flirting with her. I asked to talk with him and he was very condescending, and continued to carryon with the bartender and other waitresses. We went here over the weekend and had an AWFUL Experience!!!! The Waitress flat SUCKED!!! She was a total joke to even be called a waitress, just because you are decent looking with a chest, does not mean you should be serving food. Details: We sat down in the far corner, which was great for some privacy, until the waitress came over, quickly got us drinks. Then sat down at the table and wrote down our order. Awesome! And then as I finished my drink IN FRONT OF HER, I set it down, quiet loud on the table in plain site, IE: Give me a refill please. She left and never came back until food was about to come out. She swung by with plates, and with attitude set them on the table and kept walking. Then when food came out she put them in front of everyone (Never a word to us after our order). She FINALLY got me a refill at this time. She then came back AFTER we were done eating and said "How is everything" Really? You just now ask? Oh by the way here is the bill. I said get me a manager at this point I was heated. The Chicken sandwich was amazing, the garlic parm wings were nasty! CAKED in sauce, which is fine for bbq and hot, not garlic parm it is just too much. So the manager came over, and said "Yea she isn't one of my best" Okay why would you tell your customer that? Then he grilled her in front of us off to the side... After that he came back with a new lowered bill. Cool for us I guess. So we gave the payment and she comes back over. OKay maybe to say something or explain how she was having a bad night and how slow it was that she was too busy for us? Well no she slapped the receipt on the table with a pen and walked off... What a ******! This girl sucks, the manager was less than helpful at resolving it, this is why he works at hooters as a manager and not somewhere else. Where are the hot girls on the weekend... This front end manager looks like he has been taste testing too much, and hires not so hot women. I mean they have no boobs or butts...and sponge Bob teeth. Also...we have been sitting here with the family for quite some time...waitress forgot to put in one of my kids order, had to flag the manager over to see where our appetizer was, then after we ordered I told the waitress to put xtra crispy in like 6 times and it finally came out rubbery,when the new ones...(old ones put back into the frier) came out the were burnt. I then then had to flag the manager and waitress down again for refills on kids soda and our beer....the beer sat at the bar and I had to go alert the manager that we would like our beer....the manager then came over and comped our meal, we paid for 2 beers... read more

I went in with a few friends about a week ago. We hadn't been in for 6 or 7 months but always had a great experience prior to this one. They apparently got a new manager (well, new to us) and he was HORRIBLE. He treated the staff like he owned them and openly hit on them in front of customers. It was incredibly obvious how uncomfortable the girls were but they couldn't say anything because he is their boss. He was bald and I think his name was Lance or something like that? I won't support an establishment that allows superiors to treat their staff this way. read more

The worst service in Aurora. If you want a burger or wings, there are plenty of places close by. This place was awesome years ago but since then - horrible service. The last order of wings I had still had feathers on them and the Managers, well - they are learning I guess. Beer prices are double what you pay down the street. I had my husband's 60th Birthday and Retirement Bash there yesterday during their Happy Hour. I cannot say enough on how wonderful everyone was - our wonderful servers, Elizabeth and Brittany, the kitchen staff and the manager Travis. As busy as they were during this time, they were prompt, cheerful and everything tasted great! They made this special event that much more special by taking such good care of us. I would leave negative stars if I could. Had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes to be seated "so the waitresses could catch up" even though there was an open table we could at least sit down at until they could take our orders, once we got sat, and got half of the drinks we ordered had to wait again for our waitress to come take our order after she asked for our orders then walked away without saying anything to go do something else. Our food took at least 30 minutes to get to us, one of our orders was wrong, another was half missing, one came without any sauce on the chicken. Idk if our waitress was drunk or just off but she was terrible. I understand when places are a little busy and I don't mind waiting a bit when that happens but this was beyond anything I've ever experienced eating out. Management needs to get their shit together and also re-evaluate who they are hiring. Definitely never coming here again. read more

Tonight was my first time going into a Hooters... Yeah, well... the wings were good and cooked to order. Thats all I can say was good because the service was horrible. We sat at the bar and if the girl at the bar wouldve treated us like she treated her friends in the corner she wouldve gotten a much better tip and happily returning customers. Instead, shes lucky she even got 10 percent from me. No name. No smile. No blue cheese(even though she asked if we wanted ranch or blue cheese). Looked at her cell phone more than she looked at her patrons. It was the Wednesday Wingday... 12.99 for all you can eat wings. You get 10 on the first order then 5 each order thereafter(at least thats how she explained it). Chose 2 flavors(5 each) and the first order was nice and hot. The next order I was expecting 5 so I got one flavor(no offer on the blue cheese this time). She brought 10, all the same flavor. Grrrr. If I wouldve known that I wouldve gotten 2 flavors to try and they were definitely not as hot as the first order. Lackluster service for us but all giddy and attentive to her friends. Oh yeah and then she had to ask how many beers I had(1), telling me she thought it was 2. Seriously? My friend felt the same about the service and was also disappointed about the second set of wings being 10 instead of 5 and all one flavor and on the verge of being cold. Too bad as I think the Wednesday deal is good deal but service is important to me and I cant patronize a place that has none. Took my wife and 22 year old son to Hooters for all you can eat wings and they were fantastic. We tried many varieties to see which we liked and each one was great, from the mild, BBQ, Parmesan, hot, all were good. Washed them all down with a good beer. the scenery was fantastic and the girls certainly caught the attention of my son. They all lived up to fine Hooters Girls. Will definitely be back! read more

I am a regular at this Hooters location, I go here once a week (Wednesday) almost every week for the last 2 years. When I go I usually take a group of guys (4-12) with me for lunch. Recently there are changes that are effecting the quality of service that I find unacceptable. I have 2 regular servers who are always fantastic and still are, I point this out because none of the new problems are based on the servers but rather on the new management and the kitchen staff specifically. The time it takes to get the food is beyond slow and frankly just plain ridiculous. The kitchen also does not feel it necessary to make the wing sauce that I have been ordering nearly every Wednesday for 2 full years. Due to the unwillingness to provide the service that I had once grown to enjoy I will be trying a new wing place next wednesday in hopes of finding a new place to have my weekly wingsday and hopfully find much better service. I hate to make the change but find it necessary to enjoy my Wednesday lunch. I would really like to hear from the General Manager if this seems like a problem to them. read more

I love their wings and their beer is always pretty decently cold but man when you order takeout it's a different story it's so inconsistent and it's like they don't care. I went to Hooters last night with my girlfriend for wings and drinks and I will probably not go back, at least to this location. The service was ridiculous. I have been to many hooters restaurants from California to Nevada to Florida and to Arizona and this was by far the worst ever. It was about 7:30 pm, so not late at all. When I got to the restaurant the hostess did not take me to a table just said sit anywhere, which was already somewhat unusual because I am always taken to my seat anywhere I go. So I went to my seat and looked through the menu as always and chose my drinks, appetizers, and wings. However, I waited probably about 30 minutes before anyway served us. And I was only served after I demanded that someone come take my order. This was ridiculous. There were waitresses everywhere, but no one came to take my order. Two of the waitresses were sitting with the tables next to me flirting with the customers while I was still sitting and staring at them so they can come help. Finally, they finished flirting with them looked right at us and went on flirting with another table. I was extremely angered by all this. I am a person of patience, but 30 minutes before anyone even came to me to even get a drink order was horrible. The waitress that finally came to help us after letting her know what happened said sorry and tried to take care of us so we were happy. But it was honestly too late. Sorry for her, not her fault. It was because he stupid coworkers were too busy trying to pick up dates with the tables next to us. I will never go back to this location again. That is for sure! read more
