This Hooters location has always been pretty solid for me especially when it comes to food. I don't think I have ever had anything bad here. The service however is so hit or miss. Sometimes you have a great server who is attentive and interactive. Other times you get someone behind the bar with zero personality and won't even look at you when you are ordering. I I personally love coming here to watch sporting events. they have quite a few TVs and even show the fights on Saturday nights with no cover charge. Great place to enjoy sports. One funny thing i tell people about this place. This place (Hooters in Aurora) has one of the best crab legs I have ever had. You read that right. They were sweet, and fresh. So delicious. I think people forget that this place originated in Clearwater Florida and they actually have good seafood. Another thing is I ALWAYS have the get the curly fries with cheese. It is a must for me. This happened just now. Today! I dont really ever go to hooters in person but I had a taste for some wings (to go)! I called from my home phone! The person who answered the phone confirmed my phone number! After confirming the number they hung up the phone! I called back from my cell phone again! They confirmed my number then hung up on me again! I called back and asked them not to hang up on me! I asked if I could have 10 Daytona beach wings! The person who finally answered the phone told me they dont have Daytona wing sauce! I knew this was a lie and I asked to speak to a manager! Mr. Devon got on the phone and handled the situation very well! He still charged me full price for the wings! I respect him for listening to me vent but also did noting to rectify they situation and said the phones were answered by a third party service which i somewhat question because i could hear people talking in the back and when i asked to speak to a manager she put me on hold! I was just really disappointed by this terrible situation and service and I was also slightly upset because all of this happened and no one knew or had any answers! We come to Hooters whenever they have sport events, or are busy in general. We know we will have to wait longer. Today we happened to be passing by and decided to stop by. We walked in and got seated. There were maybe 3 other tables. Alea, the waitress brought our drinks, half empty. I didn't say anything. I asked for a couple lemons. Walked by a couple of times without acknowledging. After maybe 8 minutes, my boyfriend had to go to the bar and ask for lemons. Deavon, I'm assuming the manager, gave us the lemons. Again, Alea kept walking by without even bothering on checking.. After our food was out, she says oh I forgot about the lemons, sorry. She then forgets to give us two plates, keep in mind there have been two people at the table the entire time. No refills, no checking is absolutely NOTHING. Deavon approached and asked how our food was, I told him. It has been the suckiest service since we've been here. He was apologetic and now Alea decides to stroll along and wants to check how everything is. Deavon comes back out and wants to give us some coupons. We denied because we didn't need any coupons or anything we really enjoy Hooters wings and enjoy the ambiance and we informed him. We appreciate him attempting to make it better, but when the waitress sucks the whole place sucks. We will be traveling to a further to find a Hooters now because of this. Also, I will be waiting for my tab to be closed off since, she decided to only provide the guest copy and I'm sure she was going to add whatever tip she'd like to the merchant copy. Came to this place last night, sat at the table for over 10 minutes for someone to great us. Several of the employees walked by and not one of them acknowledged us. After another 10 minutes, we finally asked another girl if we had a server, she said, oh, let us find out for you. So we drove all the way to this Hooters from Denver and it was worth it! We had stopped at the one at Lakewood it was not a good experience. It was worth the 10 minute drive from there to the one here we walked in where welcomed sat right away. Waitress got our drink orders. Our waitress was amazing... very attentive receive your food right away and went home happy family!! Will definitely come back to this restaurant or let everyone know this is a place to come if you are craving Hooters food!! MOUSE IN THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I came here on Friday 08/10, because I was really craving wings and i've always loved the breading on hooter chicken wings. I order 20 traditional wings of the Three mile island and my girlfriend had the Grilled chicken sandwich. She said her sandwich is fine and my wings were ok, nothing special and a bit oversauced. The food isn't the reason i'm leaving a review though. At the end of our meal, my eye caught something dashing around. It was a MOUSE. There was a mouse under the table next to use running around. This was very alarming especially because it isn't winter and it's not as if the mouse is hiding from the cold. I wanted to give the manager a chance to fix our experience. I went to a gentleman in a green hooters polo with short hair who was expediting the kitchen and told him about the mouse. And then he patted me on the back and said, "Ok sounds good." That manager went back to talking to his friend at the bar and didn't even flinch to try to fix the issue. I'm a big fan of the hooters brand and i'm truly disappointed in this experience. In all honesty I have never been here but just came because it was Mammoth Lacrosse Rock with the Rookies night. Ambiance is fun and upbeat with lots of tvs. Definite sports bar but also family friendly. The staff is friendly , but our waitress was forgetful when putting our order in. They do have fast service though. We got the fried pickles as an appetizer which my friends said were good . I got the garden salad which was huge ! And my friend got the fried chicken sandwich buffalo sauce on the side, and thankfully on the side because the sauce was not good at all. Our other friend got boneless wings with regular buffalo sauce which they were not a fan of either. Our waitress forgot the fries but when she did bring them they were bland and under seasoned. Being newer to the area, we had not been in this particular location before and decided to give it a shot. We decided to order take out and have a beer at the bar while waiting. First off, this location is in need of a major makeover. The outside looks pretty dated and the inside looks like it's from the 1960s. The staff seemed friendly enough, which I guess you should expect from a place that charges $7 for a small Coors Light draft. We ordered two types of wings- traditional breaded and Samurai Teryaki. When we got home, we found both of these to be very overcooked, which resulted in them being very, very dry, to the point of making them difficult to chew. The sauces also were nothing like the wings we have had from other Hooters locations in the past. We ended up dumping most of the order in the trash. I am aware that there has been a wing shortage during the pandemic, but you'd think that a place that specializes in wings would have better quality sources, even in trying times. Coupling premium prices with poor quality and apparent changes in the sauces means I will continue to hunt for better fare in the Aurora area. read more

Spent the day at the reservoir and was craving some ice cold beer an food so my boyfriend and I stopped in this past Sunday. They allow dogs on the patio so that a major plus! We were sat outside without menus, no biggie, we grabbed one off another table, my boyfriend had to go in and ask if we needed to order at the bar or if we had a server, they confirmed there is a server. Ok so let's start: I ordered 10 naked teriyaki wings, 10 buffalo, a garden salad, and fried pickles. The wings were terrible and until that order I didn't even realize it was possible to botch unbreaded wings. They were over cooked and I'm not sure what teriyaki sauce they generally use, but it was not appetizing in any way. I love cheese, but the shredded cheese mix they chose to use probably shouldn't have been on a garden salad. It had a weird flavor and there was entirely too much. I asked for 1000 Island dressing. Guess they didn't have that so they threw in Italian. Tf?? How is Italian the closest to 1000?? The tomatoes we mealy, which means they were old or weren't covered properly. How do you mess up a garden salad??? Idk. Ask Hooters cause they managed it. The fried pickles were what burnt my toast the most. They tasted like the fryer oil needed to have been changed prior to cooking anything else in it. They tasted fishy. I was devastated. Did I mention I'm from Alabama? And they tried to play me with those nasty fried pickles! Lawd! Don't disrespect the fried pickles!! So I give 1 Star because the entire point of a restaurant is to have tolerable food.
