My parents had another move already scheduled with them different gentlemen showed up this time thank goodness but before they even started moving they asked for their tip! I've tried to contact the office several times especially about the first gentleman's behavior cuz it was almost abusive and nobody answers and you cannot get a hold of anyone. I'm guessing cuz they don't want these type of phone calls. The three men today said that the company tells them to ask for the tip In the beginning and my parents did buy them lunch as well and I was going to let it go but this is the second horrible experience in the first one the man was actually verbally abusive to a degree where I had to actually stick up for myself and yell. If they did a good job it might be worth it but I'm not sure that any of them actually are experienced in this I've had several moves myself and have never witnessed people dropping furniture like this or asking for a tip or being rude.
