NU-England Service goes above and beyond! I recently contacted Nu-England Service Co to have a couch and recliner cleaned in my father's assisted living apartment while he is in rehab recovering from a sudden illness. I also asked to have an area of the carpet in front of the recliner cleaned, as it was stained. I wanted to get it all cleaned up before he came back. Joe called me to let me know when they were all finished, and that after cleaning the stained area it made such a difference he told me that they went ahead and cleaned the rest of the room at no extra charge! At such a very stressful time in our family to have NU-England Service to go out of their way and do that for my dad is a wonderful thing. All I can say is they are good people and are #1 for me! read more

Let me begin by saying this company stands out from the rest! They truly care about their customers. I have been a customer for many years and cannot say enough about them. I have recommended them to friends and family and they all have given me great feedback. From start to finish they are professional and you can see that they take great pride in their work. Very knowledgeable as well. This company and their employees are a gem. Always happy to support a local small business. read more

Well well well ... what else can I say besides not happy with this place. Hired them to clean my completely empty house. Walls, windows, floors. Needless to say I don't think they did more than sweep a little bit and even left the pile of trash in the middle of one of the rooms. The initial quote was for 500-600 dollars. It came out to about 150. When I brought this up to whoever I spoke with who thinks he's tough he stated I didn't want any of the walls etc. cleaned and they didn't charge me for it. If that was the case why was the initial quote for 600 dollars. I basically ended up paying 150 bucks for some counters washed and a pile of dust and trash to be left in one of the rooms and not even swept up and put into the trash. Thanks for nothing ! read more

I went to our neighborhood Facebook page to find a local small business for carpet cleaning-I could not have been happier with New England services!!! I made one call, I spoke to a human, & had an appointment for the time frame I needed. Shout out to Jeff - early, efficient, no upselling or pressure of any kind! In fact, when he was done, I asked him for a recommendation for spot treating a chair & he said he would be happy to clean that piece as well as he was already set up- not on his schedule, but happy do that as well!! Take the time to support the hidden gems that are our local family run businesses! read more

Nu-England Services Company - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Sutton, Massachusetts

This was our first time getting our windows cleaned and extremely happy with the results. Definitely going to use them again!!

I dropped of a white shag rug in the fall for cleaning. The rug had 3-4 small stains from use over a couple of years but was still in very good condition as it was used in a bedroom. I dropped off the rug and let them know about the stains and was told no problem as long as they weren't pet stains and they were not as I don't have any pets. A couple weeks later I pick the rug up and it is wrapped in paper at pickup so I don't open it as the wrapping makes it easier to transport. The person didn't say anything at pickup about staining on the rug. I get it home unroll the rug and find it covered in stains. Unrecognizable, it is not white now it is more of a gray color with random splotches of different colors, see the pictures. This was a completely white rug. Not only that but the corners and the seams were separating which wasn't happening before. I called and spoke with them and sent pictures and their solution was letting them try to clean it again. Not worth the hassle to take the rug down an elevator transport the large rug back there and go through the whole process again. Especially when the rug is 90% stained when they returned it to me. They wouldn't give me any refund. Now I'm out the cleaning fee and had to dispose of the rug myself. Will not be back and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I had this company recommended by a friend and hired them to clean my living room, hallway and one bedroom. I do have a home rug cleaner I use, but have never had them cleaned professionally. Sam was the tech who came to my house (on a 98 degree day!) and he did a great job in less than an hour! He was professional, prompt and wouldn't even accept a cold drink on such a hot day. The carpets feel so good under my feet now and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs professional cleaning. I wasn't sure they would come to my area since they are based approximately 40 miles away from my home. But I was so glad they did. I feel 'word of mouth' is the most reliable way to get good reviews from companies which is why I frequently check yelp too. Give this company a call or like them on Facebook if you need any cleaning services. read more

I would highly recommend this company for rug cleaning and new carpet installation. I recently had them clean an area rug which was full of stains and pet odors, and it came out absolutely beautiful. I also had them install a new carpet in one of my bedrooms, and that also came out beautiful. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They will be my very first "go-to" next time I have carpet cleaning or installation needs. Great company to do business with! read more

I had Nu-England Services "deep clean" my mother's home; she is 96. She was very impressed and she says that her has never been as clean since it was new. I also had them deep clean my Condo, shampoo all my wall to wall carpets and shampoo 11 large oriental rugs. The house is incredibly clean and my thanks goes out to all the staff that worked at my mothers house and mine. I can't say enough about their services and especially their fantastic staff from dispatch, to scrubbing, to carpet cleaning and to management. I will be having them back every 6 months to do another deep clean.....Bob Steele, Millbury p.s. I don't usually put my name on reviews but this is an exception for exceptional services. read more

I had found this company on google after searching for floor cleaning services. I'm so glad that I called. They do more than just carpet. I had them clean a wood floor and four rooms with tile and or stone. I can't get over the results. I really thought my kitchen grout would never get clean and I can't stop staring at it. My wood floor looks brand new and my bathroom shower tile and grout look phenomenal. So very happy with the work and the professionalism. I'll definitely use them again! read more
