They operate on a $0.54 per sqft price (as of 8/23/19) not on a $60.00 per room price that Yelp quotes you back. 2 sets of stairs ran me $96.00. They are very thorough and laser measure every sqft to get you the accurate total. Do yourself a favor and call this place direct and have a good ballpark of your needed sqft of cleaning.
