I'm sorry to others who have had good experiences with this company, however I did not. First, I was told at the beginning that i have to supple the cleaning products. Ok, I get that, but then I was told I had to purchase the specific products they wanted me to buy. I went along with this and tried my best to get the items they wanted me to have in the house. However, I am legally blind and it is not easy for me to get to the store to purchase the specific products they wanted. I ordered a lot from Amazon for the items, but of course due to shipping the products were not available or did not always arrive on time. I did get a few calls from them about not having the right or enough cleaning supplies in the house. I was told, "there has not been enough cleaning products in my house since day one." Mind you, they are charging me $100/ clean, which was once every two weeks. The last straw was when my parents just happened to be over my house (I was at work) when the cleaners arrived. My parents informed me that the cleaners went into my house for a half hour at best and then left. My house is not that big, but it takes more than a half hour to clean and certainly, I am not paying $100 for a half hour of work. I was also told when The Castle Keepers first started that i had to give a 30 day notice for cancellation of service. I understand this and appreciate the need for giving advanced notice. I did text The Castle Keepers that I was giving a 30 notice and the response I got was "no need for a 30 day notice." No question about why or looking for any feedback about service etc. just overall very poor customer service in my opinion. read more
